232: Chapter 232 Eighty-meter blast door is nothing.

Twenty-five minutes later.

The former site of the Fuji Heavy Industries special laboratory.

Not a single complete building remained. The high-frequency physical resonance that had just occurred underground had plowed three layers right off the mountain top. Trees were uprooted and, mixed with mudslides, crashed down onto the previously level industrial park. The rain was getting heavier.

Da Biao hovered in mid-air, the auxiliary thrusters on the back of his Exoskeleton spewing pale blue exhaust. Two hundred pure black metal bodies stood in silent formation behind him, the rain sizzling as it hit their magnetofluid defense layers.

Bang.

A flash of fire emerged from behind a concrete slab in the far distance.

Da Biao tilted his head, and a large-caliber sniper rifle bullet grazed his helmet, slamming into the rock behind him.

"Boss, twelve o'clock direction, there are still survivors."

Zhang Qiang's voice sounded over the communication channel, his tone full of disdain.

Da Biao landed back on the ground, his ten-ton weight crushing the remains of the load-bearing pillars beneath his feet.

"The watchdog Mitsui keeps has a tough life."

Da Biao rotated his wrist.

"I'll give you five minutes. I don't want to hear any breathing sounds. Go."

The two hundred Death Squad Soldiers who had been injected with Genetic Enhancement Fluid exchanged no verbal commands. The hydraulic valves at their knees hissed in unison, and two hundred afterimages slammed into the mudslide.

The buzzing of high-frequency oscillation combat blades exploded one after another in the valley.

The communication channel was filled with the sounds of flesh being sliced, accompanied by screams of extreme terror and the sound of weapons firing wildly. The Mitsui mercenaries lurking in the dark, preparing to take potshots, had no chance of resistance against this level of humanoid heavy armored mechs.

Four and a half minutes.

The screaming ceased completely.

Zhang Qiang walked out of the mud pit, carrying a dripping oscillation blade.

"Boss, it's cleared. Thirty-eight in total, all smashed to pieces."

"You guys are slow." Da Biao cursed, walking to the center of a noticeably sunken area of the ruins.

"Director Wu, the navigation shows this is the place. Everything is buried underneath."

Chenguang Factory, Underground Level 3 master control room.

Wu Dong's hands were a blur on the keyboard as he stared at the perspective view on the split screen.

"Boss, the location is correct. The upper shell of the building was completely blown off by that shockwave of yours. Their vault is buried thirty meters below."

Lu Chen took a puff of his cigarette.

"Dig it up."

Da Biao received the order and waved his hand. A dozen Death Squad Soldiers jumped directly into the ruins pit. At this moment, their ten-ton thrust Exoskeletons acted as the most violent construction machinery. Concrete beams weighing several tons were flipped away with one hand, and twisted steel rebar grids were forcibly torn apart.

In less than ten minutes.

The ruins were completely cleared.

A massive, pure black metal door was revealed in the mud. It had no handles or keyholes; the entire door was seamless, and a heavy sense of oppression rushed towards them.

Da Biao stepped forward, raised his foot, and kicked the door surface hard.

Boom.

Mud splashed everywhere. This kick, powerful enough to flip an armored vehicle, didn't even leave a white mark on the black door. The recoil shock caused Da Biao to take half a step back in the mud.

Da Biao was stunned and looked at his foot.

"Old Wei, what the hell is this thing? My mech suit can kick out ten tons of kinetic energy, and it didn't even budge?"

In the master control room, Wei Jianguo grabbed the microphone, staring at the scan data Wu Dong had captured, his eyes turning red.

"Nonsense, you're kicking it with your foot? It would be useless even if you shelled it with artillery."

Wei Jianguo pulled at his hair, his voice loud enough for the entire master control room to hear.

"Are you blind to the data Wu Dong scanned? The door is eighty meters thick, and it's all fucking high-purity tungsten steel composite armor, with four layers of neutron radiation-absorbing plates sandwiched inside."

Wei Jianguo paced in circles, anxious.

"Boss, this is impossible. These bastards didn't build a vault door; this is the ultimate blast shell for a nuclear war shelter. They welded the warehouse directly inside."

Wu Dong pushed up his glasses, his brows knitted tightly together.

"The password lock is dead, and the physical circuits are all cut. Unless we drop two nuclear bombs on it right now—no, even if we drop nuclear bombs, the outermost layer would only melt a dozen meters at most. Trying to get through eighty meters is simply impossible."

Da Biao spat into the mud.

"Old man Wei, stop boosting others' morale. Even if I have to bite it with my teeth today, I'm getting those gold bricks out."

Da Biao raised the high-frequency oscillation combat blade in his hand.

"Brothers, use the oscillation blades. Cut it for me, little by little."

"Cut your ass." Wei Jianguo said, slamming the table in anger.

"That's tungsten steel composite armor. Your blade will get stuck after cutting in two inches. The metal fatigue caused by the high-frequency oscillation will snap your blade first. Without a heavy-duty plasma cutter, you can just stand outside and stare."

Da Biao fell silent. He knew Wei Jianguo would never be wrong about such data.

The communication channel was deathly silent. The Death Squad Soldiers gathered in front of the black door, at a loss.

Lu Chen leaned against the edge of the master control console, toying with that plastic lighter. Click, click. The sound of the lighter was jarringly loud in the quiet room.

He pulled up the system panel that only he could see.

His gaze swept over the consumables section at the very bottom of the tech store.

[Molecular Reshaping Dissolving Fluid (Partial Version): Disintegrates the underlying molecular chains of any substance, ignoring physical hardness and thickness. Effective volume: 100 cubic meters. Exchange price: 5 million tech points.]

Eighty-meter blast door.

Lu Chen sneered. "It's nothing."

