26: Chapter 26 You bastard, she actually knows where you live?

By the time Luo Yao left the private room and the group's attention returned to the siblings Jiang Che and Jiang Ning, they realized that one had stopped drawing, and the other had quieted down.

"Jiang Che, why did you only draw half while we weren't paying attention? What is this? A puppy?"

Jiang Che felt a bit awkward. He glanced at Jiang Ning beside him, whose face was flushed like an apple and who was too embarrassed to even lift her head, and said sheepishly, "A piglet."

"A piglet?" An Ran frowned slightly. "Where is there a piglet with only half a body?"

"Girls, you know, if it's drawn all fancy and colorful, it doesn't look good."

"Jiang Che, if your sister is threatening you, just blink," Yang Fei said loudly. "Just a moment ago, you and your sister were sworn enemies. How did you make up so quickly?"

"Because we accidentally kissed. Yang Fei, you jerk, shut up..."

After receiving a 'murderous' look from Jiang Che, Yang Fei immediately quieted down.

Before long, Luo Yao returned to the private room, and the game continued.

However... after that little episode, neither Jiang Che nor Jiang Ning had the heart to compete with each other anymore. One was just focused on the awkwardness, and the other was just blushing.

In the second half, the animosity between the two siblings, who were the main characters, faded significantly. However, Yang Fei, Luo Yao, and An Ran started clashing, making the second half of the game even more intense than the first.

It lasted until about 9:30 PM. Luo Yao had lost count of how many times she had run to the restroom, while Yang Fei's eyes were slightly hazy, but he clearly wasn't drunk yet.

As for Jiang Che... his luck had been terrible in the last half hour, and he kept losing. What was even worse was that Yang Fei and the two women were having too much fun, coming up with all sorts of tricky questions. Yang Fei, in particular, even asked when his "first time taking matters into his own hands" was.

Looking at the women beside him, who were blushing but clearly curious, Jiang Che had no choice but to keep drinking again and again.

At 10:00 PM, it finally ended.

Yang Fei was sitting next to Jiang Che, slumped over the table; An Ran had only lost a few times; aside from Truth or Dare, she had only had to drink her beverage two or three times; Luo Yao was grimacing as she drank—even though it was just a beverage, she had finished nearly a whole bottle throughout the night and was feeling a bit glum.

Jiang Ning had drunk about the same amount as An Ran, but she was currently frowning, feeling a headache coming on because she was fine, but Jiang Che had drunk too much.

The girls hadn't been drinking alcohol. In the end, Yang Fei simply moved next to Jiang Che to drink with him. Beneath their feet, there were at least thirty empty bottles.

"Wait here, I'm going to pay the bill," Jiang Che said, glancing at Yang Fei, who was nearly asleep, and stood up.

However, as soon as he stood up, he felt the world spinning and stumbled.

An Ran and Jiang Ning were quick to react and immediately steadied him.

Jiang Ning looked at An Ran, whose face showed a hint of nervousness. "Sister An Ran, please help hold him. I'll go pay the bill."

Everyone present was close, so there was no need for formalities. An Ran didn't stand on ceremony and held onto Jiang Che.

After Jiang Ning went out, she returned to the private room a few minutes later.

"Sister An Ran, Sister Luo Yao, how are you getting home?"

"Luo Yao and I are going the same way, and it's not far from your brother's place. We'll just call a designated driver. We'll take you and your brother home first. Yang Fei, Yang Fei? Stop sleeping, time to go home."

When Jiang Ning heard An Ran's comment about it being 'not far from your brother's place,' her expression flickered slightly, but she nodded nonetheless.

After Yang Fei woke up, although his steps were unsteady, he could barely walk, and he refused help.

Just like that, the three women watched the two men carefully walk out of the private room.

Once they were out of the restaurant, An Ran, who had intended to help Yang Fei call a designated driver and ask where he lived, noticed a woman with a beautiful figure outside the restaurant. Upon seeing Yang Fei come out, she walked over to meet him.

"Drinking so much again." The woman smiled slightly, greeted the group, and then walked over to support Yang Fei.

Yang Fei smiled when he saw her, then turned to the group and said, "Don't worry about me, you guys. Send a message in the group chat when you get home."

The group glanced at the woman beside him with curious expressions, but no one asked any questions.

Soon, the woman helped Yang Fei into the passenger seat and drove away.

Once the car was far away, Luo Yao couldn't help but ask, "Sister An Ran, who was that just now?"

"I don't know. But... she looks a bit familiar. Jiang Che, do you know her?"

Jiang Che was feeling dizzy. Hearing An Ran's question, he opened his eyes and saw Stinky Girl holding his arm, pouting at him, looking somewhat unhappy.

"I know her... She's my sister, how could I not know her? I'm not that drunk."

An Ran and Luo Yao were stunned, then looked at each other and shook their heads helplessly.

"I've called a designated driver; they'll be here soon. Let's get him home quickly."

"Sister An Ran, maybe... my brother and I can just call a taxi." After saying this, Jiang Ning paused, looking at Jiang Che's state, "What if he throws up in your car later..."

An Ran listened, then smiled faintly. "It's fine, it's on the way anyway."

Jiang Ning wanted to say something else, but hesitated for two seconds and eventually said nothing.

Soon, the designated driver arrived.

An Ran let Luo Yao sit in the passenger seat, while she sat in the back with Jiang Che and Jiang Ning.

On the way, Jiang Che just kept his eyes closed, feeling sleepy. Fortunately, the thing Jiang Ning was most worried about didn't happen: he didn't throw up.

However, halfway there, Jiang Che, who was almost asleep, unconsciously rested his head on An Ran's shoulder.

Noticing his movement, An Ran turned her head and immediately locked eyes with Jiang Ning.

For a moment, An Ran felt a little awkward. Just as she was about to explain, she saw Jiang Ning raise her hand and then... directly pinch Jiang Che's ear.

"Get up! You are not allowed to take advantage of Sister An Ran!"

Even though he was drunk, he could still feel the pain.

Jiang Che indeed shifted his head, this time resting it on Jiang Ning's shoulder.

Feeling Jiang Che's breath, slightly tinged with alcohol, Jiang Ning felt her face getting hot. When she turned her head, she found An Ran looking at her.

Jiang Ning looked slightly uncomfortable and whispered, "This way he won't bother you."

An Ran also felt a bit awkward and said in a low voice, "It's okay... Your brother, he's just drunk."

Jiang Ning listened, stayed silent for two seconds, then muttered softly, "That's still not okay..."

Twenty minutes later, Jiang Ning spoke to the driver, "Okay, drop us off at the intersection ahead."

An Ran turned her head, looked out the window, and asked curiously, "Shouldn't we get off on the other side of the road? We can just make a U-turn up ahead."

"Just here is fine. There's a crosswalk anyway; we can just cross the street."

After the car stopped, An Ran and Luo Yao got out, helped Jiang Ning get Jiang Che out of the car, and after giving a few more instructions, they got back in and left.

However, the moment the car drove away, Jiang Ning reached out to Jiang Che's waist and pinched him hard.

"Hmph, jerk! She actually knows where you live?"
