208: It's a bit wasteful to just bury it like that.

But thinking about that figure of theirs, it really is a pity.

Let's recycle them after these killing gods leave. Burying them just like this is truly a waste.

Not only that, but I need to have someone find out what the background of this Hydra is. If I hadn't been unsure about them, I would have turned hostile long ago.

Alright, actually, the main thing is fear of the snipers hiding in the shadows. With scenes of headshots every single time, he certainly wouldn't dare to gamble his own life.

Watching his companion beside him turn into a headless corpse, another member of the Inagawa-kai immediately turned and ran.

Begging for mercy was useless; running offered a slim chance of survival, while not running meant certain death.

But unfortunately, he wasn't dealing with some amateur snipers. Against someone who could shoot a bullet into an enemy's gun barrel, the only way to survive under their muzzle was to burrow underground.

Therefore, his fate was obvious; he hadn't run far before half his head was suddenly blown off.

Cai Nai wanted to say something but hesitated. "You all had your fun killing, but who is going to take over the cooperation with them?"

The people from Hydra didn't care what he thought. Seeing that the people and matters were resolved, they took their people, got into the vehicles, and left quickly.

Cai Nai's soldiers saw this and scrambled to make way, terrified that if they blocked the path, they would get shot.

After watching them leave, the atmosphere at the scene suddenly became somewhat awkward.

"You saw it too; this is a huge loss for us. Let's go inside and talk."

Cai Nai looked at Chen Jianwen and the others, saying with a bitter smile.

A-Tai, who was beside Chen Jianwen, watched the retreating backs of the Hydra members, feeling exceptionally curious. What kind of organization was this, exactly?

With fewer than ten people, they dared to start a massacre right in the territory of a Golden Triangle Warlord, showing absolutely no regard for Cai Nai, the general.

Even members of the Sakura Inagawa-kai turned pale at the mere mention of them.

This made him secretly note down the organization in his heart, thinking that he must inquire about them after returning.

After everyone returned to the room and took their seats, the atmosphere was completely different from when they had first arrived.

The few of them looked at each other, not knowing what to say.

Finally, Chen Jianwen broke the silence, "At this point, we should really exchange information. Does anyone here know about this force called Hydra?"

"No. Boss Chen, you know that we, the Three Federations, have never really come out, so naturally we haven't had any dealings with outside organizations. To put it bluntly, we've been working in isolation. However, judging by the performance we just saw with the Inagawa-kai people, this Hydra doesn't seem like some minor organization. At the very least, they didn't hold the Inagawa-kai in any regard."

Just then, the bald man thought for a moment and added, "I actually have heard a little something about this Hydra. Speaking of which, I learned about it from a friend in Myanmar."

"At the time, I thought the other party was bragging to me, but looking at it now, it seems what my friend said was true."

Seeing him just spouting nonsense, Cai Nai couldn't help but get anxious. He slapped the table and scolded, "Damn it, I'm already furious, are you still trying to keep me in suspense?"

Cai Nai's sudden action gave the other man a fright.

Indeed, he possessed an armed force of over a thousand people, yet even so, he was being bullied right at his doorstep and didn't dare to resist while they flaunted their power in front of him. One could see just how furious Cai Nai was now.

Thinking of this, the bald man didn't dare to hesitate any longer and hurriedly continued, "According to my friend, Hydra is not a simple underworld force, because they have significant power in Myanmar."

"I'm sure Boss Chen has heard about the Four Great Families of Kokang being wiped out."

Upon hearing this, everyone couldn't help but gasp. They had naturally heard of the Four Great Families of Kokang; they weren't just some nobodies.

They had armies in their hands, yet even so, they were wiped out overnight.

One could only imagine how terrifying the force that destroyed them was.

Chen Jianwen raised an eyebrow, seemingly thinking of something, and a look of disbelief appeared on his face. "Are you saying that the ones who destroyed them were Hydra?"

He really didn't know about this; after all, who would pay attention to those things? They and the Four Great Families were worlds apart, with no basis for comparison, so naturally, he wouldn't have paid that much attention.

Looking at it this way, this Hydra really wasn't simple. Being able to achieve that in Myanmar, they could probably flatten the Golden Triangle with ease.

Of course, he was talking about flattening it on the surface. After all, the forces in the Golden Triangle were a mixed bag, and no one could say for sure if those forces had people backing them.

"That's right, it was Hydra's people who did it. I heard that the Warlord of Myawaddy is a member of Hydra."

This statement was an even bigger bombshell, leaving everyone dizzy. A Warlord? Is a member of Hydra?

Holy shit! Is this still an irregular organization?

And now that Kokang had fallen into their hands, how could this be an irregular organization? It was practically as legitimate as it gets.

As they were now, one could say they were legitimate, or one could say they weren't.

Upon hearing this, Cai Nai fell completely silent. The anger in his heart instantly vanished; he really didn't dare to hold onto it.

The Four Great Families of Kokang had been wiped out by them, and the Warlord over there was their member. He, a general who could only throw his weight around in the Golden Triangle, was nothing more than a slightly larger ant in their eyes.

No wonder they were so fearless just now. It was fortunate he hadn't acted impulsively; otherwise, he probably wouldn't even see tomorrow's sun.

After hearing about Hydra's background, everyone fell into silence once again.

Those who had previously wanted to suggest uniting to deal with Hydra were now secretly rejoicing.

There was no other way; the other side was too terrifying, and they could only bow and scrape.

"It seems the market over there will have to be handed over. The loss is not insignificant."

"You guys still have it good; you can sell your goods elsewhere. What about us in the Three Federations? Wait—that's not right. What they said doesn't seem to include our place."

Once these words were spoken, Chen Jianwen and the bald man both looked at him, as if to say, "Do you want to listen to what you're saying?"

"Why are you looking at me like that? Am I wrong?"

"What do you think?"

"Uh, alright, then I'll go back and tell the boss."

"Boss Chen, the market is gone. Do you have any plans to open up other markets? We can't touch the Eastern Great Nation, but aren't there other small countries nearby? It's not as strict there as it is here. I was wrong about what happened before, and I apologize to you here. Why don't we put aside our grievances, join forces to open up other markets? What do you think?"

Wanting to break into the markets of other countries was not an easy task; bloodshed was definitely unavoidable.
