On the panel, there were no longer any prompts about wish power acquisition progress.
The conversion of wish power also came to an abrupt halt, with the wish power reserve stopping at 15 points.
Ronan suddenly felt a little flustered. Had he really broken the Godhead?
Carrying this worry, he quickly updated a few more chapters and asked the New Lord to deliver them to the President's office for publication.
Although they were published quickly, no more words about wish power acquisition progress appeared on the panel.
His beautiful dream of becoming a god by plagiarizing literature had crashed just after taking off?
Ronan couldn't figure it out and could only attribute it to the Godhead itself.
After all, the current Godhead was in a 'severely incomplete' state.
It was only normal for something unexpected to happen to a function like 'wish power acquisition progress,' which didn't even have a name on the panel.
If wishes could be twisted, let alone this.
Although he felt great pity, Ronan wasn't disheartened.
After all, he had still gained 15 points of wish power, comparable to the feedback from arduous tasks he had completed before.
Compared to the Godhead, the stable progress of the book of magical knowledge made Ronan feel more at ease.
He had finished reading all six soul-related books borrowed from the third-floor area.
He now had a certain understanding of soul magic.
Ronan had previously been unable to clearly understand the relationship between soul and Spiritual Power.
He had merely thought there was no difference because wish power could be used to fill the soul, and Spiritual Power would increase as a result.
In reality, Spiritual Power was more like a power system exclusive to mages, an external manifestation of a mage's soul.
The advancement of a mage was essentially the process of the soul leaping upwards.
It must be said that the quality of books on the third floor was indeed much higher than those on the second floor.
Not only did he supplement a large amount of basic knowledge related to souls, but the record pages of the book of magical knowledge were also nearing their end.
Soul magic, 'Soul Seed'.
By consuming a large amount of Spiritual Power, a soul could be crafted into an initial seed.
After cultivation, the seed would acquire basic functions such as sensing, monitoring, and detonating.
The seed, once detonated, could not be regenerated and would cause a brief soul shock to the enemy.
Ronan looked at the magic construct of this soul magic in his mind. Its shape was completely different from other magic constructs; its outer layer was entirely enveloped by a layer of soul fire, making its internal structure invisible.
The core of this soul magic was not the few additional functions the seed gained after cultivation.
Instead, the cultivation of the seed had no restrictions and could grow indefinitely, eventually transforming into another soul.
Turning a soul into a seed, then cultivating the seed back into a soul.
It seemed like a futile effort, but it actually involved applications at the level of soul transformation.
However, for Ronan, what was most valuable to him at the moment were the basic functions of sensing, monitoring, and detonating.
He currently had surplus souls: one was the Second Young Master in the Temple Space, and the other was a female soul stored in the mask of truth.
After careful consideration, Ronan confirmed that he had no use for this female soul.
So he activated his Spiritual Power and cast 'Soul Seed,' using this female soul as a casting material.
Before long, an initial seed, imperceptible to Spiritual Power, appeared in his hand.
Inside the seed was Ronan's spiritual imprint, which was the key to controlling the seed and its core.
He infused Spiritual Power into the seed, and the seed instantly reacted.
Ronan felt as if he had gained an extra perspective; this seed was like a miniature camera, constantly feeding back the surrounding scene.
He estimated that if he increased the Spiritual Power output fed to the seed, it could even move briefly and slowly.
However, Ronan had no such intention. Within one meter of him, the seed could move freely, so there was no need to spend Spiritual Power on this.
Just then, the door to room 761 was knocked.
Ronan, disheveled, opened the door, "The latest chapter hasn't..."
He thought it was the New Lord coming to rush his manuscript, but to his surprise, a graceful, high- Appearance beauty stood at the door.
She wore a short administrative uniform, with long brown hair draped over her shoulders. Sunlight spilled onto her smiling face, making her appear particularly cheerful.
"Miss Secretary, are you feeling better?" Ronan asked.
The visitor was indeed the President's female secretary, Arabella.
"Hello, where is the cleaner Black Day?" Arabella asked with an elegant demeanor.
"Ah?" Ronan was stunned, then quickly realized,
He had been studying all day, so his current appearance must not be very tidy. "Oh, please wait, come in and sit first."
He stepped aside to invite Arabella into the room, then went to quickly wash up.
Arabella saw the entire room in a mess, nothing but books, and couldn't help but laugh,
"Why are you reading so many magic-related books?"
" ?"
Ronan, who had just finished washing up, had a question mark appear above his head.
"I'm a mage, what else would I read if not magic books?"
"Why aren't you concentrating on writing?" Arabella asked, shaking her hair.
This female secretary indeed knew his pen name.
Ronan wasn't surprised by this and said sternly, "I'm looking for inspiration by studying magic."
Without wish power coming in, writing was merely accumulating points, meaningless except for making him rich.
His manuscript points had already reached 1500, enough to last him for a while.
Arabella immediately chuckled, "Who are you trying to fool?"
"Miss Secretary, are you feeling better?" Ronan quickly changed the subject.
"Call me Arabella. There are so many Miss Secretaries, how would I know who you're calling?" Arabella said, twirling a strand of her hair. "I've fully recovered."
Arabella outwardly pretended that nothing had happened, but her heart was pounding.
Although she had been influenced by Spiritual Power that night to do what she did, she remembered the entire process clearly.
Thinking of this, Arabella's gaze towards Ronan couldn't help but carry a strange, unprecedented meaning.
Sensing that the atmosphere in the room was a bit off, Ronan asked:
"Miss Arabella, whose rune stone did you borrow? Did the President and the others find any clues?"
"Another Miss Secretary casually gave it to me."
Arabella recalled the President's words, "It's said that a batch of rune stones was tampered with, and the Director is already thoroughly investigating."
Ronan seriously doubted whether that bloated Director had the ability, and instead asked,
"By the way, Miss Arabella, did the President send you to me for something?"
"There are two matters," Arabella paused and said.
"The first matter is that President Charles asked me to urge you to update. He said you're not allowed to delay updates for so long anymore, otherwise, he'll cancel your qualification to purchase magic materials."
"No way?" Ronan couldn't believe it; his points were almost saved up.
These points were more than enough to purchase materials for permanent magic, and he was already preparing to place an order at the supply office.
Who knew that old President's words were like farts.
"Why don't you just update properly?" Arabella asked, puzzled.
This guy is so strange; he makes so much money writing, yet he only studies magic here.
Even though she was like that, he wasn't tempted at all.
Simply hateful...
