213: Explore Tokyo!

Soon, the flight arrived at the capital of Sakura Country.

The distance between Yanjing and the capital of Sakura Country isn't very far; it only takes an hour or two by plane.

It takes about as long as a quick nap to get there.

"Brother Le, we're here." Naza gently tapped Chen Le, who was napping, to wake him up.

Chen Le opened his eyes and looked out the window; they had indeed landed.

In truth, he had never been to Sakura Country, let alone its capital.

Whether in his previous life or this one, he rarely went abroad.

If not for participating in the Tokyo International Film Festival this time, he probably wouldn't have had much chance to come here.

Nor would he have wanted to.

After getting off the plane, Chen Le saw Wang Baoqiang and Li Xin.

Similarly, Wang Baoqiang saw Chen Le and Naza.

When he saw Naza, he was clearly stunned for a moment.

There was no helping it; Wang Baoqiang really hadn't expected the boss to bring Naza along.

He naturally knew Naza; she was the boss's junior schoolmate and was quite close to him.

When Li Xin saw Naza, surprise flashed in her eyes.

She hadn't expected Baoqiang's boss to bring such a beautiful girl to the film festival.

As a woman, she could tell their relationship was unusual, but she didn't intend to meddle; after all, it had nothing to do with her.

"Let's go, Baoqiang. Let's go through the entry procedures together first," Chen Le said with a smile, looking at the two of them.

"Okay," Wang Baoqiang nodded.

Afterward, they completed the entry procedures.

They also found a local bilingual guide; with this guide, they wouldn't be lost in Sakura Country.

"Take us to a hotel near the Tokyo International Film Festival venue first," Chen Le said to the guide.

The guide's name was Yamagami Yuko, but she also had a Chinese name, Lin Yuko.

Chen Le wasn't used to calling Sakura Country people by their names, so he simply called her Lin Yuko.

Lin Yuko's looks were decent; of course, someone too ugly wouldn't have the confidence to be a guide.

The guide's fees weren't low, but she was worth the price.

Lin Yuko arranged everything for their trip in Sakura Country one by one, so they didn't have to worry about a thing.

Soon, she brought Chen Le and the others to the vicinity of the Tokyo International Film Festival venue.

They found a five-star hotel and checked in.

The waiters at this hotel basically understood English, and many understood Chinese, so staying here was quite convenient.

After putting away their luggage, Wang Baoqiang found Chen Le.

"Boss, shall we go for a stroll nearby?" Wang Baoqiang asked with a smile.

Although it wasn't his first time abroad, it was his first time in Sakura Country, so he was still a bit excited.

He wanted to see what Sakura Country was really like.

When they were coming here by car just now, he could only see the general scenery along the way and couldn't experience the local customs at all.

When Chen Le heard Wang Baoqiang say this, he immediately nodded.

"Sure, let's go take a look around."

Then, he called Naza and the guide, Lin Yuko.

Walking on the streets of the capital of Sakura Country, Wang Baoqiang was very curious about the place.

The capital of Sakura Country was currently the largest city in East Asia, and its level of prosperity was very high; compared to Yanjing, it was even more shocking.

Of course, Yanjing's development in the future would be very rapid, changing drastically in just over a decade.

"Yuko, we want to stroll around nearby. Do you have any recommendations?" Chen Le looked at Lin Yuko, asking for her opinion as a local.

They were newcomers and unfamiliar with the place; if they didn't want to get scammed, they had to ask.

"That depends on what you need. If you want to go shopping, nearby there are shopping centers like Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown, which can provide you with a wealth of shopping and leisure options," Lin Yuko said with a smile.

When she mentioned shopping, Chen Le remembered the incident where many Chinese people traveled thousands of miles to Sakura Country just to buy toilet seats.

During this period, such behavior was very popular.

The mentality of worshipping foreign things was very serious.

That aside, the most important thing was that many people even came here to buy toilet seats that were actually made in China, which was quite ironic.

He couldn't understand such behavior.

"Are there any famous local restaurants nearby?" Chen Le asked.

"Yes, there's a very famous sushi restaurant nearby. You can go check it out," Lin Yuko continued.

For a big client like Chen Le, she naturally served him with all her heart.

Especially after hearing they were here for the Tokyo International Film Festival, she immediately became respectful.

Because those who could attend this film festival were all internationally famous directors, actors, and the like; if nothing else, they definitely had money.

"Okay. Baoqiang, do you guys eat sushi?" Chen Le looked at Wang Baoqiang and asked.

"Sure! Boss!" Wang Baoqiang nodded.

"Then take us there," Chen Le said to Lin Yuko.

"Okay."

Lin Yuko took them to a relatively large shop; seeing the sushi decorations outside, they knew it was a sushi restaurant.

This shop was very large; Chen Le even saw many blond-haired, blue-eyed Westerners.

It seemed this shop was a place frequently visited by foreign tourists.

Afterward, they walked into the sushi restaurant together.

They found a seat and sat down.

"Yuko, do you have any recommendations?" Chen Le looked at her and asked.

Mainly because he couldn't understand a single word on the menu above; it only had Sakura text and English.

"I recommend you eat this," Lin Yuko said, pointing her finger at the menu.

"Okay, then let's have that," Chen Le nodded.

Then, he ordered the sushi Lin Yuko recommended.

When the sushi arrived, Wang Baoqiang and Li Xin were both curious about what it tasted like.

Beside them, Naza was the same.

Chen Le looked at the sushi on the table without much feeling; he had eaten plenty in his previous life.

Currently, there were few Japanese restaurants in China, but in the future, they would be everywhere; one wouldn't need to come to Sakura Country to eat it.

Of course, to eat authentic ones, one still had to come here.

Soon, they finished the sushi.

Wang Baoqiang had a look of satisfaction. "Boss, I didn't expect this sushi to taste quite good."

Li Xin beside him also nodded.

Chen Le looked at Naza and asked, "What do you think of this sushi?"

"It's quite good," Naza said.

Beside them, Lin Yuko had also finished eating.

"Now that we've finished eating, let's go back to the hotel and rest for a bit," Chen Le said.

"Okay," Wang Baoqiang nodded.

Back at the hotel, Chen Le looked at Lin Yuko and said with a smile, "Yuko, come back tomorrow. You'll need to go with us to the Tokyo International Film Festival then."

When Lin Yuko heard Chen Le's words, she said with some surprise, "Is that okay?"

"It should be fine. Just go and sign up now; see if you can still get registered," Chen Le said.

"Okay," Lin Yuko nodded.

For the big client's request, she naturally did her best to satisfy it.
