562: Record the problems they encountered during training.

Listening to them argue, Xiao Niannian didn't even try to mediate; she immediately slipped away and made a run for it.

After Captain Li and Captain Chen argued for a while, they noticed that Xiao Niannian was gone, Lu Jing was gone, and Gu Yuan wasn't there either.

"They sure run fast."

"Anyone who sees you runs fast."

Xiao Niannian, standing not far away, listened to the Commanders arguing, feeling a mix of amusement and frustration.

These two Captains now acted like mischievous old children.

Xiao Niannian went to the Womens Team training base.

Gu Yuan saw his younger sister approaching and spoke.

"Captain Chen temporarily lent this place for our use. When we return, I will definitely restore it to its current state..."

"Okay."

She wouldn't trust others, but she definitely trusted her elder brother.

Besides, these new items aren't that easy to use. In fact, the equipment that has been used for a while will be easier to handle.

"Then, Instructor Xiao, please guide us frequently in the future."

"It's easy to arrange. comrade Gu Yuan must bring me lots of delicious food to curry favor."

Hearing his sister's words, Gu Yuan immediately agreed.

"No problem."

After talking with her brother for a while, Xiao Niannian returned to the First Team when she saw the time was right.

Looking at the ordinary Team Members of the First Team who were currently training, Xiao Niannian stood at the edge of the cliff, recording notes with paper and pen.

Military Doctor Shen walked over.

"Niannian, what are you writing?"

"Recording their problems during training."

Xiao Niannian replied.

Military Doctor Shen looked at the notes recorded in her notebook.

Which number, what problem... So that's why everyone was asked to stick their numbers on their backs.

This is truly excellent!

This method is really great.

Military Doctor Shen thought of his foolish younger brother and spoke.

"Xiao Yan is going on vacation soon. I plan to bring him over for training."

"No problem. It just so happens that I plan to increase his intensity."

Hearing Niannian's words, Military Doctor Shen laughed heartily.

"It's his honor."

Foolish younger brother, get ready to receive the big gift package prepared for you.

He had prepared training for his brother, and combined with the training Niannian prepared, this summer vacation would surely be fulfilling and happy for his brother.

Whichever kind of happiness it was, it would be unforgettable for his brother for the rest of his life.

Xiao Niannian watched the movements of several teams, frowning slightly.

These ordinary Team Members had only been selected a few months ago. Although their physical training was generally up to par, they still lagged far behind the elite Team Members in many aspects.

Captain Zhang and Captain Qi were somewhat surprised to see the First Team training in cliff climbing here. A few days ago, Captain Chen and Political Commissar Li had told them to seek out the First Team for training. After hearing this, they had planned to find Lu Jing.

But Lu Jing had been on some mission these past few days, and he couldn't be found anywhere.

Now that they knew Lu Jing's whereabouts, they came over and saw these people tied with ropes, rock climbing.

Is this what they were supposed to learn?

They stood not far away and watched for a while.

"Old Qi, this isn't very difficult," Captain Zhang said, stroking his chin in thought.

"The cliff here isn't high, but what if it were a cliff dozens of meters tall?"

Hearing Captain Qi's words, Captain Zhang was stunned.

That's right. If it were a cliff dozens of meters high, then this skill would definitely come in handy.

His gaze shifted to the distance, where he saw some people climbing up with incredible speed.

There were also some Soldiers leading about a dozen other Soldiers, explaining things.

This entire line of cliffs was occupied by the Soldiers of the First Team.

His gaze fell upon Xiao Niannian not far away, seeing her recording something with paper and pen.

"Old Qi, look, they all have numbers stuck on their backs."

Was this the numbering system Comrade Xiao set up? Was she conducting training and assessment simultaneously?

Shouldn't these new Team Members train for a few days before being assessed?

"Let's go take a look."

Xiao Niannian was busy when she heard someone call out to her.

"Instructor Xiao."

Captain Zhang and Captain Qi were now extremely polite towards Xiao Niannian.

Xiao Niannian was no longer an ordinary Special Forces Member; she was about to join the Womens Detachment.

"Captain Zhang, Captain Qi."

"What are you busy with?"

Captain Zhang asked with a smile.

"I'm compiling statistics on the Team Members' problems during training."

Hearing Xiao Niannian's words, Captain Zhang and Captain Qi were slightly surprised.

So, Comrade Xiao was serving as the instructor for this training?

That was interesting. They needed to observe closely.

The more they watched, the more surprised they became.

The reality was even more impressive than they had imagined.

Not far away, someone simply tied a safety rope and climbed up barehanded.

If only one or two people climbed up, that would just mean they were skilled. But so many people climbing up like this—what did that indicate?

It indicated that the people in the First Team had mastered this long ago.

Where did they practice this?

Could it be that they trained in the Tibetan Area before?

When choosing training locations previously, they had chosen the Chengdu and other places, but Lu Jing and his men had chosen the Tibetan Area and Snow Mountain.

They had also considered the Tibetan Area Snow Mountain, but the conditions there were much worse than those in the Northeast. Primarily, the high altitude of the plateau made things difficult.

It seemed that for their next training location, they would also have to choose the Tibetan Area Snow Mountain.

"The Captain said we should also learn rock climbing like the First Team. Comrade Xiao, when might you be free to help train our Team Members?"

"And for our Second Team, thank you in advance, Comrade Xiao."

Hearing their words, Xiao Niannian looked at Captain Zhang and Captain Qi.

"If the two of you submit a report and the Captain approves it, I will bring people over. However, the people I bring will be the elite Team Members of the First Team."

"Understood. Thank you very much, Instructor Xiao."

"Thank you, Instructor Xiao."

Hearing Xiao Niannian agree, Captain Zhang and Captain Qi were delighted.

They had thought Xiao Niannian wouldn't agree so easily.

This is wonderful!

Although they were somewhat arrogant and not easily convinced, they needed to diligently learn what they should, so they could progress faster.

Lu Jing's First Team was now leading the way again.

Why are Old Lu and his men so clever? Where did they learn these training methods and these new things?

Could it be that they learned them from abroad?

If they encountered such a cliff during a mission and couldn't climb it, they would really be in big trouble.

They decided to go back and ask, selecting some physically strong people to come and learn first, so they could master it faster.

Thinking of this, Captain Qi spoke.

"Comrade Xiao, I plan to send some people over later to follow and learn."

"You can," Xiao Niannian said with a smile, "but you must also notify Captain Lu about this."

"Naturally."

Lu Jing watched Captain Zhang and Captain Qi talking with Niannian. He didn't need to guess; he knew what they wanted.

Seeing them walking towards him, Lu Jing continued watching the training Soldiers.
