I. Archiving of information regarding the return of former Port members.
In the Oronia region, the Commander's presence was successfully reverse-tracked by Port members. We have currently established contact with some scattered Ship Girls from the Iris-affiliation.
Member list follows:
Dunkerque-class battlecruisers: Dunkerque, Strasbourg.
Le Fantasque-class Destroyers: Intrepid, Vicious, Terrible, Triomphant, Indomitable.
L'Adroit-class Destroyers: Forbin, Lemaire.
Through information provided by Dunkerque, we have successfully obtained appearance and characteristic data for all Port members. Based on this information, we will perform scans through the local Federation network; however, due to low equipment technology, insufficient computing power, and protocol restrictions on accessing private networks, search efficiency is limited.
Simultaneously, through dialogue, it is certain that other members of the Port have established a system carried by each faction for mutual communication.
Because this system is extremely precise, requires immense power, and was produced for emergencies, each faction only possesses one set.
However, it must be noted: the horizon curvature of the planet we are on is much smaller than Earth's, and it possesses natural phenomena completely different from Earth's. Therefore, the communication capability of this equipment remains questionable.
II. Regarding the interior of the Oronia Maritime Academy.
The Commander has integrated into the academy community.
Although there were some deviations from the estimates—certain special circumstances made the Commander somewhat conspicuous—things are still within expectations and have not taken a turn for the worse.
Third-year student Finn Hawke and his friend Ronan Hall have formed a relationship with the Commander, joined by freshman Cliff Rhodes as a companion. Information regarding the Commander and important individuals at the academy who have interacted with him has been recorded in the attachment.
Oronia Maritime Academy is quite independent of the Federation and the Oronia Kingdom, but maintains high levels of cooperation on commercial and political levels.
Notably, the Maritime Academy does not prohibit local xia people from enrolling, but in recent years, xia people students have gradually become scarce for unknown reasons. Due to a lack of sufficient evidence, detailed information is only archived locally.
The Commander successfully constructed two brand-new Ship Girls during the academy's construction phase. The personnel list update package has been compressed on the hard drive, awaiting delivery.
The new Ship Girls are as follows:
Northern Union Red Navy Project 1145.1, Alert.
Eastern Radiance PLAN Navy (suspected) Type 055 Destroyer, Anshan.
Due to the academy's credit system requirements, all students must participate in clubs outside of coursework. Interestingly, the Commander joined multiple clubs, either voluntarily or by being set up by student Finn.
Club list follows:
Game Club:
A formerly large club that has since declined; the club members consist only of the faculty advisor and individuals like Finn and Ronan.
Summer History Society:
A club that researches and collects historical documents of the local xia people, currently facing a shortage of personnel.
Auronia Volunteer Service and Workers' Rights Society (Quanli Society):
Established on campus by student supporters of the off-campus organization "All-Auronia Workers' Labor Union" (referred to as the Labor Union), with the academy's tacit approval. Its evaluation and personnel selection are quite complex, and it is rejected by the Labor Union itself.
Mechanical and Scientific Production Society (Industrial Society):
The largest club in the academy, possessing numerous industrial partners and independent R&D capabilities. Valuing the Commander's technical views on certain matters, they proactively invited him to join. Meanwhile, the Commander is interested in the technology of the suspected ultra-large gas turbine on the back of their "Flyable Mecha" and is actively collaborating.
Overall, the Commander seems to be a focus of attention within the academy. His training records and the personal attention from the Dean prove that the academy is already aware of his true identity. Various information proves that the Ship Girl Bureau and the Maritime Academy are highly integrated.
The academy as a whole maintains an observational and evaluative attitude toward his actions; the risk level is low, and they are reliable.
Additionally, for unknown reasons, the supervisor dispatched by the Ship Girl Bureau, Kano, has chosen to reside in the same location as the Commander. The Commander's residence is centrally arranged by the academy.
III. Information updates regarding Oronia and the Federation.
Based on a week of information gathering, I can confirm that: the Edenia Knight Federation is an absolutely deformed nation.
Its rapid industrial and technical development stems from resource collection in the eastern part of the current Federation territory—and the so-called eastern part is entirely the territory of the former "Xia Empire."
Its national structure exhibits a high degree of feudalism and capitalization, completely incompatible with modern society.
In the eastern lands, even after many years, xia people still occupy more than half of the area, but the vast majority are located in mines, estates, or extremely low-end industries.
The few urban xia people live in settlements like "Baihui Street" and "Longchuan Workshop," barely maintaining the inheritance of Xia culture. In these settlements, the upper class usually elects "Managers" to divide and bleed the xia people, then collectively squeeze the "Managers" to efficiently return wealth.
A small number of xia people, after being selected to enter the upper-middle class, quickly defect from the xia people community; only the students of the Maritime Academy mostly retain some of their original intentions.
Aside from the Federation Border Defense Force, the Edenia Mainland Army, and the massive Eden Maritime Knights, Eden's armed forces are all affiliated with member states, with significant disparities between them.
On a technical level, it can be summarized in one sentence: a digital age society built with early Cold War tech plus some magic. It possesses digital age characteristics, yet the technology is extremely primitive; it is highly speculated that so-called magical abilities are interfering.
A relatively important point: the current Grand Knight Commander of Eden is elderly and has recently lost his heir. Once a change occurs, Eden may fall into a period of turmoil.
The Auronia Knight Kingdom, located inside the southern bay in the central part of the continent, is the core of border logistics, shipping, and commerce.
