80: Chapter 80 Our motto is: Let the world be filled with love (and viruses).

Pan-American Pyramid Building, top floor.

Chen Yuan sat in a large leather swivel chair, holding a freshly printed brochure in his hand.

The brochure's paper was extremely thick and felt warm to the touch; the red and white Umbrella logo on the cover shimmered brilliantly in the sunlight.

Directly below the logo was a striking slogan, embossed in gold foil.

"Let the world be filled with love."

Chen Yuan looked at these words, the corners of his mouth curling upward uncontrollably.

He finally couldn't hold it in any longer.

"Pfft... Hahahaha!"

A burst of wild laughter echoed through the spacious office.

Chen Yuan laughed until tears almost came to his eyes. He slapped the brochure onto the desk and turned to look at Alice, who was standing to the side.

"Alice, is this Victor's idea?"

Chen Yuan pointed at the slogan, laughing so hard he was struggling to catch his breath. "Does that fatty have some kind of misunderstanding about the word 'love'?"

Alice remained expressionless, her eyes as calm as a stagnant pool.

"Boss, Supervisor Victor believes that a security company needs a brand image that is approachable."

She paused, her tone devoid of any emotion. "He referenced public relations cases from Fortune Global 500 companies and believes that 'love' is a pursuit shared by all of humanity, best suited to dispel any wariness employers might have toward our type of private armed force."

"Dispel wariness?"

Chen Yuan stopped laughing and casually picked up the coffee beside him, taking a sip. "An enterprise that holds five hundred T-103 Mass-Produced Tyrants in its hands, along with a strong acid capable of melting tanks into water, wants to talk about 'love' with others?"

He shook his head and flipped through the brochure.

It detailed the company's services.

From standard bodyguard escort services to high-difficulty counter-terrorism operations, and even 'Large-scale Disaster Prevention and Management.'

Each section was accompanied by extremely heartwarming illustrations filled with humanistic concern.

For instance, in the 'Medical Security' section, the accompanying image showed a bio-engineered soldier (in a disguised suit version) bending down to hand a 'vaccine' to a little girl in a slum.

Of course, the fact that the vaccine contained nano-worms capable of ensuring 100% loyalty was not written in the brochure.

"Boss, this slogan actually has deep meaning."

Ada Wong pushed the door open and entered.

She had changed out of her hot latex suit and was wearing the Umbrella security company uniform—a dark gray, waist-cinching suit with an exquisite Umbrella brooch pinned to the collar.

This style, combining intellect with a cool, sharp beauty, made her look like a capable multinational executive.

However, the lingering trace of killing intent in her eyes still reminded others that she was a sharp blade meant for killing.

"Oh? Tell me about it."

Chen Yuan leaned back in his chair, watching his new CEO with great interest.

Ada walked to the desk, sat down gracefully, and crossed her long legs.

"Love is soft power; it is the outer shell."

Her voice was husky and magnetic. "In this chaotic world, most employers don't actually care how brutal we are; what they care about is the 'attitude' we project."

"If we brandish violence, then we are terrorists."

"If we brandish love, then we are saviors."

Chen Yuan nodded approvingly.

"You are right, Ada."

He stood up and walked to the huge floor-to-ceiling window.

Outside the window, on the streets of San Verde, several patrol cars emblazoned with the Umbrella logo were slowly driving by.

People on the roadside watched these vehicles; there was no longer just fear in their eyes, but unexpectedly, a hint of inexplicable security.

This is brainwashing... oh no, this is the power of brand building.

"Love must, of course, exist."

Chen Yuan looked at his handsome yet cold face reflected in the glass and muttered to himself.

"This world is too cold; everyone needs a little warmth."

"However..."

He turned around, his gaze passing over Ada to look at the laboratory in the distance that was currently undergoing expansion.

"If a little love cannot solve the problem, then we also need a little T-Virus to add some 'seasoning' to this cold world, don't we?"

Chen Yuan had quite the rich internal monologue.

In his view, the virus and love were not in conflict.

The virus could unite the world; the virus could make enemies quiet.

How is this not a form of ultimate, eternal love?

"Boss."

Ada interrupted Chen Yuan's dark, scheming musings and pushed a red encrypted folder to the center of the desk.

