36: The super power of the power formation
"Mr. Li, the company has officially launched three games recently, and everyone is prepared." Inside Dream Time, Qiu Wanjun was introducing the arrangements for the upcoming market launch.
Qiu Wanjun originally didn't know much about the internet; he was an investment talent, skilled in business negotiations and business investments.
After founding Dream Time, he began to learn about internet enterprises.
"According to your requirements, we have negotiated the agency rights for 'Crazy Arcade', 'Legend of the Immortal World', and 'MapleStory', and have obtained independent operating rights."
"The games' localization was completed in-house."
He introduced various details about the three games, and Li Xiuwu nodded after listening.
"We have added a leisure plaza to the games, which features social attributes."
Li Xiuwu personally played the three games and found the localization to be very good; he felt that "MapleStory" was even more comfortable to play than the overseas version.
The company optimized the games during the localization process.
"Everyone has done a great job. According to company policy, issue bonuses," Li Xiuwu said.
After coming out of Dream Time, he went to Zulong Studio, where Chi Yufeng warmly received him.
Chi Yufeng introduced the game's progress to him, his face full of smiles.
"Mr. Li, our company is simply divinely assisted. During this period, we have continuously overcome the difficulties of 3D games. We will create a 3D game with one map for the entire continent; this is a cross-generational technology."
Chi Yufeng was very excited. Currently, in games, one scene is one map, and each scene is independent. However, the "Perfect World" they are developing will become a seamless map.
"Not bad. I see everyone's hard work. I will issue bonuses to everyone at the end of the year."
Upon hearing the achievements made by the Zulong Studio team from Chi Yufeng, Li Xiuwu realized the power of the Faction Aura.
His intention to invest in physical R&D became even firmer.
Once the company makes money and has a surplus, he will invest, he thought to himself.
"What is that line over there for?" Near noon, Li Xiuwu saw a long line outside the first floor.
"That is the cafeteria; the people in line are all from other companies." Chi Yufeng's smile grew even wider, and his gaze towards Li Xiuwu carried a hint of admiration.
"What's going on? Why does it look like they haven't moved forward for such a long time?" Li Xiuwu asked, surprised.
"The food in the cafeteria is mainly provided for our company's employees, but there is always a surplus every day, and the leftovers are sold to outsiders."
"Our cafeteria has fresh ingredients, the chefs' skills have improved rapidly, the food is delicious, and the price is not expensive. Many employees from other companies also like to come and eat. Since there isn't much for public sale, they have to line up early so they can buy it as soon as our company's employees are done."
Li Xiuwu was speechless, linking it to the Faction Aura Array.
The Loyalty Aura ensures that the people in the cafeteria do not skim off the procurement funds and that they buy fresh ingredients.
The Comprehension Aura allows the chefs' skills to improve rapidly.
It seems reasonable that the current situation could arise.
Li Xiuwu also gained a deeper understanding of the Faction Aura Array in his heart; its influence on the company is too great, capable of improving the company's strength in every aspect.
The assistance of the Comprehension Aura and the Stamina Aura seems practically tailored for R&D.
"Let's go; I also want to taste the food made by our company's chefs." Li Xiuwu became interested.
Chi Yufeng nodded and took Li Xiuwu over.
"Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing? Don't you see everyone is queuing up?" The people in line saw the two walk into the restaurant swaggering, and were immediately dissatisfied.
It was Li Xiuwu's first time here, so no one knew him, and not everyone knew Chi Yufeng either.
"We are from Zulong Studio; we don't need to queue." Chi Yufeng held up his work badge.
Everyone took a look and saw that they really were from Zulong Studio. They knew that inside this building, there were two companies: Zulong Studio and Dream Time, but they were actually all part of the same company.
"Damn, it's actually their people."
The person muttered, but Li Xiuwu's hearing was sharp, and he heard what was said.
"What about him? He doesn't have a work badge."
Chi Yufeng put away his work badge and was about to leave when the person looked at Li Xiuwu. He hadn't seen this young man before, and he didn't have a work badge.
Chi Yufeng was a bit angry. Does our boss have to report to you just to eat a meal at his own company? He was just about to speak when he was stopped by Li Xiuwu.
"I am an intern at Zulong Studio. If you're not convinced, you can come to Zulong Studio too." Li Xiuwu held his head high and walked in with a haughty air.
"Heh, even the interns at Zulong Studio are this arrogant." The person glared at Li Xiuwu's back.
"Why do they get to eat first?"
Li Xiuwu, however, became even more interested in the cafeteria; it must be so delicious for those people to care so much.
Chi Yufeng skillfully took two trays and handed one to Li Xiuwu.
"Manager Chi, you're early today." The server dishing out the food recognized Chi Yufeng and greeted him with a smile.
"Qiangzi, what's for lunch today?" Chi Yufeng asked.
"Green pepper chicken, Di San Xian..." Qiangzi listed off a string of dishes.
"That's quite rich." He said, then looked at Li Xiuwu.
"First, serve Mr. Li two dishes; I will pay the bill."
Li Xiuwu nodded. He looked at the dishes; every item was plentiful, clearly exceeding the needs of the company's employees.
"Give me some Di San Xian and stir-fried meat chunks." Li Xiuwu ordered two dishes and a bowl of rice.
"Alright." Qiangzi didn't know who Li Xiuwu was, but since he could have Chi Yufeng accompanying him, it certainly wasn't something he should ask about, so he filled two portions.
The two carried their food and found a table in the restaurant to sit down.
"I see that those dishes are prepared very amply?" Li Xiuwu said while eating; the taste was indeed quite good.
But mass-produced cafeteria food, no matter what, cannot compare to a hotel chef.
"Chief Qiu said to prepare more of everything so that employees have room to choose; otherwise, if they come late, they won't have a choice, or might even miss out on eating. By preparing more, after satisfying the company employees, the rest is sold to outsiders."
Just as the two were eating, people from the company also came down one after another to eat.
Li Xiuwu observed the employees. He didn't leave after finishing his meal. Qiu Wanjun also came down; he might have received a report from the company, as he brought a tray and sat at Li Xiuwu's table.
"I see those people outside have quite a lot of resentment towards our company's priority, don't they?" Li Xiuwu said.
"The cafeteria was originally a benefit for our company employees; they are just getting it as a convenience. If they have big complaints, we'll just stop it," Qiu Wanjun said.
The price of the food for outsiders is the same as the internal price. He doesn't care about making that little bit of money; it was mainly to ensure that everyone inside the company had room to choose, and so that the leftovers wouldn't be wasted, which is why it was sold to outsiders.
This could be considered one of the employee welfare improvements proposed by Li Xiuwu.
Li Xiuwu nodded; he didn't oppose prioritizing company employees. The cafeteria's attraction to outsiders was mainly because it tasted good and was cheap.
"I understand Chief Qiu's idea, but if the company treats people differently like this, I'm afraid it will make nearby companies hostile and easily become a target of public criticism."
Li Xiuwu said.
Qiu Wanjun frowned, a bit confused, but Chi Yufeng nodded.
Seeing that Qiu Wanjun didn't understand, Chi Yufeng reminded him: we are always prioritized, while they have to wait for our employees to finish before they can buy. Over time, it is inevitable that negative comments will appear.
After Chi Yufeng's explanation, Qiu Wanjun understood Li Xiuwu's meaning and also understood the potential problems.
"Then let's stop the external sales," Qiu Wanjun shook his head. Actually, he didn't care about the dissatisfaction of those people, but since Li Xiuwu had an opinion, he would stop it.
"That's not necessary," Li Xiuwu said.
"Open a door on the other side and set a time for when sales start, so that the two sides don't meet."
