142: A difficult battle with three mages

Fortunately, Xiao Hongyuan timed it perfectly, jumping and using a series of slashes to knock her down, sending her crashing to the ground.

A Fei hurriedly reached out and released three ghost god phantoms, enveloping her.

"Ah! If you keep hitting me, I'll ban your account!" the mage said after getting up.

A Fei wasn't about to be fooled again. He quickly used Shadow Whip to drag her in front of him, followed by a Full Moon Slash.

Seeing an opening, Xiao Hongyuan also unleashed a Quick Draw Slash.

The moment Xiao Hongyuan's Quick Draw Slash touched the mage, she vanished with a "bang," leaving behind a Straw Man standing on one leg like a crane among chickens.

Her true body appeared nearby and suddenly summoned another Magic Furnace.

Lava erupted from the Magic Furnace, splashing directly onto Xiao Hongyuan and A Fei.

Jian Wuxie activated Blood Frenzy and leaped over with a Mountain Collapse Strike, hoping to knock her into the air, but she dodged by dashing forward on her Broom.

Xiao Hongyuan closed in quickly with Five-Stage Slash and pressed the attack with a Flowing Heart Stab.

Just as A Fei finished buffing himself and wanted to follow up, he was blocked by the staff-wielding mage who had beaten Quan Wudi to death.

A Fei intended to bypass her, but the young girl let out a sharp cry. In the next moment, a massive Azure Dragon Crescent Blade appeared and lunged fiercely toward him.

A Fei tried to dodge with a backstep, but the distance was too short, and his chest was pierced by the tip of the Azure Dragon Crescent Blade.

The crescent blade exploded violently. A Fei had been resurrected for less than twenty seconds before turning into a corpse once again.

Meanwhile, the other mage in a red dress, who had burned Jian Wuxie to death, was still huddled in the corner, motionless, as if the battle had nothing to do with her.

After Xiao Hongyuan approached the Broom-riding mage, she immediately transitioned from Flowing Heart Stab to Flowing Heart Ascent.

A light flashed on the light sword, knocking her into the air.

Seizing the opportunity, Jian Wuxie stood below and released Rage Burst.

Rage surged from beneath his feet, erupting toward the mage in mid-air and dealing a massive amount of damage.

As the mage was about to land, Jian Wuxie struck with an Uppercut, intending to knock her up again.

But the mage repeated her old trick, turning into a Straw Man again to dodge Jian Wuxie's Uppercut.

But her luck was poor this time; her true body landed right next to Quan Wudi.

Quan Wudi's vision blurred for a moment, but seeing the suddenly appearing mage, he didn't hesitate. He immediately launched a Brick Attack, slamming a brick into her head and interrupting her attempt to summon the Magic Furnace.

Looking at the stunned mage and the other mage with the staff chasing from behind after killing A Fei, Quan Wudi decisively used Tiger Subduing Overlord Fist.

He pinned the Broom-riding mage beneath him, pummeling her frantically while skillfully dodging the staff behind him.

A Fei resurrected immediately after dying, the resurrection Shockwave knocking back the staff-wielding mage.

Upon landing, he immediately released three Ghost Gods, covering the area around Quan Wudi.

Jian Wuxie and Xiao Hongyuan faced off against the staff-wielding mage, using a Wave Split Slash in mid-air to restrain her.

Meanwhile, Jian Wuxie reached out with his Ghost Hand and grabbed the mage who had just been knocked back by the Wave Split Slash.

Soul Devouring Hand activated, blasting her to the side.

After Quan Wudi finished his combo, the mage wasn't dead yet. She stood up to summon the Magic Furnace but was interrupted by an icicle generated by A Fei's Frost Saya, causing her to stiffen for a moment.

A Fei didn't have time to charge Spirit Devouring Ghost Slash, so he just unleashed a normal Ghost Slash.

But even this damage was enough. The dark purple Sword Qi sliced through her body, and with a miserable cry, she finally died.

Now only two mages remained, one of whom was still huddled in the corner. A Fei made a quick decision and shouted, "Hit the one with the staff first!"

Quan Wudi immediately turned around and charged toward the one with the staff.

A Fei also used Three-Stage Slash to give chase.

The four of them now gathered and rushed toward the mage who had just been blasted away by Jian Wuxie, intending to wear her down with aerial juggles.

But facing the four people rushing at her, the mage waved her staff and gave another delicate shout: "Shatter Strike!"

The staff whipped across all four of them, instantly knocking them back. A Fei and Xiao Hongyuan were killed instantly, while Quan Wudi and Jian Wuxie were left with only a sliver of health.

Quan Wudi stood up and quickly threw a Sand Throw behind him.

The staff-wielding mage was blinded by the Sand Throw and did not pursue.

Jian Wuxie used Death Defiance to recover some health and quickly gulped down a potion, exclaiming in shock, "Her attack is that high?"

Xiao Hongyuan and the other didn't care about saving revival coins anymore and resurrected immediately.

Using the Shockwave from the resurrection to knock the mage down, Xiao Hongyuan didn't even bother with buffs and went straight for an Uppercut.

The mage was knocked into the air again. Xiao Hongyuan shouted urgently, "We got her! Quick, don't let her land!"

Hearing this, A Fei didn't have time to release ghost god phantoms and rushed over to use Uppercut as well, knocking the mage back up just as she was about to land.

Jian Wuxie and Quan Wudi also closed in, and the four of them began to gang up on the mage, who was kept in a constant state of suspension.

Under the slaughter of Jian Wuxie's Blood Frenzy and Xiao Hongyuan's Ghost Sword Technique, and with the help of Quan Wudi and A Fei's occasional attacks, the mage was finally killed in mid-air without ever touching the ground.
