10: Chapter 10 First System Reward

The morning light poured down, dyeing the surface of the Lingxi River like crushed gold.

Less than two hours after the Beast Tide retreated, the spirit flowers trampled on the fluorescent grassland had already sprouted new buds under Su Mengyao's urging.

Wang Sheng stood on the high ground of the camp, holding the gold blueprint rewarded by the system: "Chiefs Tent (Permanent Edition)."

Gold patterns flowed across his palm, as if urging him to use it as soon as possible.

"Everyone, step back ten paces."

He walked to the flattest high ground by the Lingxi River, placed the blueprint flat on the ground, and pressed his right palm against the center.

Holy Light poured in, and a golden light screen exploded and spread out from the blueprint as the center!

Within the light screen, a phantom condensed into a solid form; snow-white tent walls rose from the ground, and the golden tent top descended like a crown.

A blank flag fluttered on the tent pole, waiting for the name belonging to this tribe.

As the golden light dissipated, the Chiefs Tent stood tall by the Lingxi River, three times larger than the temporary version, with ancient, wild patterns emerging on the tent walls.

Su Mengyao examined the foundation, her emerald eyes carrying professional judgment: "The building material contains faint spiritual power; this is a system-level building."

She stood up, her emerald green hair draped over her shoulders, her voluptuous figure looming in the morning mist, and a corner of her skirt was lifted by the river breeze, revealing a section of fair, tender ankle.

Wang Sheng walked into the Chiefs Tent. The main hall was spacious, with six compartments on each side, and the central fire pit was embedded with spirit stones, emitting warm light, while the floor was covered with Savage Beast skins. A system panel appeared on the wall:

"Still a long way to go." Wang Sheng looked at the three upgrade conditions, his brows slightly furrowed.

But the corners of his mouth quickly relaxed; at least they had a "home" in the true sense.

Shen Xun'er walked in, her raven-black hair gleaming with soft light in the glow of the spirit stones, her apricot eyes sweeping over the layout, and she quickly planned it out:

"The main hall will be the meeting hall, the left side for storing equipment, and the right side as the medical room. For the two innermost rooms, one will be your bedroom and one will be mine, so it's convenient to discuss matters."

Wang Sheng smiled: "You're even more attentive than I am."

Shen Xun'er rolled her eyes at him, unable to hide the curve of her lips: "You fight the Savage Beasts, I handle the logistics. Don't tell me you need me to teach you which room to sleep in?"

In the afternoon, Wang Sheng stood on the high platform in front of the Chiefs Tent, overlooking the sixty-three people lined up neatly.

The Lingxi River flowed murmuringly behind him, the twin suns hung high, and purple-red light spilled over the Mist Valley.

Shi Gen stood on the edge of the crowd, wrapped in a Savage Beast skin garment; as a native of the wilderness, he knew better than anyone what "naming a tribe" meant.

Wang Sheng's gaze slowly swept over every face.

Murong Xue was cold in her silver armor, her fit, athletic figure standing as straight as a spear, the full curves of her chest and hips outlined thrillingly under the silver armor;

Frost Mage Lin Shiyun's silvery-white hair fluttered lightly in the wind, her mage robes clinging to her tall, slender curves and astonishingly exquisite waist-to-hip ratio, with a hint of softness deep within her ice-blue eyes;

Su Mengyao had an emerald green side braid, her voluptuous, soft figure moving in the breeze, and the scent of flowers permeated with the wind;

Zhao Linger stood on tiptoe, looking around, her petite body having a waist that could be grasped in one hand, yet possessing devilish curves that completely mismatched her baby face;

Hua Jieyu had curved apricot eyes, her curves as soft as a fine-brush painting. Sixty-two faces, like a sea of blooming flowers under the twin suns of the wilderness.

Wang Sheng took a deep breath and raised his right hand. Holy Light surged from his palm, turning into a beam of golden light that shot toward the blank flag on the tent top.

"From the moment we transmigrated until now, we have experienced fear, confusion, fighting, and bloodshed."

His voice echoed in the Mist Valley, and everyone heard every word clearly,

"But today, we stand here, sixty-three people, not one missing."

He paused, his gaze falling on Shen Xun'er. Shen Xun'er looked up at him slightly, her apricot eyes reflecting the golden Holy Light, gentle and firm.

"We transmigrated into the dark wilderness, but I have the Holy Light." Wang Sheng's voice gradually rose,

"Shen Xun'er has the moonlight, Frost Mage Lin Shiyun has the light of frost, Su Mengyao has the light of nature, Zhao Linger has the light of spirit sound; each of us carries light within us."