"Let's talk business."

"The first S-rank commission; the sender's identity has been confirmed through cross-referencing by the Red Queen."

Chen Yuan sat back in his chair, his smile fading.

"Who?"

"Saudi Arabia, a core member of the Salman royal family."

Ada's expression became serious. "Specifically, it is the current King's most favored young princess, Salama."

Chen Yuan frowned.

"I recall this young princess is currently in New York attending some United Nations youth summit?"

"Yes."

Ada nodded and pointed to the intelligence summary in the folder. "That is the excuse on the surface. In reality, she holds a core draft regarding the expansion of the Suez Canal and the reform of the oil settlement system for the next twenty years."

"Once this draft takes effect, it will move many people's cheese."

"Including those bankers on Wall Street, the financial giants in London, and even certain superpowers that do not want to see the Middle East rise."

"So, they want her life?"

Chen Yuan took over the conversation, his tone filled with a sense of 'as expected' boredom.

"Not just her life."

Ada added, "They want her to completely 'vanish from the face of the earth' before that document is signed. Just this morning, her escort team in Manhattan, New York, was ambushed and completely wiped out."

"She is currently hiding in the basement of the Saudi consulate in New York, and the situation is critical."

Chen Yuan lit a cigar.

White smoke curled through the office.

"A bit interesting."

He exhaled a smoke ring, his eyes becoming sharp. "A fifty-million-dollar bounty. It seems this royal family member is very clear that, to get someone out from under the noses of those agents in New York, only we at Umbrella have the capability in the entire United States."

"Boss, this business deal carries high risk."

Ada reminded him, "We aren't facing street thugs, but those state-level violent machines hidden in the shadows. The CIA, Mossad, and even some shadow units whose names we haven't even heard of."

"The higher the risk, the greater the reward."

Chen Yuan tapped the desk, his eyes flashing with fanatical business opportunity. "The Middle East... that's a good place. Aside from sand, everything else is money."

"If we can use this mission to establish a connection with the Saudi royal family..."

Chen Yuan stood up, straightened his suit, and a curve of confidence appeared at the corner of his mouth—the look of someone holding victory in his hands.

"Won't our 'Dali' beverage then be able to enter that market of the biggest spenders in a legitimate way?"

"Imagine it: those camel-riding princes, each with a bottle of purple potion in hand, throwing money around like it's nothing over there."

Ada was stunned for a moment.

She didn't expect that, in the face of an S-rank mission involving international affairs, her own boss would first think about pushing merchandise.

"You are going to lead the team personally?"

Ada looked at Chen Yuan, somewhat surprised.

"Of course."

Chen Yuan straightened his cuffs, his eyes deep. "Staying in San Verde for too long makes one's bones rust. It's perfect to go to New York for a stroll, and by the way, meet this... young princess worth fifty million."

He walked to the door, suddenly remembered something, and turned back to look at Ada.

"By the way, since the client mentioned our 'big bat'."

"Then let's take one along on this trip to New York."

"Even though it's a no-fly zone."

Chen Yuan laughed.

He laughed like a bad kid preparing to set off firecrackers in someone else's backyard.

"But in this world, there is no place that Umbrella cannot enter."

Ada nodded, stood up, and pulled open the curtains.

The afternoon sunlight shone into the office.

It also illuminated the photograph pasted on the last page of the folder.

It was a young girl wrapped in a silk veil.

The veil was thick, covering most of her face.

But the pair of eyes that were revealed were breathtakingly beautiful.

They were not ordinary black or brown.

They were a pair of deep blue eyes, as profound as a summer night sky and as clear as polar glaciers.

In that gaze, there was a stubbornness and sorrow that did not belong to her age, forged after being baptized by blood and fire.

Chen Yuan stared at those eyes for three seconds.

Then.

He elegantly closed the folder.

"Truly a pair of... beautiful eyes written with 'big business'."

He whispered softly.

"Ada, notify the brothers, we depart in half an hour."

"Target, Manhattan, New York."

"Go and pick up our 'big client' and bring her home."

"By the way, let those mice who like to hide in the shadows witness something."

Chen Yuan strode out of the office, his voice echoing in the hallway, carrying a chilling killing intent.

"What is called... true love."
