Chapter 253 All-Staff Training Plan

The simulation plaza was so quiet that one could hear breathing.

Wang Meng kept a straight face, his gaze sweeping over the thousand people.

He didn't curse or rush to discipline them; he just glared fiercely at Jiang Haiqing and his group.

These elites, usually so rowdy, were now like frost-bitten eggplants, heads bowed, not daring to even breathe loudly.

Wang Meng turned around, strode up to Su Ze, and lowered his head.

"Boss, it's my fault for not teaching them well."

He gritted his teeth, his voice filled with a fierce edge, "I thought these brats would have no issues with their mental fortitude after going through a round of survival, but I didn't expect them to be so pathetic when encountering a Supernatural Entity for the first time..."

Su Ze stood before the operation panel.

On the semi-transparent screen, the final moment from the corridor was still frozen—Jiang Haiqing being pinned to the ground by a few Supernatural Entities, being drained.

The entire process was clearly visible to Su Ze, Qiao Yunfeng, Xu Feng, and all the other Leaders standing outside.

This training ground came with a spectator function; everything happening inside could be broadcast in real-time to the outside.

Wang Meng caught a glimpse of that scene, his face twitching; he felt as though he had lost all face.

He had wanted to show off in front of the Boss, but instead, he made a huge mess.

Su Ze raised his hand and tapped the panel, closing the playback.

"Then give them a good training session." His tone was flat, with no discernible emotional fluctuation.

"Certainly!" Wang Meng nodded heavily, then turned his head to glare at the group again.

The players standing in the back felt a chill down their spines and groaned inwardly.

It's over; Brother Meng is truly furious this time. We're probably going to lose a layer of skin in the coming sessions.

"Let them go back for now." Su Ze waved his hand.

Wang Meng roared at the crowd: "What are you still standing there for? Haven't you embarrassed yourselves enough? Get back and reflect! Assemble downstairs in half an hour!"

The thousand people felt as if they had been granted amnesty and scrambled away, fearing that if they stayed a second longer, Wang Meng would drag them out for one-on-one training.

Once the riffraff had cleared out, Su Ze turned around and looked at the remaining Leaders.

"What do you think of this place?"

Zhuang Yi spoke up first.

"A miracle." He gave a very high evaluation, "Although it can only simulate monsters we've seen before, that's enough. The vast majority of people die during the Novice Period simply because they don't understand the monsters. With this, the margin for error is maximized."

Qiao Yunfeng nodded in agreement.

"Coordination can also be practiced. Before, everyone was afraid to risk their lives testing formations, but now we can test them freely; after dying a few times, we'll know which positioning is most reasonable."

Xu Feng crossed his arms; he didn't say much, but added, "It can produce elites in large batches."

The Leaders were talking over each other, while Chen Xueming stood to the side, his mind racing.

He adjusted his glasses and took a step forward.

"Boss, I have an idea." Chen Xueming pointed to the center of the plaza, "Since this place can simulate real combat, can we bring in the weapons and equipment produced by our Ninth Floor for testing in the future?"

As soon as he said this, the others fell silent.

Chen Xueming grew more excited as he spoke, rolling the document in his hand into a tube and tapping it against his palm.

"Think about it. If we develop a new weapon, we currently have to wait for monsters to attack or send people outside to find lone monsters to test it on. Not only is the risk high, but the efficiency is low."

"If we can bring equipment into the training ground, we can frantically test the lethality of various weapons against different monsters in a zero-risk environment!"

"Think of how much trial-and-error cost and resources that would save?"

After listening, Su Ze gave Chen Xueming an appreciative look.

His mind was indeed sharp; he had thought of linking the two special spaces so quickly.

"Theoretically, that is indeed the case." Su Ze gave a positive reply, "But the system hasn't given a clear prompt on whether actual objects from the outside can be brought into the simulation space. You can bring people in to test it when the time comes."

"You got it!" Chen Xueming nodded repeatedly, his face eager to try.

Su Ze paused, then continued.

"Actually, I had originally planned to clear out most of the Supernatural Entities on campus, aside from those already cleared in the Dormitory, leaving only a small portion for the subordinates to practice with."

"After all, with things like Supernatural Entities, we are bound to encounter them sooner or later. Without some combat experience, running into them is just asking to be served up on a platter."

"I didn't expect things to change so quickly, but fortunately, even though the Supernatural Entities are gone, this training ground is clearly more suitable for most people to practice."

"Next, have everyone come in in batches for full-scale training."

He looked at Chen Xueming, specifically emphasizing his tone.

"This includes members of your Ninth Floor production and research departments. Not a single one is exempt; everyone must enter the simulation factory and die a few times."

The excitement on Chen Xueming's face froze instantly.

He pointed to his own nose, his face bitter.

"Boss, us too? We're in logistics and research; shouldn't we be hiding in the rear? If we actually encounter a monster, that would mean the front line has already been breached..."

Logistics personnel were inherently weak in combat; if they were dragged into the training ground, the scene would be too beautiful for him to even imagine.

Su Ze pointed to the Supernatural Entity options on the operation panel.

"What do we rely on to deal with Supernatural Entities?"

"The Spirit Guarding Incantation and Soul-Shaking Roar—these skills all rely on intelligence and spirit bonuses."

Su Ze looked at Chen Xueming, explaining the logic thoroughly.

"For you people on the research and production lines, I can't say much else, but your intelligence and spirit attributes are definitely the highest on average in the entire force."

"With such a good foundation, not practicing methods to deal with Supernatural Entities would be a waste of natural gifts."

"I don't expect you to charge into battle to deal damage, but if you really encounter special situations, like the defensive line being torn open or a monster skilled at concealment sneaking into the rear, you at least need the ability to save your own lives."

Chen Xueming nodded after listening.

"That's true." He sighed helplessly, "Alright, I'll arrange it when I get back."

After speaking, Su Ze turned to scan the other Leaders.

"The same goes for you all. You've all seen how the people Wang Meng led performed today. I don't want to see your subordinates acting like that next time."

"Train them until they die! Whoever's team performs the worst in the simulation battle will be at the back of the line for future resource distribution!"

Wang Meng was the first to straighten his back.

"Rest assured, Boss! I'll increase the intensity when I get back! If they don't die eight or ten times, no one is getting any sleep!"

Zhuang Yi, Qiao Yunfeng, and the others also expressed their stance.

"Understood!"

"Guaranteed to complete the mission!"

Su Ze saw that the timing was right, so he leisurely threw out the main event of the day.

"Training is training, but there will be no lack of rewards for you."

"This time, after annexing The Mansion area, we've harvested another batch of attribute point rewards."

"I plan to take out a portion and distribute it to you and the core members underneath you, based on the performance of each floor and the upcoming training results."

As soon as these words were spoken, the air seemed to freeze for a moment...
