1241: Chapter 1241 Overwhelming Strength, Struggle of a Trapped Beast

The Master of Elements' four-colored halo transformed into four giant Dragons, roaring as they lunged toward Li Wuji.

The White-haired Angel's golden Holy Flame turned into a hundred-foot-long Light Sword, slashing straight down.

The Dragon-horned Man's Dragon claws transformed into a sky full of claw shadows, sealing off all avenues of retreat.

The Titan Giant's fists, like collapsing mountains, descended with the force of stars.

The Demon's runic chains coiled in from all directions like venomous snakes.

The full-power strikes of six Tier 6 powerhouses converged on a single point at the exact same moment.

Yet, Li Wuji merely raised his left hand.

He spread his five fingers and pressed forward lightly.

Boom!

The world changed color.

An invisible force surged from his palm. It was not the power of chaos, nor any known power, but something more primitive and essential—it was power itself, pure and unadorned "Force."

The six attacks collided with this invisible barrier simultaneously.

The four-colored Dragons shattered against the barrier, dissipating into a sky full of light particles.

The golden Light Sword stalled three feet above Li Wuji's head, countless cracks appearing on its blade before it shattered inch by inch.

The sky full of claw shadows collided with an invisible wall, emitting a dense clanging sound before vanishing into nothingness.

The Titan Giant's fists slammed into the barrier with a muffled boom, and he was sent flying by the rebounding force, his thirty-foot body tumbling dozens of times through the Void Realm.

The runic chains snapped a yard away from Li Wuji, demonic flames scattering like candle flames extinguished by a gale.

Six attacks, neutralized with a mere wave of his hand.

No Divine Ability, no Magic Treasure, no technique.

Just raising his hand and pressing.

The expressions of the seven changed completely at that moment.

It was not a gap between strong and weak—it was a chasm of hierarchy, the despair of standing at the foot of a mountain looking up at the peak.

Their full-effort strikes didn't even count as "resistance" to him; they simply "did not exist."

"This is impossible..." the Demon murmured, the madness in his voice replaced by hollowness. "This is impossible..."

Hu Zang flew back from the distance, staggering and covered in blood, the rage in his tiger eyes replaced by fear.

He looked at the left hand Li Wuji had just retracted, his lips trembling, but he ultimately didn't say a word.

The White-haired Angel closed his eyes, the bitterness at the corners of his mouth deepening.

He finally understood what Li Wuji had meant: "I never underestimated you. On the contrary, I have been very serious."

It was not mockery, nor was it showing off.

The Asura slowly sheathed his blade. The light on the wusheng blade dimmed, and the cracks on its surface were more numerous than he had seen before.

He looked down at this supreme treasure of the Asura race, suddenly feeling that it was very light, as light as a feather.

"Leave," he said, his voice hoarse but decisive. "Split up."

The seven of them were stunned for a moment.

Leave?

For seven Tier 6 powerhouses, this word was as foreign as something from a past life.

They had lived for countless eons and experienced countless battles, never imagining they would hear this word from one of their own.

But the next second, everyone made their decision.

The White-haired Angel flapped his six wings violently, his figure turning into a white streak of light shooting into the distance.

The Master of Elements had elemental power surging around him, turning into a four-colored stream of light and fleeing in the opposite direction.

The Dragon-horned Man swung his dragon tail, his figure vanishing into a crack in the Void Realm.

The Titan Giant took long strides, each step spanning ten thousand miles, sprinting deep into the Void Realm.

The Demon spread his wings, his black silhouette vanishing into the darkness like a phantom.

Hu Zang gritted his teeth and channeled his remaining strength, his tiger body turning into a blood-colored lightning bolt, fleeing frantically in the direction they had come from.

Only the Asura did not move.

He stood where he was, gripping the wusheng blade, watching Li Wuji calmly with his blood-red eyes.

"I will cover the retreat," he said.

There was no tragic tone in his voice, only the detachment of one who had seen through everything. "If one can get away, that's one."

Then, he smiled.

On that gray, expressionless face, a smile appeared for the first time.

It was ugly, yet it held an indescribable serenity.

"Having lived for so long, it is time to pay the debt."

Li Wuji looked at him, and finally, a ripple appeared in his black eyes—not pity, not mockery, but a trace of faint appreciation.

Then he shook his head.

"None of you are leaving."

He raised his right hand, pressed his index and middle fingers together, and tapped lightly in the Void Realm.

Ripples spread out.

With his fingertip as the center, a circle of transparent ripples expanded in all directions.

The ripples did not spread quickly, but they caught up to everyone fleeing in an eerie way—it wasn't because of speed, but because it was already there.

No matter how far you fled, the ripples were beneath your feet, above your head, all around you—they were everywhere.

The White-haired Angel was the first to collide with the ripples.

He felt his vision blur, and the Void Realm before him suddenly changed—it was no longer the boundless void, but a massive, transparent crystal wall.

He stopped abruptly, flapping his six wings frantically to turn, only to find that behind, left, right, above, and below, there were identical crystal walls.

He was trapped in a crystal cage.

At the same moment, the Master of Elements, the Dragon-horned Man, the Titan Giant, the Demon, and Hu Zang encountered the same situation.

They desperately unleashed their Divine Abilities to bombard the crystal walls, only to find that all their attacks were like clay oxen entering the sea, absorbed silently by the walls.

Hu Zang clawed at the wall like a madman, his tiger claws leaving sparks on it, yet not even a single scratch remained. He roared at the sky, his voice full of despair: "What the hell is this—!"

Li Wuji's voice came from all directions, as calm as if he were reciting a textbook: "This is my Domain. From the moment you stepped into this Void Realm, you were no longer in your original space."

The hearts of the seven sank to the bottom of the abyss.

"Impossible..."

The Master of Elements' voice trembled. "I have been monitoring spatial fluctuations the entire time. I never sensed any trace of spatial displacement..."

Li Wuji's phantom appeared before his crystal cage, looking down at him with emotionless black eyes.

"Because what you stepped into was not a Formation, but my open mouth," he said. "From the very beginning, you were not hunting me—I was waiting for you to come in."

The Master of Elements' face turned as pale as paper.

From the start, that Clone was not used for testing, but to buy time—to delay until they had completely stepped into this Domain, until this Domain was fully closed.

They thought they were hunting, never realizing that from the beginning, they were the prey.

The Demon frantically channeled his runic chains to bombard the crystal wall, demonic flames exploding into black sparks against the surface, yet he couldn't even make the wall tremble.

He turned his head, looking through the crystal at Li Wuji's phantom, his eyes filled with fear and madness. "What do you want?! We are people of the Seven Clans! Our Clan Chief is outside! If you dare to touch us, the Seven Clans will not let you off!"
