230: Chen Yuqing confessed to her mother

Upon hearing Li Jing's suggestion, Chen Yuqing, who had just started the car, paused, looking as if she wanted to say something but hesitated.

The reason she felt this way was that she knew if her mother went over, Chen Haotian would be exposed.

As Chen Haotian grew older, the space between his brows looked more and more like Lin Zifeng, and his features also bore her resemblance.

"Mommy, who is this grandma? How come I've never seen her before?"

Chen Haotian said in a milky voice.

Chen Yuqing then spoke up, "Haotian, this is your grandma."

The Little fellow said very politely, "Hello, Grandma."

Li Jing finally snapped out of it, stammering as she pointed at the Little fellow, "Yuqing, this, this, this?"

Seeing a Nanny walk out of the Kitchen, Chen Yuqing whispered quickly, "Mom, no matter how many questions you have, wait until later. There's a Nanny here!"

Li Jing nodded subconsciously.

The Nanny stepped forward and said, "General Manager Chen, dinner is ready."

Then she looked at Li Jing with confusion.

"Sister Zhang, this is my mother."

After Chen Yuqing introduced Li Jing and the two exchanged greetings, she added, "Sister Zhang, you and Sister Li can get off work in a while. My mom is here, and we want to have a good chat tonight."

The Nanny surnamed Zhang agreed, turned and walked into the Kitchen, called the Nanny surnamed Li to tidy up briefly, and then they both left together.

Holding the Little fellow, Chen Yuqing walked toward the dining room and said, "Mom, let's go eat first! Whatever questions you have, we can talk about them after dinner."

Looking at the cute and beautiful Little fellow, Li Jing nodded with anticipation.

Neither mother nor daughter had much appetite, so after feeding the Little fellow, they finished dinner hastily in less than twenty minutes.

Chen Yuqing told the Little fellow to go read comic books, and he obediently went to do so.

The mother and daughter then entered the Bedroom.

As soon as Chen Yuqing closed the door, Li Jing asked impatiently, "Yuqing, what exactly is going on? The child outside looks very much like you when you were little, and I also saw Zifeng's shadow on him. This child is definitely not adopted by you. How could this happen? My mind is a mess.
