47: Army! My invincible army!

He looked at David now as if he were looking at a glittering gold ingot.

"Easy, easy."

David calmly withdrew his hand.

"Since the contract has been negotiated, the only thing remaining is the transportation issue."

The joy on Sultan's face froze instantly, and his brow furrowed once again.

"Mr. David, to be honest, this is what I am most worried about."

"How can such a large batch of sensitive weapons be transported to our country without anyone knowing?"

"The U.S. and Russia... I'm afraid they won't just let it go, right?"

"If they cause trouble halfway, then we..."

His concerns were not without reason.

The scale of this arms shipment was simply too large, especially those fifty "satan" missiles, which were enough to make any major power uneasy.

Once the news leaked, the U.S. and Russia would definitely spare no cost to obstruct it.

"Rest assured."

David's tone remained calm, yet carried an unquestionable confidence.

"Since I dare to sell them, I naturally have a way to deliver the goods safely to your hands."

"As for the U.S. and Russia..."

He gave a contemptuous smile.

"If they dare to reach out, I will chop off their claws."

"You just need to prepare for receipt; leave the rest to me."

Looking at David's calm and indifferent demeanor, the heart that Sultan had been holding in his throat inexplicably settled down.

The next day.

Accompanied by Sultan, David met the supreme ruler of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, King Fahd.

After confirming that all details were correct, both parties officially signed the super arms procurement contract worth 21 billion USD.

The contract stipulated that The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must pay the first installment of 6 billion USD within five days.

However, the efficiency of the royal family of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was far higher than David had imagined.

Not even two days had passed.

"Ding!"

David's mobile phone received a text message from the Swiss Bank.

A huge sum of 6 billion USD was already lying securely in his account.

Almost at the same time, another text message followed.

It was from Kian.

On the Iraq side, the second installment of 6 billion USD had also been fully received.

"Well done!"

A satisfied arc curled up at the corners of David's mouth.

120 billion USD in cash, secured!

He opened the system store without hesitation.

"System, purchase all remaining weapons on the Iraq list."

【Ding! Purchase confirmed... Deducting 5 billion USD... Purchase successful!】

【All weapons have been materialized at the designated coordinates; please arrange the handover as soon as possible, Host.】

Night fell.

Inside Iraq, on a desolate Gobi desert.

Space twisted, and then, dense rows of weapons and equipment appeared out of thin air, instantly covering the ground for several kilometers.

Brand new t-72 tank units gleamed with a cold metallic light.

Rows of Mi-24 "Hind" attack helicopters lay like dormant beasts.

And the mountains of ammunition crates exuded a dangerous aura under the moonlight.

David looked at the masterpiece before him with satisfaction and dialed Kian's number.

"Notify Saddam that he can come to collect the goods."

On the other end of the line, after receiving the news, Saddam jumped out of bed almost instantly.

He didn't even have time to change out of his pajamas before taking a large group of his personal guards, boarding a helicopter, and rushing to that mysterious coordinate overnight.

When he saw that torrent of steel with his own eyes, he was plunged into ecstasy.

"Hahahaha!"

"My army! My invincible force!"

Saddam spread his arms and let out a hearty laugh.

The Iraq army generals following behind him were also flushed with excitement, rushing up to touch the brand new tanks and armored vehicles, unable to put them down.

The Soldier units erupted into earth-shattering cheers, the volume almost overturning the night sky.

With this batch of equipment, who would they fear?

Watching the real-time footage from afar, David turned off his phone.

The business in Iraq could be considered completely concluded.

He had originally planned to go to Hong Kong to enjoy life after handling things here.

But now, he had changed his mind.

With 12 billion USD in cash in hand, it was time to go back and pull off a big job.

He narrowed his eyes, a flicker of chilling coldness flashing through them.

"Bolivia..."

"I am back."

Inside the U.S. Embassy, in a heavily guarded office, the air was so oppressive it made it hard to breathe.

The person in charge of Middle East affairs for the CIA, Noah, was leaning back in his chair, tapping his fingers on the desk rhythmically.

On the desk in front of him lay a report regarding recent abnormal military movements in Iraq.

A young agent stood opposite him, reporting nervously.

"Sir, we have found a suspicious person."

"His name is Kian; he has been frequently entering and leaving the Iraq Presidential Palace recently, and has had secret contacts with Uday Hussein and several high-level military officials."

The agent paused and handed over a photo.

"We have reason to suspect that the massive amount of arms that recently appeared in Iraq was traded through him."

Noah picked up the photo; the man in the photo was indeed Kian.

He narrowed his eyes and examined it carefully.

"Kian..."

He chewed on the name, countless pieces of intelligence flashing through his mind.

Suddenly, he thought of something.

"Bolivia."

Noah's knuckles stopped on the desktop.

"A few months ago, that drug lord named Sanchez in Bolivia."

"He also suddenly obtained a batch of powerful, unknown-origin arms and even shot down our 'Black Hawk'."

He looked up, staring sharply at his subordinate.

"That matter ended up unresolved, and all leads were broken."

"Now, Iraq is staging the same scene, with the same massive amount of standard weapons, and the same appearance out of thin air."

"Don't you think this is too much of a coincidence?"

The young agent froze for a moment, then immediately realized.

"Sir, do you mean... this Kian is related to that incident in Bolivia? He is from Bolivia?"

"Very likely."

Noah threw the photo onto the desk.

"To be able to transport enough weapons to equip several divisions to Iraq without anyone knowing."

"And to be able to make Saddam willingly shell out tens of billions of USD... the person behind this has unimaginable power."

"This Kian is very likely just an agent floating on the surface."

"Catch him, and we might be able to dig out the big fish behind him!"

Noah's eyes flashed with the gleam of a hunter.

"Where is he now?"

"Report, sir, the target is currently staying at the Babylon Rotana Hotel in the Jadriya district of Baghdad."

The agent answered immediately.

"According to our surveillance, his security force is not strong, only ten Iraq police officers on the perimeter of the hotel and four personal bodyguards."

"Oh?"

A cold sneer curled up at the corners of Noah's mouth.

"It seems he thinks that in Baghdad, no one dares to touch him."

"Naive."

He stood up and paced a few steps in the office.

"The arrest difficulty is not high, but the target is of extremely high value; there must be absolutely no mistakes."

"Our people are not suitable for this; we need to find professionals."

Noah stopped and looked at his deputy, Liam.

"Liam."

"Yes, sir."

"Contact General Mason of Kuwait immediately."

Noah's tone was unquestionable.
