387: Visiting Li Yuhang's home

The next day was Saturday. After breakfast, Lin Zifeng and his wife took their child to his parents' house.

At noon, Zhang Chunhua prepared a sumptuous lunch. The family ate happily and stayed until past five in the afternoon before preparing to leave.

Zhang Chunhua said somewhat reluctantly, "Zifeng, Yuxi, since you're visiting a friend's house, don't take Ningning with you."

"Otherwise, you'll have to be distracted taking care of her. Other people's homes aren't as convenient as your own, so it's better to leave Ningning at home!"

"I'll bring Ningning over to you tomorrow afternoon."

Lin Jiahua and Li Yuan also gave Lin Yining a round of intense praise.

Only then did Lin Zifeng and Chen Yuxi turn to leave.

The two bought some fruit on the way before driving toward Li Yuhang's home.

They arrived at Li Yuhang's doorstep, and Lin Zifeng rang the doorbell. In less than three seconds, Li Yuhang opened the door.

Seeing the couple standing at the door, he greeted them inside while taking the fruit Lin Zifeng was carrying.

He said with a smile, "Secretary, you're really too kind. You must have known that Meixin and I both love Durian! Then I won't stand on ceremony with you."

Lin Zifeng pointed a finger at Li Yuhang and said with a laugh, "You're just being falsely polite."

After Lin Zifeng said this, both of them laughed at the same time.

Just then, Yu Meixin came out of the kitchen carrying a dish and asked with a smile, "What are you two talking about? You seem so happy."

"When these two get together, what serious business is there besides work hours? They're just bantering!"

Chen Yuxi said with a smile.

Yu Meixin nodded understandingly, scanned the room, and then spoke again, "Sister-in-law, why didn't you bring Ningning over?"

"Your Brother Lin and I went to Ningning's grandparents' house today. Ningning stayed there, so she didn't come along."

"I'll help you bring out the dishes! If you miss her, I'll bring her over to play with you another day."

Yu Meixin nodded with a smile and walked toward the kitchen with Chen Yuxi.

The two women were quite close and were familiar with each other's homes, so they were already quite casual with each other.

Before long, the two women brought all the food to the dining table. The two couples sat around the table, and Li Yuhang took a bottle of White Liquor, poured a glass for Lin Zifeng first, and then poured one for himself.

"What's even more amazing is that during this time, you managed to secure such a large and promising investment."

"There are no outsiders here. Can you tell me in detail what means you used to attract that investment?"

Seeing the curious Li Yuhang, Lin Zifeng didn't refuse and began to tell him the whole story.

Chen Yuxi, who knew the general process, added details from the side.

When the couple returned home, it was not yet nine o'clock. After they both took baths, since Lin Yining wasn't home, they enjoyed a sweet time in their world for two.

Although they had been married for several years and their child was almost two years old, they were still as close and inseparable as when they were passionately in love.
