109: Chapter 109 Take as many as you come, swallow them all

Nine worlds.

Nine Sixth-Order unowned worlds.

Nine different civilizations, nine different powers, nine lands waiting to be devoured.

Su Bai looked at the light screen, his pupils slightly contracting.

It wasn't because of the quantity, but because of the last one.

Dragon Blood Realm.

Dragon bloodline.

Even if it had degenerated, even if it was only in an orc form, no Creator in this universe would be unaware of the weight of those two words.

Dragon.

The existence standing at the very top of all food chains.

Even if it was just a thin bloodline, even if it was just a degenerated orc, it was still a dragon.

If the bloodline could be increased later, or if a mutation occurred, could it become the existence of the Deva Path within the Six Paths of Reincarnation?

Su Bai's breathing quickened for a moment, then quickly returned to calm.

Chu Zhentian's holographic projection looked at him with a gaze like a torch.

"Nine." Chu Zhentian's voice remained steady. "The entire foundation accumulated by Qinglin Province over three hundred years. Everything from the provincial treasury, the Chu family's private treasury, and what was requisitioned from other noble families. It's all here."

He paused.

"Which one do you want to attack?"

Su Bai looked up.

He looked at the nine names on the light screen, scanning his gaze from number one to number nine.

Nine worlds, nine choices.

Any one of them was enough to make a Sixth-Order Creator salivate. Especially the Dragon Blood Realm, which was the most prized treasure of the entire Qinglin Province. What it meant for the Chu family to be willing to bring it out was self-evident.

Su Bai spoke.

His voice was very light, but every word was like a nail driven into the air.

"I want them all."

Chu Zhentian's pupils suddenly contracted.

The holographic light screen flickered for a moment, as if even the equipment was shocked into a freeze by those four words.

"What did you say?"

For the first time, a tremor appeared in Chu Zhentian's voice.

Su Bai looked up, met his eyes, and repeated it word for word.

"I said, nine, I want them all."

The lounge was silent for a full five seconds.

Five seconds later, Chu Zhentian laughed.

It wasn't the laugh of a provincial-level official, nor the laugh of a Twelfth-Order Creator, nor even the laugh of a father.

It was the laugh of a gambler.

The laugh of someone who had bet his entire net worth on one person, only to find that this person was even crazier than he had imagined.

"You want all nine..." Chu Zhentian repeated the phrase softly, as if savoring its weight. "Do you know what that means?"

Su Bai did not speak.

Chu Zhentian raised his hand, his fingers swiping through the void, and the information on the light screen began to rearrange.

"Nine Sixth-Order unowned worlds, with a total population exceeding sixteen million. Thirty-one Hero Units, including two at the peak of Sixth-Order, four at high-level Sixth-Order, three at mid-level Sixth-Order, and the rest are all peak or high-level Fifth-Order. The combined world diameter exceeds eighteen thousand kilometers."

His finger stopped on the remarks column for the Dragon Blood Realm.

"And one carries the dragon bloodline."

He looked at Su Bai.

"Your Netherworld World, even if it's very strong, will definitely suffer losses when attacking these worlds! And you have the third round of the competition tomorrow!"

"You must realize that combat power lost while attacking unowned worlds will not be considered as competition losses and will not be resurrected!"

"You want to attack nine Sixth-Order worlds simultaneously?"

Hearing this, Su Bai showed no worry on his face; instead, he became even more determined.

"Yes."

Chu Zhentian looked at him and remained silent for a long time.

Those eyes, which had experienced countless world wars, were currently doing something they hadn't done in a long time.

Assessing a young man's limit.

Three seconds later, he nodded.

"Good."

Just one word, but the power contained within it made Su Bai's communication terminal vibrate.

Chu Zhentian's holographic projection began to flicker as he simultaneously connected to over a dozen communication channels.

"I'll arrange it for you. The devouring order of the nine worlds, the docking plan for the world bridges, and the schedule coordination with the eye of destiny—the Chu family will handle it all."

His voice became low, like a blade being slowly drawn from its scabbard.

"But remember one thing."

"Once you finish devouring these nine worlds, there will be no turning back."

"Your Netherworld World will become too large, too strong, and too conspicuous. The entire Great Xia Kingdom, all star domains, all noble families, and all Creators will be staring at you."

"You will become a target."

"A target for everyone."

Hearing this, Su Bai revealed a smile.

The smile was faint, but Chu Zhentian saw something in those eyes.

It wasn't arrogance, it wasn't confidence, it wasn't even courage.

It was a kind of calmness that said, 'I've known this all along.'

"The Netherworld," Su Bai said, "is originally a place for housing the souls of the dead."

"Whether it's a target or the focus of public criticism."

"However many come, I will take them all."

He looked up, his gaze passing through the lounge window and falling upon the three hundred and seventy-five light spots of the winners' bracket in the Tianyuan Arena's void.

Falling upon those nine exceptionally bright light spots.

"Send me the list."

He said softly.

"I want them all."

The light screen went dark.

Chu Zhentian's holographic projection dissipated.

Silence returned to the lounge.

Only Su Bai remained, along with the transparent light screen displaying information about the nine worlds.

Nine names, nine lines of data, nine lands waiting to be devoured.

Ashen Realm. Deep Rock Realm. Storm Realm. Gloom Realm. Blood Sea Realm. Golden Realm. Emerald Realm. Bone Realm. Dragon Blood Realm.

Su Bai looked at those nine names, the corners of his mouth curling up slightly.

He raised his hand, gently swiping on the light screen to enlarge the remarks column for number nine.

[Dragon Blood Realm: The Hero Unit 'Dragon Blood King' has the bloodline of the ancient dragon race flowing in his body. Although it has severely degenerated, he still possesses iconic abilities such as Dragon Might and Dragon Flame.]

Dragon bloodline.

Even if it was just degenerated, even if it was just a thin bloodline, it was still a dragon.

Su Bai looked at that line of text, a faint glint flashing in his eyes.

"Dragon..."

He whispered the word as if tasting a long-lost flavor.

He closed the light screen and shut his eyes.

His consciousness sank into the Netherworld World.

The grayish-white Yin Qi surged like a sea.

Before the Ghost Gate Pass, the Ghost King hovered in mid-air, his golden vertical pupils watching him.

"Master."

Su Bai nodded.

"Get ready."

He paused, his gaze passing over the Ghost King, over the River of Oblivion, over the Bridge of Helplessness, and falling upon the grayish-white void at the boundary of the Netherworld World.

"It's time to get to work."

The Ghost King lowered his head.

"Yes."

Su Bai withdrew his gaze, his conscious avatar standing at the world core, looking at the slowly rotating ring-shaped phantom.

Six Paths of Reincarnation.

Condensation progress: 65%.

Su Bai looked at the newly added one hundred thousand Power Of Faith in his hand. Waiting idly was boring, so he might as well create Meng Po first.