The golden Holy Light burned on the flag, the strokes moving like dragons and snakes, each stroke carrying a scorching temperature, branding two characters onto the flag surface,

Bright.

The flag fluttered loudly in the wilderness wind,

The golden characters "Bright Tribe" shone brightly under the purple-red firmament, like a fire that would never be extinguished in the darkness of the wilderness.

There was a second of silence. Then,

"Bright Tribe! Bright Tribe! Bright Tribe!"

Sixty-three voices merged into a torrent: "Bright Tribe! Bright Tribe! Bright Tribe!"

Zhao Linger shouted the loudest; Murong Xue didn't make a sound, but her chest heaved violently under her silver armor, and a touch of emotion flashed across her resolute face;

Frost Mage Lin Shiyun's ice-blue pupils reflected the golden flag, her thin lips slightly pursed, clearly struggling to suppress something.

The system updated instantly: "Tribe naming complete: Bright Tribe. Officially established!"

Shi Gen fell to his knees with a thud, kowtowing, his whole body trembling. In the cognition of the indigenous people, a named tribe meant the recognition of the land and the protection of the ancestral spirits.

He shouted hoarsely: "Bright Tribe! I, Shi Gen, will follow the Bright Tribe Chieftain in this life, unto death!"

Wang Sheng stepped forward to help him up and patted his shoulder: "Get up, the Bright Tribe has no rules about kneeling."

At nightfall, the Mist Valley welcomed the first real celebration since they transmigrated.

The bonfire roared, Savage Beast meat sizzled, and spirit fruits were piled into a small hill. Su Mengyao urged a patch of spirit flowers to bloom beside the bonfire, the petals opening in the firelight, dreamlike and illusory.

Zhao Linger was the first to jump up, her Spirit Sound Master talent allowing her to hum a melody with a wild style, her clear, sweet voice echoing in the valley.

She pulled Wang Sheng toward the bonfire: "Chieftain! Dance!"

"I don't know how."

"Who cares if you know how!" Zhao Linger began to twist, her petite body as agile as an elf in the firelight,

Her waist was as soft as a snake, each twist carrying a rhythm that made it impossible to look away.

The firelight reflected on her devilish curves, her waist so thin it could be grasped in one hand, yet her chest and hips were full and round;

The extreme contrast cast ambiguous light and shadow under the dancing flames.

Wang Sheng was pulled around three times and almost stepped on her feet.

Zhao Linger laughed until she shook like a flower, grabbing his arm and refusing to let go, her soft body pressed against his arm,

Tilting her little face to provoke him: "Chieftain is so clumsy at dancing!"

Shen Xun'er sat by the bonfire smiling, her raven-black hair reflecting the warm orange firelight,

Occasionally making eye contact with Wang Sheng, exchanging a tacit understanding that only they understood amidst the noise.

Murong Xue and Xiao Yuqing arm-wrestled, drawing a crowd.

Murong Xue took off her upper armor, wearing only an inner lining, her arm muscles flowing with smooth power,

Her athletic figure like a bronze sculpture in the firelight; Xiao Yuqing had a dashing, smiling face under her neat short hair. Amidst the cheering, Murong Xue pressed her opponent down inch by inch.

Frost Mage Lin Shiyun sat alone on a large rock in the distance, her silvery-white hair glowing with warm orange. Su Mengyao walked over and sat beside her,

Her voluptuous figure soft as a peach in the firelight, her emerald eyes gentle as water.

She whispered something, and Frost Mage Lin Shiyun shook her head, but her thin lips seemed to curl slightly.

The effect of the system's attraction was amplified in the relaxed atmosphere; someone handed him a Savage Beast rib, and someone scrambled to sit next to him.

Zhao Linger simply hung on his arm and refused to come down, until Shen Xun'er walked over and gently "plucked" her away.

"Sister Shen Xuner, what are you doing!" Zhao Linger protested.

"The Chieftain needs to eat, not to be your pillow."

Shen Xun'er smiled and stuffed the Savage Beast rib into Wang Sheng's hand, her fingers inadvertently brushing his palm.

Late at night, the bonfire gradually went out. Wang Sheng walked into the Chiefs Tent alone and sat down by the fire pit.

The warm light of the spirit stones reflected on the animal skin floor, and the system panel popped up,

Task Completion Reward

1. Tribe Core Building ยท Chiefs Tent โœ“

2. Savage Beast Crystal Core ร— 56 (Including 1 Intermediate)

3. Tribe Contribution Points ร— 560

4. Unlock System Shop (Primary)

5. New Tribesman: Shi Gen (Wilderness Native ยท D-Rank Hunter)

โ• โ• โ• โ• โ• โ• โ• โ• โ•

Wang Sheng opened the system shop,

The prices of building blueprints, skill books, pills, and seeds on the primary shelf far exceeded the purchasing power of his 560 contribution points.

