14: Chapter 14 A family should always be together.
After following the tracks for two or three miles, he finally saw a cave attached to the mountainside. The inside of the cave was pitch black and bottomless, and the entrance alone was ten meters high.
"Can that Black Bear really occupy such a large house?"
With this question in mind, Su Mo picked up a fist-sized stone from the ground. With his muscles tensed, he used all his strength to hurl it inside.
"Boom!"
The stone instantly achieved a Breakthrough to supersonic speed. The sonic boom formed an invisible shockwave near Su Mo's hand, scattering the surrounding leaves.
This was the first time Su Mo had used his full strength, and he didn't expect the power to be so astonishing. This feeling was highly addictive.
"Awesome!"
In an instant, he heard the deafening explosion of the stone striking the depths of the cave. The entire cave shook violently, and gravel scattered down from the ceiling.
"Roar—!!"
An angry bear's roar came a bit late. A pair of scarlet eyes appeared from the depths of the cave. Within a few breaths, the owner of those eyes arrived at the entrance, revealing its massive figure.
Su Mo recognized who it was; it was the Black Bear that had been digging at his doorstep earlier. Its body was covered in dust, and it was clear that it had been struck by many of the falling stones just now.
The Black Bear stood up on its hind legs, intending to roar and display its might.
"Roar... Oof!"
Before the Black Bear could even roar, its open mouth was firmly gripped by Su Mo. Its eyes were filled with confusion and terror.
"Woo woo woo!"
The Black Bear struggled desperately, its two front paws flailing wildly.
Looking at this beast that was more than a head shorter than him, he suddenly found it somewhat amusing. It seemed that this Black Bear only had the strength of a Late Stage Tier 1 beast.
Su Mo patted its bear face with his other hand and increased the pressure on its mouth. The pain made the Black Bear want to cry out, but it couldn't make a sound.
"What? Do you know fear now?"
"Weren't you very arrogant when you were digging up my house before?"
"Hearts Eye, go behind the tree and cover Su Su's ears. Children shouldn't watch what happens next."
Only after Hearts Eye had taken Su Su behind the tree and they were out of sight did Su Mo turn back to look at the Black Bear. He wore a happy smile, but his words made the bear shudder.
"Don't worry~ After you're gone, I will definitely treat your bear paws well."
Su Mo released his grip on the bear's mouth. With his other hand, he grabbed the "V" mark on the Black Bear's chest and lifted it up. His broad palm firmly gripped the Black Bear's skull, and he slowly began to twist it in one direction.
"Take a deep breath. Dizziness is normal; it will be better in a moment."
Su Mo leaned into the Black Bear's ear and whispered.
The Black Bear's pupils contracted violently, and it let out a terrified roar. Its limbs flailed wildly against Su Mo's muscular, sinewy body.
But that strength was like a girl acting coy when it landed on his body.
When its head was twisted to 180 degrees, the Black Bear's breathing became rapid, and its limbs struggled with more force.
190 degrees...
200 degrees...
210 degrees...
"Crack!"
"Roar—"
A crisp sound of bone breaking rang out. The Black Bear used all its remaining strength to let out a final wail. Its limbs began to go limp and eventually hung down on both sides of its body.
"Oh~ This bear skin is even a luxury brand. Not bad, not bad. It will be just right as a new rug for Su Su's nest."
Su Mo brushed the non-existent dust off his hands with satisfaction and was about to call the fox and the deer from behind the tree.
However, just as he was about to turn around, something unexpected happened!
The pitch-black cave behind him began to tremble, and a strong wind rushed out from the entrance, as if something terrifying was about to emerge.
The tremors coming from inside the cave grew more violent, and the wind blowing against his face was mixed with a thick, fishy stench. Su Mo stepped back a few paces, staring vigilantly into the cave.
A giant black shadow rushed out of the cave. It was actually another Black Bear, a size larger than the one just now.
"Roar—!!"
Upon seeing the bear corpse in Su Mo's hands, this Black Bear instantly flew into a rage. Its eyes were blood-red, and it stood up on its hind legs, reaching a terrifying height of seven meters—a head taller than Su Mo.
Su Mo keenly noticed that this bear did not have a penis.
"A female bear? Are they a pair with the previous bear?"
The female bear's claws slammed fiercely toward Su Mo. Su Mo quickly stepped back a few paces and casually tossed the bear corpse to the side.
The bear paw slammed into the ground, kicking up a violent gust of wind and causing spiderweb-like cracks to appear on the ground.
Su Mo was somewhat surprised.
"Not bad. This strength should be able to keep up with mine."
He then became excited. This was the first time he had encountered a well-matched opponent; the previous ones were either too strong or too weak to test his true strength.
"Roar—"
Seeing that her attack had missed, the female bear let out a deafening roar and charged at Su Mo again.
Seeing this, Su Mo did not retreat but advanced instead, walking step by step toward the female bear.
"Boom!"
Su Mo extended both palms and steadily caught the female bear's full-force downward strike. The ground beneath his feet instantly collapsed into a small pit.
Su Mo's six-meter-tall body didn't move an inch, and instead, a curve of excitement appeared at the corner of his mouth.
"Good strength, but not as good as mine. You aren't just fat, are you!"
The female bear was completely enraged by this remark. She suddenly opened her large mouth, dripping with foul-smelling saliva, and viciously bit toward Su Mo.
"I wonder if you are fast enough..."
Before he finished speaking, Su Mo had already half-crouched. His toes drove the rotation of his waist, his waist drove the swing of his upper arm, and his upper arm drove his forearm. The immense power was finally transferred to his fist. A right hook with force far exceeding three tons landed on the female bear's side.
"Crack! Crack! Crack!"
Several sounds of bone breaking rang out simultaneously. The female bear's movements instantly stalled, her bear mouth wide open, but she couldn't make a sound.
"Oh ho~ You didn't make a sound after taking my kidney-busting punch."
"I respect you as a real man!"
Su Mo shook his fist. After waiting for a breath, the female bear's massive body finally collapsed with a boom, spitting out blood mixed with fragments of internal organs.
Su Mo slowly walked forward. The female bear was now on the verge of death, but her eyes were still glaring viciously at him.
The female bear's gaze made Su Mo feel somewhat sympathetic, so he pressed down on her bear head to give her a quick end, sending her to reunite with the male bear.
"This landlord family is really too kind. Not only did they give us a house, but they also treated us to a meal."
"They are too polite!"
Su Mo accepted these gifts with peace of mind. After all, one dare not refuse the gifts of one's elders; he was still just a baby who had been born only three months ago.
Seeing from afar that the battle was over, Hearts Eye immediately brought Su Su over.
"Let's go, let's see how our new house is."
The inside of the cave was more spacious than Su Mo had imagined. It was a cavity over twenty meters high and thirty meters wide, which could easily accommodate several more beings of Su Mo's size.
"Woo... woo..."
A few whimpers came from a nest made of bear fur in the corner. Su Mo stepped forward to take a look.
"This is... bear cubs?"
The two bear cubs hadn't opened their eyes yet; they should have been born only a few days ago.
Su Su jumped off the deer's head and curiously examined the two bear cubs. She sniffed gently with her nose, then immediately reached out to cover it and quickly backed away a few steps.
Su Su's appearance made Su Mo laugh involuntarily.
The female bear must not have gone out for a long time in order to give birth, and on top of that, she ate, drank, and relieved herself in this corner. With everything piled up, it went without saying that the smell was definitely pungent.
"Sigh~ Logically speaking, I should cut the weeds and eliminate the roots, but I am a kind-hearted person, so I won't kill children."
"I'll let you off this time. Next time we meet, don't blame me for being ruthless."