Its territory is only the size of a single city, yet it accommodates twenty million urban residents—a non-trivial achievement.
It was built on the ruins of the former xia people city, Jiangcheng; xia people make up 4 million of the city's population.
Overall, Oronia possesses more vitality than other states in the east, but its problems appear more complex:
The highly capitalized society exerts immense pressure on the lives of civilians, including those besides the xia people. According to monitoring data statistics, there are over 200,000 homeless people due to unemployment. According to assessments, it has reached the "Kill Line" mechanism rating.
Because the xia people have a tradition of sticking together, although they remain extremely impoverished, their numbers in homeless groups are actually smaller.
It is worth mentioning that Oronia mandates school enrollment for xia people youth, simultaneously providing compulsory education. After deep analysis, we have determined that Oronia is gradually using the xia people community to replace other low-to-mid-end worker positions.
On a social level, the Oronia Royal Family is the clear leadership body, but among the worker groups outside the top nobility and middle class, the Labor Union's influence is actually quite vast.
However, its system exhibits a lack of a unified program, a tendency to compromise, and a nature favoring electoral struggles; the Commander personally judged it as "similar to the Second International." At the same time, because xia people are replacing worker positions, the Labor Union and the xia people community are actually in a state of hostility.
Although Oronia has some enlightened factions, in reality, it still focuses on maintaining the status quo.
IV. Strategic layout and requirements for the Federation region.
Based on joint discussions between the Commander and colleagues in Oronia, the Commander has officially issued an order: establish the Horizons Edge Auronia Operation Zone. Considering the overall situation of the Federation, in the long term, the Commander believes it is necessary to consider the possibility of responding to armed intervention and deep-continent combat.
"Node" Project
In the outskirts of Oronia, Ms. Gang Yishawa has completely controlled a large area through various means and is preparing to construct an industrial park here. This area is expected to secretly install Molecular Assemblers and elemental transmuters to conduct secret armament preparations locally.
Simultaneously, this park will attempt to recruit local workers and their families.
We believe that these "killed" people still have value to be saved.
Furthermore, we will also recruit personnel from the xia people community; I personally have reason to believe the Commander will favor this group.
This action aims to establish the first semi-secret base on the continent while creating a logistical foundation for operations there.
"Spark" Project:
This plan aims to secretly disseminate our ideological publications and promote our ideology through various means.
The projected long-term goal is to possess a certain audience, be able to influence certain policies, and ultimately build cooperative communities within the city.
"Win-Win" Project:
This plan is being pushed by the Commander himself. He will personally step forward to promote technological progress in the Federation's weak areas and cooperate with the Ship Girl Bureau and Oronia authorities to gain benefits.
This plan will inevitably evolve into automation development, challenging labor-intensive industries, which carries certain risks. However, this action is considered a necessary growing pain by the Commander.
"Proxy" Project:
This project is a pending plan.
The main actions involve establishing various industrial companies in Oronia to accumulate original capital, compress the space of old private groups, establish our own proxy group, cover the formation of the information network and secret logistics network, and rationalize the process of technological development.
The list of resources required for the above plans has been created in the attachment; please check it.
Below are the requirements I personally hope to see evolved:
The Oronia sub-unit formally requests the activation of personnel contract protocols. The reason is that even if Yellow Chickens can satisfy most formal work, they cannot replace the role of key positions.
V. Recently obtained technical data and physical information.
By reviewing network data, I have obtained some of the Federation's armament information, including theoretical weapon data and some open design materials.
Among them, we discovered the configuration and internal structure diagrams of the Resolution-class battlecruiser "Verres" and the Federation-class super ocean-going vessel (or large cruiser) "Kano Knight Republic."
Meanwhile, Ms. Terrible provided some oral data on the Knight Mecha technology of the Iris Orthodoxy. Since the design drawings are not in Ms. Terrible's possession, I reconstructed the information through her oral account, hoping that even without personnel contract protocols, it will be enough to drive the development of humanoid power exoskeletons suitable for Manjuu.
Note: The return of several Iris Ship Girls has provided us with additional spare rigging equipment. Since the items are too large to be transported by seaplane along with the hard drive, the rigging will be consigned by Captain Royal Fortune.

1. To Fujian.txt
How is everything at home? Everything is fine on my end.
Gang Yishawa joked with me earlier that you might be in my bed every day sniffing my scent... You wouldn't actually do that, would you?
A6's health is very good. If you see Anshan, she says she's going to give you a beating; I don't know which of you is stronger, but just be careful...
Alert is a good girl.
Terrible is a good girl.
It seems everyone is a good girl.
...Anyway, don't worry about me, everything is fine.
Oh, right, say hello to Golden Deer for me. Also, I just found out Royal Fortune's alcohol tolerance is even worse than mine; she actually fakes drinking.
Those bottles of wine Golden Deer hid were drunk just like that; it's better not to tell her for now, because more than half of it was because they slipped and shattered on the floor.

VII. ****** (Warning: Unauthorized Information)
1. The Commander's network information in Oronia has been partially exposed, but it has been successfully intercepted within the Oronia region and has not yet caused a major stir. I hope to increase the Commander's security level.
2. I request a full inspection of the shipwreck previously explored led by the Commander and Ms. Fujian. There is an unknown flow of "proxies" in the xia people community, targeting a small port within the Federation. According to shipping information, only one medium-sized cruise ship awaiting decommissioning is currently docked there.