But one item priced at 100 contribution points was the foundation of foundations: the Spirit Field Blueprint.

Only with spirit fields could they grow spirit food, fundamentally solving the long-term food supply for the sixty-three people.

He bought it decisively. With a flash of gold, the construction method, planting cycle, and irrigation techniques for the spirit field poured into his mind.

The tent curtain was lifted slightly.

Shen Xun'er walked in, having changed out of her daytime equipment into only a thin, plain-colored long dress.

Her raven-black hair draped behind her shoulders, and the warm light of the spirit stones shone on her face, which was as smooth as congealed fat, as if shrouded in a layer of moonlight.

Her skirt swayed gently with her steps, outlining a slender and voluptuous figure. The plain-colored long dress was nearly translucent under the spirit light, and her long, fair legs were looming.

Wang Sheng looked away.

Shen Xun'er sat down beside him, the light of the spirit stones stretching and overlapping their two shadows.

"What are you thinking about?" she asked softly.

"Thinking about... the road ahead." Wang Sheng watched the dancing light of the spirit stones,

"Shi Gen says there are at least a dozen tribes in the Central Wasteland Region, and the strongest chieftains are at the Barbarian General level. I am only a Barbarian Warrior Level 2. The gap is huge."

Shen Xun'er took his hand, their fingers interlaced: "Then we will catch up step by step. You have us."

Wang Sheng turned to look at her, the spirit stone light reflecting in her apricot eyes. He reached out and brushed the stray hair from her forehead, his fingertips grazing her eyebrows.

"Shen Xun'er."

"Hmm?"

"Thank you."

Shen Xun'er leaned her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes gently. The scent of jasmine and the clear, cold aura of the wilderness spirit water permeated the tent.

"You're welcome. This is what I chose."

Moonlight spilled down from the skylight of the tent, casting a layer of silver gauze over the two of them.

Further away outside the tent, at the edge of the Mist Valley, the thin mist dissipated slightly in the moonlight.

A dark shadow appeared quietly on a giant rock outside the valley, its dark cloak fluttering slightly in the night wind, and its hood covering its face.

The shadow looked down at the golden Chiefs Tent in the valley and the "Bright" flag on the top of the tent, remaining silent for a long time.

"Bright..." a low voice spilled from under the hood, carrying two thousand years of exhaustion and expectation,

"Finally appeared. Waited two thousand years."

The shadow raised its hand, and a small patch of dark purple light condensed at its fingertips, dissipating into the night wind a moment later.

That dark purple residue drifted toward the outside of the valley, disappearing in the direction of the Shadow Realm.

Far away in the depths of the Shadow Realm, in the nether black fog, something was responding to that dark purple; it turned over slightly in its sleep, like a giant beast that had been dormant for ten thousand years, revealing a dangerous smile in its dream.

Late at night, Wang Sheng had a dream.

The content of the dream was very blurry; after waking up, he only remembered a few fragments:

He stood on a vast plain, the plain covered with dark red cracks, a wilderness continent torn apart after an ancient war between gods and demons.

He saw twelve incomparably huge giantesses, their entire bodies radiating light with the aura of brightness, and the light color of each giantess was different.

Wang Sheng faced the giantesses, feeling his own insignificance, just like an ant facing Mount Tai, and Wang Sheng was that ant.

The twelve giantesses joined forces to fight another huge monster with an evil aura, dark black in color; the monster looked like a huge turtle, but had a head similar to a lion.

The giantesses fought fiercely with the monster for countless rounds, the sky and earth darkening, and the earth under their feet shattered inch by inch...

After the scene gradually blurred, Wang Sheng's brain received a silent message:

When the world first opened, twelve ancient gods sealed the world-destroying demon god at the cost of themselves,

Their divine bodies turned into mountains and rivers, their divine blood stained the earth, allowing all living things to obtain extraordinary power.

However, the seal was gradually loosening, and the remaining will of the demon god was stirring in the dark.

On the wilderness continent, hundreds of races such as the human race, orc race, Elf Race, and dragon-born race stood,

Taking the tribe as the basic survival unit, competing for resources, territory, and survival rights in the wilderness.

...

Wang Sheng woke up with a start, panting heavily, covered in cold sweat.

The system panel popped up forcibly, accompanied by a harsh system prompt, and it was a full-screen bright red warning.

A large amount of information about the Shadow Clan was suddenly poured into Wang Sheng's brain, causing his brain to crash for several seconds.

"Shadow Clan..."

"Shadow Realm..."

"Night Queen, Ying Wuyue..."
