You can't even kill a person, yet you want to capture them alive?

After the explosion, the Enforcers outside still seemed uneasy. The Law Enforcement Captain led a few subordinates and cautiously walked in.

As soon as they entered, they saw two disfigured corpses lying on the ground, one large and one small. Even so, there wasn't much emotion on their faces. Their gaze shifted elsewhere, and the simple house was clear at a glance.

"Captain, they must have escaped through the window."

"Am I blind..."

Bang bang bang~

Before the Law Enforcement Captain could finish speaking, gunshots suddenly rang out. Several people instantly collapsed to the ground, twitched a few times, and then fell silent.

Outside the door, the several Hydra members who had just left put away their pistols, their gazes lingering on the bodies of the father and son for a moment.

"Let's go. We need to find the organization first, otherwise, it'll be troublesome if they get entangled with us again."

"Mhm!"

The others nodded upon hearing this and turned to leave.

On the other side, Brother Dao led his men to sweep other strongholds of the Scorpion Gang.

After clearing one location, the air was filled with a strong smell of blood, making him furrow his brow.

This stronghold was somewhat unusual. There weren't many people, and their mental state was off. Even during the firefight, the opponents didn't put up much resistance.

This made him very curious. Without thinking further, he turned his head and asked a subordinate next to him.

"How is the Vice Minister's side?"

"Reporting, Minister, the Vice Minister sent word a while ago that all the areas he was responsible for have been swept clean. When they were evacuating, they were blocked by the Enforcers, but it's been resolved. It's just... a lot of people died."

Brother Dao couldn't help but ask, "How many?"

"Over a hundred died."

"Enforcers?"

"Yes!"

"Go..."

As soon as Brother Dao uttered the word "go," in the next second, a subordinate beside him vigilantly looked at the surrounding houses and suddenly noticed something unusual at a high point. Was there... a figure there?

As soon as this thought emerged, he instantly connected it to something, his pupils contracted, and his face changed drastically.

He exclaimed, "There's a sniper, protect the Minister!"

As he spoke, he pounced towards Brother Dao. At this, the Hydra members instantly became highly alert. Without hesitation, they quickly shielded Brother Dao.

Bang!

A gunshot rang out, and a gush of warm liquid splashed onto Brother Dao's face, a metallic smell filling his nostrils.

Before Brother Dao could react, the gunfire suddenly intensified.

"It's the Enforcers, protect the Minister and leave."

As soon as he finished speaking, a large number of Enforcers appeared in the distance. They wasted no words and immediately opened fire.

In an instant, Brother Dao and his men were caught off guard. Looking at the subordinate who had fallen on him, now lifeless.

He felt a pang in his heart. For his subordinates to do this for him, he, as Minister, was undoubtedly very successful.

The reactions of the others were incredibly swift. They quickly opened fire to suppress the Enforcers, and two subordinates quickly helped Brother Dao up.

"Minister, are you alright?"

"I'm fine. Tell the brothers to go inside. We've been ambushed. Notify the Vice Minister to come and provide support."

These guys even deployed snipers. It was clear that the enemy had laid an ambush long ago.

No wonder the people at this stronghold seemed strange to him. It turned out they were killing someone else's bait.

Presumably, they were all death row inmates, and something had been injected into them beforehand.

He just couldn't understand why the enemy hadn't planted bombs inside. If they had, they could have detonated them directly after they entered, making it difficult for them to escape alive.

However, now was clearly not the time to think about these things. Under the cover of his subordinates, he retreated to a nearby house.

In the distance!

The Enforcers were suppressed by Hydra's firepower, unable to show their heads. With pistols on one side and rifles on the other, in terms of weapons, they were not on the same level as Hydra at all.

The Law Enforcer hiding behind the car heard the intense gunfire and couldn't help but complain, "Damn it, why is their firepower so fierce?"

His colleague next to him nodded in agreement, "Exactly. I don't know what the higher-ups are thinking, making us fight rifles with pistols. Isn't this just sending us to our deaths? And also, we were clearly the ones ambushing, so why are we the ones unable to show our heads in the end?"

"Don't say it, it's a complete disgrace. I don't know if the higher-ups have gone crazy. If they had planted a large number of bombs in the Scorpion Gang stronghold and detonated them after Hydra went in, wouldn't it be simpler to eliminate them? I think the higher-ups just want us to die so they can swallow our pensions."

"Shh, you can't say such things carelessly. If a superior leader hears you, you'll be finished."

Just then, a middle-aged man in a high-ranking law enforcement uniform looked around and then shouted to everyone, "Later, try to capture them alive if possible, understand?"

Everyone's heart trembled upon hearing this, and they secretly complained to themselves, 'Damn it, do you even hear what you're saying? They have rifles, and we only have small pistols. You can't even kill people, and you want to capture them alive?'

In their opinion, this was undoubtedly a suicide mission. If it were truly that easy to capture them alive, why would they need to hide behind cars, afraid to show their heads?

Though they thought this, they dared not refute a single word.

After Brother Dao led his men into the houses on both sides of the street, the gunfire gradually subsided.

Just as they were about to leave in another direction, they unexpectedly found their rear blocked by members of the Scorpion Gang.

"Damn it!"

Seeing this situation, Brother Dao couldn't help but curse. They were caught between a rock and a hard place, but he wasn't overly worried, as Hydra wasn't that fragile yet.

Just as Brother Dao and his men were surrounded, far away in a high-level office in the Central Military Region of Vietnam.

A man around sixty years old, dressed in a military uniform, sat in a chair smoking a cigar. Between puffs, he looked at the man sitting opposite him and smiled, "I have to say, you have great courage. Do you know where this is?

If I give the order now, not even a fly can escape from here."

The man shrugged indifferently upon hearing this, saying, "I deeply believe Lieutenant General Mu's words, but I still came in, didn't I? And I appeared before you safe and sound. Isn't that enough to prove that even here, we can enter unimpeded?

I came here never intending to leave alive. If one of me dies, there will be thousands more of me. To speak presumptuously, if we want to kill someone, they will absolutely not live past a day, even you, Lieutenant General Mu."

As soon as the man finished speaking, Lieutenant General Mu's expression turned cold, his eyes fixed on the calm and composed man before him.

Although he was furious, the other party's words were true, and he had to believe it, because the other party was standing openly before him right now.

It must be known that this was a military zone. It was no exaggeration to say that even if a dog approached, they would know immediately, let alone a living person.

This left him somewhat puzzled as to why the other party could appear before him without alarming the soldiers.

However, there could only be one answer: there was someone from their side here!