He pressed exchange without hesitation, and the balance of tech points in the top right corner instantly deducted five million.

"Old Wu, connect to viper no. 3 submarine."

Lu Chen spat out his cigarette butt.

Wu Dong immediately tapped the keyboard.

"Boss, the signal is connected. The submarine is hovering and waiting on the seabed on the outskirts of Tokyo Bay."

Lu Chen picked up the microphone.

"Zhang Qiang, there is a micro airdrop capsule in torpedo tube number two. Now, immediately, launch it to Da Biao's coordinate position."

In the deep sea, inside the command cabin of the viper no. 3 submarine, Zhang Qiang was stunned for a moment. He had just checked all the launch tubes; they were all filled with conventional heavy torpedoes. When did a micro sealed capsule appear?

But he didn't ask at all; the boss's words were absolute commands.

"Understood, coordinates loaded, launch."

A burst of white bubbles surged on the seabed. A small transport torpedo, only as thick as an arm, detached from the submarine. The high-energy micro-engine at the tail ignited, breaking through the seawater and shooting straight into the night sky, carving a shallow arc in the air, precisely smashing towards the Fuji Mountain area.

In the master control room, Wei Jianguo was still muttering.

"Boss, what's the point of firing a micro torpedo over there? That amount of explosive charge wouldn't even blow the dust off the door."

Lu Chen completely ignored him.

Seven minutes later.

A sharp sound of breaking air came from above the Fuji Mountain area.

"Boss, something is falling," a Death Squad Soldier said, looking up.

A black metal cylinder trailing a parachute slammed heavily into the mud behind Da Biao. Da Biao walked over, and the mechanical fingers of his Exoskeleton precisely pinched the safety lock on the cylinder, opening it with a click.

Inside, a glass test tube lay quietly, as thick as a thumb, containing half a tube of liquid emitting a ghostly green fluorescence.

"Boss, express delivery received. What is this thing for? A bath for the door?"

Da Biao pinched the small tube and held it up to his goggles to look.

"Pour it all on the door, then step back ten meters."

Lu Chen's voice remained calm.

Da Biao did not hesitate at all. He strode to the eighty-meter tungsten steel door, crushed the top of the glass tube, and poured the green liquid directly onto the center of the door surface. Then he retreated rapidly.

In the master control room, Wei Jianguo stared intently at the live feedback on Wu Dong's big screen.

"Boss, stop joking. That little bit of liquid can..."

Before he could finish, hiss, hiss.

A sound that made one's teeth ache to the extreme exploded from the speaker—the friction noise of metal being disintegrated at the molecular level.

The thermal imager on Da Biao's mask instantly turned from red to purple.

The moment that small pool of green liquid touched the metal door surface, it permeated directly into it. Immediately after, with the location where the liquid dripped as the center, the pure black metal door surface began to emit thick, pungent white smoke, and the flat door panel collapsed and melted at a speed visible to the naked eye.

There was no explosion, no high-energy reaction. Pure molecular chain collapse.

"This... this fucking violates the laws of physics." Wei Jianguo pressed himself against the screen.

"That's tungsten steel, with a melting point of 3,400 degrees. That little bit of liquid turned it into water."

The melting circle on the door surface expanded rapidly—two meters, five meters, ten meters.

A large amount of green pus mixed with molten iron flowed down the ruins into the mud pit, making a violent boiling sound.

The eighty-meter-thick ultimate defensive wall was completely burned through within 120 seconds, creating a circular passage three meters in diameter and one hundred meters deep, with the metal at the edges still dripping with boiling solution.

The blast door was completely ruined, and the scene inside was revealed.

"Boss, the passage is open." Da Biao swallowed hard. This scene was even more shocking to him than the slaughter just now.

He carried his combat blade, stepped on the steaming molten iron covering the ground, and walked into the passage, with the Death Squad Soldiers following behind.

The end of the passage was a huge underground space with an area the size of half a football field. There was no light, only the night vision function of the mask provided visibility.

Da Biao took the final step and crossed the edge of the passage, and the tactical searchlight of his Exoskeleton automatically lit up. The strong light shone into the vault.

Golden reflections instantly filled his entire field of vision.

Gold bricks, mountains of gold bricks, stacked yard by yard on moisture-proof pallets, piled almost to the ten-meter-high ceiling. This was a physical reserve sufficient to pry open the entire Asian financial landscape.

Heavy breathing from Wu Dong came from the master control room.

But Da Biao didn't look at the gold at all. At this moment, all the muscles in his body tightened to the extreme. The combat instinct brought by the Genetic Enhancement Fluid made the hair on the back of his neck stand on end.

He stared fixedly at the top of the largest mountain of gold. At the highest point of the gold mountain, three extremely eerie black shadows were crouching.

The searchlight swept over.

Three monsters, their bodies a size larger than Da Biao's, were covered in dark red horny scales. Each monster had two completely deformed heads—one like a skinned hunting dog, and the other full of dense compound eyes.

Da Biao was no stranger to the structure of these creatures. In the top-secret massacre video from the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, this was exactly what Zhang Qiang had encountered. Higher-dimensional lifeforms.

They were just one size smaller. They seemed to have long adapted to the environment here, making low rumbling sounds in their throats, their four hind limbs digging deep claw marks into the gold bricks.

The one on the far left slowly stood up, its compound eyes staring fixedly at Da Biao who had broken in. Viscous saliva dripped from its chin onto the gold bricks, emitting corrosive white smoke.

The pupils under Da Biao's mask instantly contracted.

No fear.

"Boss, there are mice in the vault."

Da Biao's voice was as cold as ice shards.

He rotated his wrist, and the high-frequency oscillation alloy combat blade let out a harsh roar, the blade turning dark red.

He bent his knees slightly, and the hydraulic thrusters on his legs opened wide.
