20: What did you say? The goods have arrived.

The United States, The Pentagon.

The atmosphere was so oppressive it could practically be wrung out like water.

A battle damage report stamped "Top Secret" was slammed heavily onto the conference table.

"Seven! Seven f-15 'eagle' fighter jets!"

An Air Force general's eyes were bloodshot, and his fingers trembled as he pointed to the numbers on the report.

"This is the Air Force's heaviest single-day loss since the Vietnam War!"

"Who did this?!"

"Drug traffickers in Bolivia! A bunch of vermin hiding in the jungle!"

"What did they use to shoot them down?!"

"According to the pilots' final reports and our satellite reconnaissance... it was a sam-9 missile."

Everyone in the conference room gasped.

A sam-9 missile?

That thing might be old, but it's not something a bunch of drug traffickers could operate! Besides, where did they get it from?

"This is definitely not a simple attack!" Another general stood up abruptly, slamming his fist on the table.

"There must be the shadow of Russia behind this! This is a provocation! A naked act of war!"

"What is Mr. President's opinion?"

No sooner had he finished speaking than the door to the conference room was pushed open, and a secretary in a suit walked in quickly, looking serious.

"Generals, the latest instructions from the White House."

"Mr. Reagan has signed the order, authorizing the military to take all necessary means to enter Bolivia and eradicate the Santa Ana Cartel!"

"At the same time, the Bolivian government has sent a note stating that they 'warmly welcome' our troops to be stationed there."

"And they will provide every convenience, hoping we can help them 'remove the cancer of the nation.'"

A cold smile appeared on the faces of the generals present.

"Issue the order: redirect units of the Seventh Fleet and prepare for a naval blockade of Bolivia!"

"The Army's 82nd Airborne Division is to complete combat assembly within 24 hours!"

"We will let those scumbags know what happens when they touch the tiger's whiskers of the United States!"

The news spread across the world in an instant, as if it had grown wings.

"Shocking! US Air Force meets Waterloo, seven f-15 'eagle' fighter jets shot down over South America!"

"Victory for a Third World country? How can small-nation drug traffickers challenge the world hegemon?"

"Military expert analysis: The arrogance and underestimation of the enemy by the US are the main reasons for the failure!"

The global media went crazy, with reports and analyses from all angles flooding in.

Ordinary people treated it as fodder for casual conversation, while the top brass of various countries sensed something unusual.

The Kremlin.

Gorbachev held a briefing in his hand, his face filled with irrepressible laughter.

"Hahaha, well done!"

He slammed the briefing onto the table and said to the KGB Director in front of him, in an excellent mood.

"The United States has completely lost face this time! In front of the whole world, they were beaten to a pulp by a bunch of drug traffickers!"

"I even ate two extra slices of black bread for breakfast today!"

"It is indeed a pleasant matter, Comrade General Secretary." The KGB Director accompanied him with a smile, but his expression was somewhat grave.

Gorbachev noticed his strangeness, and his smile faded a little.

"What? Is there a problem?"

"Comrade General Secretary, the problem is significant."

The KGB Director handed over another document.

"According to our latest intelligence, Gomez not only has the sam-9 missile that performed so well this time, but also something even more headache-inducing."

"Speak."

"Ka-50 Black Shark Attack Helicopter."

Gorbachev's pupils contracted sharply.

Ka-50 "Black Shark"!

This was their most cutting-edge secret weapon, one that hadn't even been fully equipped by their troops yet!

How could it appear in the hands of a South American drug lord?

"Are you sure?!" Gorbachev's tone became stern.

"Very sure. Our satellites and intelligence personnel have all confirmed this."

The KGB Director wiped the sweat from his forehead.

"We have urgently investigated all our production lines, all troops, all member states, and even the inventory and records of all export countries."

"And the results?"

"There are no gaps." The KGB Director lowered his head even further.

"Comrade General Secretary, we cannot explain at all where Gomez's Ka-50 came from."

Gorbachev's face darkened.

Cannot explain.

This meant that there was a channel completely beyond their control that was selling Russia's most cutting-edge weapons to the whole world.

This was far more serious than the United States losing seven aircraft!

"Investigate! Keep investigating! Even if you have to turn the Earth upside down, you must find this mysterious arms dealer!"

