421: Film and television city project commences

This was because, apart from the Municipal Leaders who had gone to Heping Town early to arrange work, seventy percent of the remaining Municipal Leaders were sitting on those two coasters!

The four cars formed a motorcade, drove out of the Municipal Party Committee Compound one after another, and soon got onto the Expressway leading to Heping Town.

On one side outside the fence, many large pieces of engineering equipment were placed, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders—all types of construction vehicles were present.

Many local residents and tourists gathered outside the railing, their faces showing expectant smiles.

Large balloons decorated with colored ribbons floated high in the sky.
