63: Chapter 63 You've Successfully Angered Me

The shrill voice of the [Tyrannosaurus Warrior] came through again, sounding incredibly grating.

"Hehehe! Country bumpkin, never seen a formation like this before, have you? You bunch of pathetic bugs, all of you, die!"

This was the reason the opponent had used a terrain resource card at the very start of the match. This swamp must be capable of amplifying the effects of his skills several times over.

Is this even allowed in a match? This is completely exploiting a loophole in the game mechanics; it's practically fighting on the opponent's home turf in their Divine Kingdom.

The [Tyrannosaurus Warrior] was still spewing trash talk, clearly venting his anger over half of his Level 3 Lizardmen having been killed or injured.

"Look at you, you haven't even used a God-Lord skill yet! It seems these monsters were summoned by your talent skill, right? Tsk, tsk, tsk, is that it? Trash talent paired with trash species, not even transcendent; trash is just trash!"

Gu Han clenched his fists. He was also frustrated that his Ant-men could not achieve transcendence, and this guy's mouth was just too foul.

On the battlefield, the Level 3 Lizardmen brandished their massive bone clubs, taking advantage of the swamp's slippery surface to quickly charge to the front lines.

They leaped high into the air, using the momentum of their descent to slam their bone clubs fiercely against the giant shields of the Shield-Armored Ant-Men.

Dull thuds of impact rang out in rapid succession.

The Shield-Armored Ant-Men in the front row swayed violently. The dark golden war-marks on their bodies erupted with blinding light, forcibly dissipating more than half of the impact force.

However, several ordinary Shield-Armored Ant-Men immediately spewed blood from their mouths and noses, and green bodily fluid seeped out from the gaps in their carapaces.

Yet, they did not retreat a single step.

Watching this scene, a wave of bitterness welled up in Gu Han's heart.

These were all units he had painstakingly cultivated by pouring in vast amounts of time, energy, and credit points; they were definitely not trash.

He couldn't let things continue like this. The group weakness effect had sharply reduced the combat effectiveness of the Ant-men army, and there was no need to face the Level 3 Lizardmen head-on. Gu Han immediately issued a divine decree.

"Tactical change!"

"War-Marked Ant-Fist Shrimp-Men, bypass the front defensive line and prioritize clearing out the Level 2 Lizardmen!"

"Shield-Armored Ant-Men, Black-Armored Ant-men, tighten the formation, abandon counterattacks, and focus entirely on defense to stall the Level 3 Lizardmen!"

On the battlefield, the Ant-men army immediately shifted formation.

The Black-Armored Ant-men circling in the air folded their wings. They possessed the purest ant lineage, and for the sake of the tribe, they were willing to sacrifice themselves to buy time for their comrades.

One by one, the Black-Armored Ant-men spread their four arms, tightly clutching the heads of the Level 3 Lizardmen to obstruct their vision.

The Lizardmen grabbed them furiously, tearing them all to shreds.

"Ants! Hahaha!" The [Tyrannosaurus Warrior] was amused. At first, seeing the Ant-men switch battle lines, he thought it was some kind of tactic, but it turned out to be just throwing their lives away.

Before his laughter had even died down, a sudden change occurred.

On the flank of the battle line, a dense mass of dark golden afterimages sprinted across the surface of the swamp.

The War-Marked Ant-Fist Shrimp-Men, under the cover of their comrades, had already reached the rear of the Lizardmen army.

Ordinary Ant-fist Shrimp-men couldn't handle the Level 2 Lizardmen after being weakened, but those with war-marks were different; even when weakened by the skill, they could still take one out with a single punch.

Explosive sounds rang out incessantly. Hard scales instantly caved in, and the sound of ribs breaking was clearly audible. The Level 2 Lizardmen were sent flying, slamming heavily into the mud before twitching twice and falling silent.

The army formation composed of Level 2 Lizardmen collapsed like vast fields of harvested wheat. The supersonic heavy punches of the Shrimp-Men were immensely powerful, and the Level 2 Lizardmen simply couldn't block them.