"Yes!"

In a luxury villa in the suburbs of San Francisco.

David leaned back comfortably on the sofa, listening to his subordinate's report.

Alberto and Daniel, his two most trusted Death Sworn, were standing in front of him with a hint of worry on their faces.

"Boss, we have thoroughly scouted the surroundings of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco."

Alberto spoke first: "The security level is the highest; infrared, pressure sensors, vibration sensors."

"24-hour armed guards... it's almost impossible to break in from the outside."

Daniel added: "Even if we succeed, Boss. The gold inside is all numbered; how do we transport it out?"

"How do we launder it? This is even more difficult than robbing the bank itself."

Their original plan was to pull off a few big jobs in San Francisco, get some startup capital, and leave.

But now, the Boss's target was actually the Federal Reserve!

That was the national reserve of the United States! The consequences of poking this hornet's nest were unimaginable.

David picked up his coffee, took a gentle sip, his face without the slightest ripple.

"Risk and reward are directly proportional."

He put down the coffee cup and looked at the two of them.

"Is it interesting to rob a few small banks and get a few million? It's not even enough for me to sell a few missiles."

"If you're going to do it, do the biggest one!"

David's eyes showed a hint of madness.

"How to transport the money, how to launder it—that's a matter for later."

"Your task now is to get me the internal structure map of the vault, the security shift schedule, and all the information you can get."

"What I want is a perfect plan."

Looking at David's unquestionable gaze, Alberto and Daniel exchanged glances and could only nod.

"Yes, Boss."

Just then, the encrypted phone in David's pocket rang.

It was Pedro.

David made a gesture, letting the two leave first.

He answered the phone.

"Speak."

On the other end of the line came Pedro's whispered voice, suppressing excitement.

"Boss, the 'mineral water' has all been delivered to the client's account, 40 million, not a cent less."

"Very good."

David hung up the phone, a curve forming at the corner of his mouth.

Gomez is truly a straightforward man.

He closed his eyes, his mind sinking into the system in his brain.

【great nation manufacturing system】

【Account balance: 40 million USD】

【Redeemable item: sam-9 missile '9K31'】

【Unit price: 100,000 USD】

【Redemption quantity: 80】

【Total price: 8 million USD】

【Confirm redemption】

"Confirm."

David murmured in his heart.

【Redemption successful, balance 32 million USD.】

【Items have been deposited into the system warehouse, please specify the delivery location.】

A high-definition satellite map appeared in David's mind.

He zoomed in on the map, then zoomed in again, finally locking onto a dense, untouched jungle on the outskirts of the Santa Ana region in Bolivia.

"Coordinates, 14 degrees 25 minutes south latitude, 67 degrees 33 minutes west longitude."

【Coordinates confirmed, spatial delivery in progress...】

【Delivery complete.】

The whole process took only a few seconds.

David opened his eyes and dialed Pedro's number again.

He quickly recited a string of coordinates in code.

"Tell the client that his 'large fireworks' have arrived, and let him send his own people to pick them up."

"Free global shipping, honest and reliable."

Pedro on the other end of the line was stunned for a full three seconds.

Ar...arrived?

How long has it been? From receiving the money to now, it hasn't even been half an hour, right?

Is the Boss... using magic to send it over?

Meanwhile, in the Santa Ana estate, after Gomez received the message relayed by Pedro, he sprang up from his chair.

"What?!"

He snatched the phone and roared into it: "What did you say? The goods have arrived?!"

After receiving Pedro's affirmative reply, Gomez stood there holding the phone, stunned.

The expression on his face went from ecstasy to shock, and finally turned into a deep sense of awe.

Half an hour, crossing half the distance of the Earth, eighty missiles, delivered to his territory without anyone knowing.

What kind of terrifying power is this!

Who exactly is this Mr. David?

No, he is not human.

He is a god!

"Arce!"

Gomez came back to his senses and shouted toward the door.

"Boss!" Arce rushed in immediately.

"Take our best men immediately! Go to these coordinates!"

Gomez slammed the coordinates Pedro sent onto the table, "Bring all our treasures back!"

"Remember, be fast! Keep it secret!"

"Yes! Boss!"

Arce accepted the order, filled with shock and excitement, and immediately gathered his men and sped off into the depths of the jungle.
