157: Ghost! Butcher! It's your turn!

Clear images instantly appeared on the remote control's screen.

Alejandro switched directly to thermal imaging mode.

"Boss! Three o'clock, second-floor window, one RPK Machine Gun, two people!"

"Eleven o'clock, third-floor rooftop, one RPG gunner, one observer, and an ammo box next to them!"

"Straight ahead, in several shops along the street, at least eight riflemen!"

Alejandro reported each position with meter-level precision at an extremely fast pace.

With this "Eye of God," all of the enemy's deployments became a joke.

"Nice work!" Jose's lips curled into a bloodthirsty arc.

He calmly issued commands through the radio.

"Ghost, Butcher, move through the alley on the left, get up into that small two-story building, and take out that machine gunner for me!"

"Copy that!"

The two team members vanished silently into the dark alley like civet cats.

"Sniper!"

"Here!" responded the team member responsible for precision shooting.

"See that idiot on the rooftop carrying the rocket launcher?" Jose sneered. "Wait for my command, then send him to meet God."

"With pleasure." The Sniper adjusted his breathing.

Through the scope, the crosshairs were already firmly locked onto the rebel rocket launcher gunner's head.

Jose glanced at the drone screen, confirming everyone was in position.

His gaze suddenly turned icy cold.

"Do it!"

The team Sniper pulled the trigger.

Only a wisp of blue smoke emerged from the muzzle of the suppressed Sniper rifle.

The rebel gunner, who was just preparing to fire another round, had his head explode with a 'bang,' splashing red and white matter all over the observer's face.

"Pfft!"

The bullet drilled precisely into the center of his forehead, taking away his last bit of consciousness.

In less than two seconds, two living people had become two corpses on the rooftop.

Having dealt with the biggest threat, Jose issued a second command in a cold voice through his throat mic.

"Ghost! Butcher! It's your turn!"

"Copy that!"

Deep in the alley, Ghost and Butcher moved like phantoms.

Sticking to the base of the walls, they reached the back door of the two-story building with a few tactical maneuvers.

The back door was locked, but that wasn't a problem at all.

Butcher took a small piece of plastic explosive from his tactical vest, skillfully stuck it over the lock, and inserted a miniature detonator.

A soft "beep" sounded.

Boom!

With a muffled bang and flying wood chips, the entire lock and the surrounding door panel were blown to bits.

The rebels inside the building were startled by the sudden explosion.

Before they could even turn their muzzles, Ghost had already flashed inside!

The short-barreled rifle in his hand barely paused, firing icy bullets one after another.

"Pfft pfft pfft!"

The two rebels guarding the stairs didn't even see the enemy's shadow.

Several mists of blood erupted from their bodies; they didn't even have time to groan before falling straight down.

"Second-floor window! RPK Machine Gun!"

Butcher followed closely behind, shouting as he threw a Flashbang toward the second floor.

Clang!

The Flashbang bounced off the corner of the stairs and rolled into the room on the second floor.

Boom—!!

A burst of blinding white light and a deafening roar instantly erupted!

The rebel gunner and assistant gunner operating the RPK in the room suddenly felt like hundreds of hammers were pounding inside their heads at once.

Their eyes saw only a vast expanse of white, they could see nothing, and their ears were ringing incessantly.

They dropped their weapons in agony and rolled on the floor clutching their heads.

Ghost and Butcher had already rushed up.

"Da da da!"

"Machine gunners eliminated! Second floor secure!"

"Nice work!" Jose praised over the comms, his smile then turning ferocious.

"Brothers, it's time for our counterattack! Send every one of these sons of bitches to meet the King of Hell!"

He suddenly flashed out from behind the wall, the rifle in his hand spitting out tongues of angry fire!

"Da da da da!"

With the precise locations provided by the drone, the Shadow Special Forces' attack became highly purposeful.

One team member pulled two grenades from his backpack, yanked the pins, aimed at the shop windows directly ahead, and hurled them with force!

Boom! Boom!

Violent explosions rang out inside the shop, with screams and the sound of breaking glass mixing together.

The fire points that had been firing frantically just moments ago were instantly silenced.

"Go!"

At Jose's command, the members of the Shadow Special Forces charged like tigers released from a cage.

They rushed from behind cover and merged with the arriving Special Operations Regiment Soldiers.

Turning into a steel torrent, they launched a tidal wave of an offensive against the rebel positions.

Gunfire, explosions, and battle cries echoed throughout the entire block.

The rebels were completely dazed.

They had originally thought this would be an easy catch, but in the blink of an eye, they had turned from hunters into prey.

The opponent's tactical proficiency was terrifyingly high.

Their marksmanship was precise, their coordination seamless, and above all, their elusive fighting style left the rebels with no way to defend themselves.

Often, as soon as the shots rang out, before they could even find the enemy's position, a large number of their own people had already fallen.

The battle turned into a one-sided slaughter.

In less than half an hour, the more than six hundred rebels entrenched at the crossroads were wiped out.

Meanwhile, the Shadow Special Forces and the Special Operations Regiment had only a few people with minor arm scratches from flying shrapnel, with no serious injuries at all.

Jose stepped on a rebel's corpse, grinding the man's face with his tactical boot, and picked up his communicator.

"Command, this is 'Shadow', Sector A has been cleared, repeat, Sector A has been cleared! Over."

With Jose's squad breaking through everything in front of them.

As Jose's team advanced with unstoppable momentum, the following Soldiers from the National Defense Force's 1st and 5th Brigades quickly took over the streets, advancing steadily and constantly tightening the encirclement.

The entire front line was like a giant meat grinder, frantically devouring the rebels' effective strength.

Inside the rebels' temporary headquarters.

The atmosphere was terrifyingly oppressive.

Zia Jackson's face was so dark it looked like it could drip ink.

"What's going on?! Has C3 squad been contacted yet?" he roared at the signalman.

"Reporting, General... we still... still can't reach them..." the signalman replied tremulously.

"Useless! A bunch of useless trash!"

Zia Jackson kicked over a nearby table, sending maps and documents scattering across the floor.

"What about D5 squad? E2 squad? Are they all fucking dead!"

"Gen... General... we've lost contact with all of them too..."

The atmosphere in the headquarters dropped to freezing point.

Losing contact with one blocking squad after another meant his meticulously arranged defensive lines were being torn to shreds piece by piece.

How on earth was this battle being fought?

Did the enemy have eyes in the sky?

Why were all his ambush points being precisely eliminated by the opponent?

A deep sense of powerlessness welled up in his heart.

Zia Jackson knew things couldn't go on like this.

If this continued, his own men would collapse before the enemy even broke in.

He took a deep breath, forced himself to calm down, and grabbed another encrypted phone nearby.

"Connect me to the US Military Advisory Group! Now! Immediately!"

At the same time.

Inside the temporary US military base in Bolivia.

On the large screen in the command center, reconnaissance footage from a BQM-34S 'Firebee' drone was being broadcast in real-time from high altitude.

US Army Colonel John Worden, CIA Latin America head Joe Iaccarino.

And a man wearing black combat fatigues and a black military cap stood side by side, staring at the screen with serious expressions.
