Huang Lin: Play a villain? I'd like to play myself in that role.

Lin Hao didn't notice the danger approaching him at all; he was still overjoyed by Li Yangqing's promise.

He thought: With the Li Family as backing, Wang Shaojun shouldn't be able to do anything to the Lin Group. Then, I'll shamelessly pester Wang Yuxin again and give her a grand confession at Modu University. She'll definitely forgive me then.

As long as I can marry her, I won't have to grovel before Li Yangqing like this anymore. At the very least, I'll have the capital to stand as his equal.

Unfortunately, this was just his fantasy.

Meanwhile, Huang Lin watched the bar staff bring over the fruit platter and drinks, reached into the platter, grabbed a kumquat, and threw it at Lin Hao's head.

Lin Hao, sitting in Booth Number One, was just laughing and chatting with Li Yangqing a second ago, and the next second, something suddenly hit his head.

He looked down and saw a kumquat rolling on the ground. His face darkened. As the dignified young master of the Lin Group, whenever he went out, he was always the one doing the throwing.

Although this was Hong Kong Island, the thought that Li Yangqing was right in front of him immediately boosted his courage.

Turning his face, which was dark with anger, he saw a familiar face enter his sight.

Seeing him look over, Huang Lin waved his hand, signaling him to approach.

Lin Hao was a little surprised to see Huang Lin. “Huang Lin? Why is he here?”

However, he had no intention of getting up. If this were Modu, he naturally wouldn't dare disrespect Huang Lin, but this was Hong Kong Island, and having just attached himself to the Li Family, he was fearless.

With this thought, his courage instantly swelled. Facing Huang Lin, he sneered, “Young Master Huang, if you're not going to eat it, there's no need to waste fruit like that, right? Also, if your eyes have a problem, should I introduce an ophthalmologist to check you out?”

His words instantly drew Li Yangqing's attention. The moment he saw Huang Lin, his brow furrowed, and the corner of his mouth couldn't help but curl up.

This guy actually dared to come to Hong Kong Island again. Last time, going back caused him to be confined for a week. This time, he vowed to make the guy suffer somehow.

However, his gaze lingered between Huang Lin and Lin Hao. He didn't immediately cause trouble, intending to watch a show first.

Conversely, Huang Lin was greatly surprised upon hearing these words. Was this still the Young Master Lin he knew?

His guts have certainly grown, haven't they? Does he think that just because Li Yangqing is here, I wouldn't dare do anything to him?

“Lin Hao, how dare you speak to Young Master Huang like that? Come over here and drink all the alcohol on this table as an apology to Young Master Huang.”

Before Huang Lin could speak, one person sitting next to him quickly reacted. Knowing Huang Lin's intent, he deliberately made things difficult.

“Drink your mother!”

Hearing these three words, Huang Lin immediately smiled. This was exactly what he was waiting for.

One second he was grinning, the next his face darkened. With lightning speed, he picked up a bottle of wine from the table and, without warning, hurled it toward Li Yangqing.

Li Yangqing, who was watching the scene unfold, instantly changed his expression. Before he could even react, the wine bottle shattered on his forehead.

With a bang, shards of glass and wine splashed everywhere. It had to be said that the bottles in this bar were not sturdy.

Perhaps they were made so fragile precisely out of fear of such incidents, afraid someone might use a wine bottle as a weapon.

The sudden scene gave Lin Hao quite a fright.

At this moment, he felt Huang Lin must be drunk, daring to smash Li Yangqing's head open on Hong Kong Island.

“Huang Lin, you're finished! Do you know who this is? Young Master Li Yangqing! You dared to hit him with a bottle, you are done for.”

But what happened next was even more unbelievable. Huang Lin scoffed at his words, clapped his hands, and sneered, “Oh dear, that really scared the hell out of me. I didn't do it on purpose. I was originally going to hit you, but who told you to dodge? That's not my fault.”

Having said that, he quickly dropped the expression on his face, changing his tone, “Besides, so what if I hit him? Let him try and touch me.”

Lin Hao was stunned by his words, his eyes wide, his face filled with disbelief.

Confusion filled his heart. Did Huang Lin genuinely not know who Li Yangqing was, or was he truly drunk and talking nonsense?

Yes, he admitted that the Huang Family was quite powerful in Modu, but this wasn't Modu. As the saying goes, distant water cannot quench a nearby fire. How dare he?

Li Yangqing, who had planned to watch the show, felt the pain radiating from his head and could no longer sit still. He abruptly stood up, pointed at Huang Lin and his companions, and cursed, “F*ck your mother, Huang Lin! Wasn't the lesson last time enough? You want revenge? Fine, come here!”

The Middle-aged Man sitting next to Li Yangqing saw that the situation was wrong and quickly tried to calm Li Yangqing down. “Young Master Li, please be patient. Leave this to me.”

Saying this, he turned his head to look at Huang Lin. Although he didn't know who the other party was, it was clear from the previous conversation that he held a grudge against Li Yangqing, and knowing that was enough.

“I am the Owner here. Young Master Huang, could you give me face, come over, kneel down, and apologize to Young Master Li? I can guarantee you'll be able to walk out of the Spade Bar.”

Upon hearing this, Huang Lin instantly understood that this person was a lackey of the Li Family. Realizing this, there was no need to be polite to him; they were all cut from the same cloth anyway.

“Oh, trying to scare me, are you? A mere lackey. You don't get a say here. Go wait on the side.”

After speaking, he swaggered toward Booth Number One, picking up another bottle of wine. The other two, seeing this, followed suit.

The commotion here instantly attracted the attention of most people. Although such incidents frequently occurred in chaotic places like bars, this time was clearly different.

“What's going on? Isn't that Young Master Li? It looks like someone smashed his head open!”

“Indeed, his head is bleeding. Who has such guts? Don't they know this is the Spade Bar? The Owners here are all puppets of the Li Family. Daring to hit Young Master Li here—they must be tired of living.”

“Hehe, now we have a good show to watch.”

“A good show? You guys don't know what they just said. That Young Master Huang seems to have a grudge against Young Master Li. He came here for revenge, so his background probably isn't simple.”

“What? Something like that happened? We're watching the show here—won't we get ourselves into trouble?”

“Relax, who are you? You're not qualified to be kindling.”

“Dude, that hurts. Can you take that back? I think a friend of mine just got triggered.”

“Where, where? The friend you mentioned isn't you, is it?”

“How could it be? After hearing that, he ran to the bathroom. You don't know, but whenever he gets triggered, he goes to the bathroom to look for food.”

“What, that happens? Perfect! I've been constipated for a week. Can you ask your friend to help me out?”

“Sorry, he doesn't eat rice, he only drinks congee!”

When the people around heard the two discussing such a 'flavorful' topic, they immediately backed far away, afraid of catching such a habit.
