10: Chapter 10 Family Reunion

Chen Mo smiled and stepped aside:

"You guys play. I'll go to the kitchen to see if my mom needs help washing the fruit."

"Don't go, don't go. Let your mother handle it. It's not often we all get together; stay and chat with us."

Eldest Uncle pulled him back.

"Your company is so big now; you should look after the younger generation in the family more in the future and let them gain some experience."

Chen Mo nodded:

"Don't worry, Eldest Uncle. In the future, if my cousins want to start a business or find a job, as long as they are willing to work hard and have the ability, I will definitely help."

After chatting for a while, Chen Mo checked the time:

"It's almost noon, and we haven't prepared much food at home. I've booked a table at the Imperial Grand Hotel; let's go eat out!"

"Imperial Grand Hotel?"

Fourth Uncle was stunned.

"That place is very expensive; there's no need to spend so much."

"Everything is booked. We can just head straight there."

When they arrived at the hotel's private room and saw the sea cucumbers, abalones, large lobsters, and king crabs being served by the waiters, the relatives felt a bit constrained.

Eldest Uncle picked up a piece of lobster meat and said emotionally:

Chen Dad sighed:

Second Uncle interrupted him.

Chen Mo's heart felt warm as he raised his glass:

The relatives all raised their glasses, and the private room was filled with laughter and joy.

After dinner, they returned home. Chen Cheng and Chen Yu pulled Chen Mo aside to ask for gaming tips, while Lin Xi pestered him about interesting things in Magic City. The living room was bustling with activity.

Chen Mo answered patiently. Seeing his relatives getting along so harmoniously, his heart was full of peace.

For the next month or so, Chen Mo was in no hurry to return to Magic City. Instead, he took his parents and relatives to look at houses in the city.

He wanted his parents to move to the city, where the environment was better and it would be more convenient for medical care and shopping.

"Chen Mo, these houses are too expensive. Living in our hometown is fine."

His mother hesitated.

"Mom, money isn't an issue. As long as you're comfortable living here, that's all that matters."

Chen Mo said with a smile.

"It will also be more convenient for relatives to visit in the future."

Eldest Uncle chimed in:
