24: Chapter 24 Fourth Tier, Thousand-Ton Force

"Wits, oh no, Blue Heart. Can you help me go in and get the monkey wine?"

Blue Heart lay on top of Su Mo's head with her eyes closed, pretending to be asleep and not to have heard.

"I'll give you thirty percent of the monkey wine I get out..."

Blue Heart's ears suddenly perked up, but her eyes remained tightly shut:

"Fifty percent!"

"Deal."

No sooner had the words fallen than Blue Heart transformed into a blue streak and shot through the waterfall.

Screams from the monkey troop immediately echoed from inside the cave, but they didn't last long.

A moment later, Blue Heart slowly emerged from the cave, dragging a tree trunk thicker than her body.

Just as Su Mo was about to reach out and take it, Blue Heart suddenly said excitedly:

"Wait, there are dozens more inside the cave..."

Before long, two pyramids made of tree trunks were stacked on the empty ground in front of them.

Su Mo gently picked up one and shook it, hearing the sloshing of liquid inside.

He put it in his mouth, bit it lightly, and a variety of fruit-scented wine filled his entire oral cavity.

"Why is this monkey wine so bland?"

Compared to Old Turtle's Hundred Fruit Spirit Brew, this monkey wine was like it had been watered down; both its aroma and the spiritual energy it contained were more than a notch inferior.

Blue Heart, however, didn't care at all, burying her head in the tree trunk and drinking heartily. The lingering fruity aroma made Su Su drool slightly.

Blue Heart generously made room for Su Su, and Su Su immediately trotted over happily. The two little ones then lay on the tree trunk, drinking one gulp after another.

Seeing this, Su Mo didn't stop them. This monkey wine was like fruit juice, and Su Su was already roughly the size of an adult fox. As a Spirit Beast, she wouldn't be unable to handle a little alcohol.

With the monkey wine retrieved, Su Mo had no more qualms. He directly pried open the cave and began eating, mouthfuls of meat and sips of wine.

About half an hour later... Su Mo helplessly watched Blue Heart and Su Su on the water's surface.

At this moment, the deer and the fox had obvious red blush on their cheeks and ears, lying on the water, limbs constantly paddling, with hollow tree trunks floating beside them.

"I never thought I'd live to see a deer and a fox doing the backstroke."

Su Mo sighed, rubbing his forehead.

"When you two attend a banquet, just sit at the kids' table."

...The next morning.

The Blue-horned Deer lying on the tree trunk groggily opened her eyes:

"Ugh~ Where is this?"

"Plop!"

The icy lake water instantly drenched her fur, making her entire deer self sober up.

Realizing what happened, Blue Heart quickly swam to shore and shook the water off her body.

"Did you have fun yesterday?"

Su Mo's teasing voice came from above.

Blue Heart looked up, meeting those smiling eyes, and her cheeks instantly flushed red.

Although she was drunk, as a Rank Three mighty being, many blurry memories still flashed through her mind.

"I was a backstroking deer..."

"Ahhh! Stop talking!"

Blue Heart angrily lowered her head and charged up, wanting to push back the words in Su Mo's mouth.

"Alright, let's go."

Su Mo, however, changed the subject, interrupting the playful banter.

Blue Heart pouted and turned her head, then suddenly remembered something:

"Oh right! Where's Su Su?"

Su Mo pointed upwards. Blue Heart followed his gaze and saw a small creature, pure white all over with only the tips of its two tails red, lying on his head, its mouth opening and closing as it let out unconscious dream talk.

"Wait! Two tails!"

Blue Heart's deer eyes widened:

"When did it grow an extra tail?!"

Indeed, late last night, Su Mo discovered that the bulge at the base of Su Su's tail was growing visibly larger, and a peculiar fragrance was emanating from her body.

To prevent Su Su's advancement from being interrupted, Su Mo placed her on his head. However, perhaps the Monkey Demon had driven away all the other Yao Beasts in this area, as not a single Yao Beast was seen last night.

This dashed Su Mo's hopes of having a late-night snack.

At dawn, Su Su's advancement was complete. Not only did she grow a second tail, but her size also increased by a full circle.

"One tail per Rank? Could this little guy be of the Nine-tailed Fox Bloodline?"

The more Su Mo thought about it, the more he felt it was possible, and his heart immediately grew fervent. He truly envied this little guy.

Shaking his head to clear away the wild thoughts, he leaped up and dashed towards the other locations the Leopard Demon had reported... Fortunately, the remaining Peak Rank Three Yao Beasts were all single, and their attitude towards Su Mo's arrival was very friendly, vying to enter Su Mo's stomach as guests.

Su Mo soon arrived at the bamboo forest. The last Yao Beast was a Rat Demon, but it was neither a Field Mouse nor a common rat, but a Bamboo Rat.

Under the ground covered by withered yellow bamboo leaves, rustling movements clearly entered his ears.

"Underground, huh..."

"Boom!"

Su Mo punched the ground, and the powerful impact instantly cracked the ground for dozens of meters around, sending countless bamboo leaves flying with the airwave.

A sharp scream came from underground... Meanwhile.

In a luxuriously decorated Immortal Cave somewhere in the outer reaches of the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, a graceful woman slowly opened her eyes.

The woman leaned languidly on an exquisitely carved rosewood couch. Beneath her plain white silk cheongsam, her creamy skin was half-concealed, and a delicate jade foot extended from the edge of the couch, gleaming like a pearl in the sunlight.

At this moment, the woman's beautiful brows were slightly furrowed, and the fox ears on her head twitched gently.

"Why do I have this uneasy feeling?"

She suddenly sat up straight, her eyes tightly closed as if sensing something.

The next second, her expression changed drastically:

"How are there only two of my fourteen Peak Rank Three subordinates left?!"

She had left marks on each of her subordinates, and could clearly sense that of the original fourteen main forces, only Old Bear and Old Mouse remained.

Old Mouse seemed to be severely injured, and his emotions were highly volatile.

"Damn it!"

The Bewitching Heart Demon King suddenly stood up, transforming into an afterimage and disappearing from the Immortal Cave.

Meanwhile, back to the other side.

Su Mo followed the faint breathing sounds and dug the Rat Demon out of the collapsed pit.

The Rat Demon's condition was visibly poor, constantly coughing blood, and it no longer had the strength to speak.

Su Mo quickly stuffed the Rat Demon into his mouth, to prevent too much blood loss and subsequent nutritional depletion.

After consuming the Rat Demon, Su Mo's physique broke through an invisible barrier. His body suddenly swelled to a height of one hundred and fifty meters, his muscle mass exploded, and even his crimson fur couldn't hide it.

Along with the muscle surge, Su Mo possessed a thousand tons of brute strength with a single swing of his arm, and a gentle clenching of his fist could produce a sonic boom.

He opened his personal panel:

[Host: Su Mo]

[Race: Red Fox]

[Rank: Fourth (100,500/1,000,000)]

[Skill: Infinite White Porridge (Never Expires)]

[Talent: Savage Growth]

"Indeed! My Rank has risen to Fourth Rank."

Just as Su Mo was immersed in the joy of his Breakthrough, a white figure a hundred miles away was secretly observing him.

The Bewitching Heart Demon King stood gracefully on a treetop, narrowing her eyes:

"Why have I never seen this Red Fox before?"

"Could it be... from the deeper regions?"