In just a few short minutes, a large swathe of the twenty thousand Level 2 Lizardmen had been laid low.

The [Tyrannosaurus Warrior] was incensed, roaring for the Level 3 Lizardmen to return and provide support.

But by this time, the Level 3 Lizardmen were already tightly entangled by a group of fearless Ant-men.

The Level 2 Lizardmen were the foundation he had spent over a decade painstakingly cultivating, and many of them were only a step away from reaching Level 3!

"Stop! Stop! Cut it out! Stop fighting!" The [Tyrannosaurus Warrior] was completely panicked now, his voice trembling. "I'm done! I concede! I'm clicking surrender!"

The system prompt sounded immediately.

[The opponent has initiated a surrender request. Do you accept?]

Gu Han snorted coldly.

Before the match starts, a unilateral withdrawal is indeed effective. Once the fight begins, it can only end with the consent of both parties.

He directly ignored the request prompt.

"Surrender? I don't agree!" Gu Han coldly issued his order, "Kill them all for me!"

"Are you sick in the head?!" The [Tyrannosaurus Warrior] snapped and cursed. "We're all just here to make money; there's no need to be this ruthless! I'll give you money! Stop fighting!"

"Five million credit points! No, ten million! As long as you click agree, I'll transfer it immediately!"

Seeing that Gu Han remained unmoved.

"Ten million isn't enough? Twenty million! I'll give you all the money in my account!" The [Tyrannosaurus Warrior]'s voice was already laced with a crying tone.

Cultivating twenty thousand Level 2 believers and several thousand Level 3 believers had cost him too much effort. If they all died here, the believers in his Divine Kingdom would be completely ruined, and even his life level would be affected as a result.

"That's twenty million! It's enough for you to buy an A-grade divine plant outside!"

Gu Han's finger hovered over the control panel as he stared at the ground covered in green blood and shattered carapaces.

How many Ant-men had he lost because this group of Lizardmen relied on the terrain advantage? He was heartbroken too, but he couldn't just let it go.

Money? He didn't care about that bit of money at all right now.

"Using a terrain card to exploit a loophole is one thing, but your mouth is also incredibly foul. Weren't you acting so tough just a moment ago? Why have you wilted now!" Gu Han retorted without ceremony.

"That was a tactic! This is a reasonable use of the rules!" the [Tyrannosaurus Warrior] shouted.

"But you have successfully angered me."

Gu Han clicked the reject button directly.

[Surrender request rejected.]

"You bastard! I've remembered your ID! You just wait…"

Gu Han couldn't be bothered to listen to his nonsense and directly muted the opponent.

This person's skills had truly disgusted Gu Han. If he let him go today, once he recovered his strength, there was no telling if they might run into each other in reality later.

To ensure he wouldn't run into him in the future, he would just cripple him once and for all.

"Kill them all! Avenge our fallen comrades!" Gu Han issued the final order once again. He didn't even have the intention of capturing a single Level 3 Lizardman alive.

On the battlefield, the Ant-men army erupted with earth-shaking hisses.

After clearing out the Level 2 Lizardmen, the War-Marked Ant-Fist Shrimp-Men immediately turned and converged into an unstoppable dark golden torrent, rushing toward the surrounded Level 3 Lizardmen.

In the face of absolute numbers and extreme single-target burst damage, skills could not salvage the Lizardmen's losing position.

In the blink of an eye, the thousands of Level 3 Lizardmen were completely submerged by the swarming mass of ants.

Only shrill screams and explosive sounds remained in the swamp, until the opponent's entire army was wiped out and the software notification sounded.

[Victory! Current win streak: four.]

This match had been truly frustrating.

He had the smart assistant compile the battle report data. Out of his entire army of one hundred thousand Ant-men, nearly thirty thousand had been lost in this battle, and that didn't even count the accidental casualties among the Hidden-Armor Ant-men during the chaotic fighting.
