Other Standing Committee Members of the Municipal Party Committee of Yushu City also received varying degrees of commendation from the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Chunhua City.

As the leader of Yushu City, Lin Zifeng was rated as one of the ten outstanding County Party Secretaries by the State Council.

Therefore, he specially went to the capital to attend the commendation meeting. However, because he was too busy with year-end work, he only stayed in the capital for one night. After the meeting, he had a small gathering with Yang Zhongqiang and several classmates from the Party School in the evening, and returned to Yushu City the next day.
