355: Chapter 355 The Grand Finale (Part 2)
"Wow! Boss is awesome!"
"Boss is mighty, Boss is domineering!"
"Boss, take me with you to show off and fly!!!"
"..."
Looking at the familiar tone in the chat window, Chen Fan couldn't help but be stunned.
Images of when he first entered the game, full of vigor, supporting everywhere, and building his fleet, surfaced in his mind.
Now, things were different; the million-person district had been ravaged until only eight hundred remained. Then, after the merger, it increased to nearly eight hundred thousand people.
Originally, Chen Fan thought he would lead these eight hundred thousand people to sweep through the entire game.
He never expected to be dragged into one system quest after another.
Even while completing these quests, he remained offline, unable to communicate with the Players in any way.
If not for Jiu Jiu by his side, he would have forgotten he was playing a survival game.
Seeing Chen Fan in a daze, Jiu Jiu smiled slightly:
"What's wrong? Feeling sentimental?"
"Huu..."
Chen Fan smiled and teleported with Jiu Jiu to the edge of the mothership.
"Yeah, when I first entered the game, I never dared to imagine I'd end up like this."
"That's true."
Jiu Jiu also nodded, her eyes sparkling. She was also recalling what happened when she first entered the game.
At that time, she encountered a school of fish and scrambled to avoid being bitten.
After seeing Chen Fan trading the long saber, she immediately took out all her resources to exchange for one.
Then, using the long saber, she killed many fish and collected them as food.
Thinking of this experience and comparing it to her current life, she couldn't help but feel deeply moved.
"The monsters are all wiped out, we'll have plenty of time to be sentimental later. Let's let them come up for a visit first."
Chen Fan smiled, opened the elite channel, and asked, "Are you ready?"
Instantly, the other 799 Players replied simultaneously:
"Ready!"
"Boss, take us to fly!"
"Woohoo, I can go up to the sky and play too."
"..."
Chen Fan waved his hand, "Teleport!"
In an instant, all the surrounding Players were teleported onto the flight deck of the mothership.
"Holy crap! What skill is this?"
"Why did I suddenly fly up?"
"Wait, is this right?!?"
"It definitely wouldn't be right for anyone else, but since it's the Boss, it must be right!"
"Right! It must be right!"
"Woohoo, being in the air feels great. Boss, fly higher!"
"Higher, higher! Let me see the full view of this sea area!"
"..."
Hearing this, Chen Fan and Jiu Jiu looked at each other and smiled knowingly.
Immediately, he controlled the mothership to ascend rapidly, flying toward the clouds.
For a moment, the Players exclaimed repeatedly.
The bold Players, relying on the fact that Chen Fan could control their positions, ran to the edge of the mothership without hesitation and looked around carefully.
The other Players who were afraid of heights dared not look but didn't want to miss such a good opportunity.
They covered their eyes with their hands and peeked downwards through the gaps in their fingers.
The aerial aircraft carrier ascended rapidly until the entire sea area was in full view, then it stopped and hovered at an altitude of tens of thousands of meters.
Just then, the system prompt sounded again.
[Rewards have been distributed, please check, Players.]
Immediately, the Players' eyes lit up, and they opened their panels to check.
Chen Fan also scanned his reward notification.
[Obtained: earth resources x1w.]
"Holy crap?!?"
Chen Fan was shocked.
Isn't this stuff used to build nuclear bombs?
Weren't the Mutated Tentacle destroyed? How can I still get this?
At the same time, the Players' exclamations rang out.
"Wow! So many resources!"
"I'm rich, I'm rich! I have enough to upgrade my aircraft carrier now!"
"So many new things, I've never obtained these before."
"As expected, it's best to follow the Boss. Following the Boss means having meat to eat!"
"Hey, wait. What are these earth resources? Why haven't I seen them before?"
"@china, Boss, what are these earth resources? Why did I get a few as a reward?"
"earth spirit crystal? Heart of Earth? What are these? I've never heard of them."
Hearing this, Chen Fan's heart skipped a beat.
Could it be...
Jiu Jiu also saw the system prompt, and she swallowed and looked at Chen Fan.
"Could it be..."
Chen Fan narrowed his eyes, his brain running rapidly. At the same time, he clicked on the world channel.
Like the regional channel, various sounds of confusion also rang out in the world channel.
No one knew what these earth resources were used for.
Chen Fan took a deep breath and stopped worrying.
Since the system gave the reward, it was highly likely to be useful, so there was no need to think too much; just take it.
He opened the regional channel and quickly entered a message:
"@Everyone, hand over the earth resources to the group leaders in exchange for other high-level resources!"
"Yes! Boss!"
The efficiency of the District 1 Players was extremely high.
Seven hundred and eighty thousand Players almost immediately handed over their earth resources.
In less than half an hour, all the earth resources were collected by the group leaders and traded to the women.
[Obtained: earth resources x8e.]
Seeing this number, Chen Fan's heart settled, and the corners of his mouth couldn't help but curl up slightly.
"Eight hundred million earth resources, which equals eight hundred nuclear bombs."
"I don't care what you are; if you dare to come and cause trouble, I'll blow you to smithereens!"
"If that's not enough, there are so many other Players in other districts."
"They don't know the use of earth resources, so it must be relatively easy to exchange for them."
"This is equivalent to me having countless nuclear bombs!"
"In the future, I will call the shots in this game!"
Chen Fan waved his hand, and the mothership descended rapidly, landing in the assembly sea area.
The Original Area One Players knew the inside story that Chen Fan could duplicate resources.
Without needing to say more, they methodically handed over all their resources, and after Chen Fan refunded them, he returned them tenfold.
The other resources in Chen Fan's hands exceeded one hundred billion.
Looking at the almost infinite resources in his backpack, Chen Fan was filled with heroic spirit:
"Brothers and sisters, follow my command!"
"Everyone..."
"Upgrade your aircraft carrier!"
Hearing this command, all the Players were stunned for a moment.
Then, cheers erupted everywhere.
"Yes!"
"Boss is awesome, Boss is mighty!"
"Brothers, let's upgrade our aircraft carriers! Let's level this sea area!"
"..."
Looking at the heroic Chen Fan, the other women who rushed over couldn't help but smile.
They all gathered around and snuggled up to Chen Fan one by one.
They had missed him a lot during the days Chen Fan went out to do quests.
But knowing the danger of Chen Fan's trip, they didn't express these personal feelings.
Now that the problem was solved, they had plenty of time to be clingy with Chen Fan.
Feeling the atmosphere becoming more and more wonderful, Chen Fan smirked and teleported everyone back to the bedroom.
Amidst exclamations and giggles, the night gradually descended.
With this, the ocean survival journey of the District 1 Players could be said to have come to an end.
What would greet them next?
No one knew.
But they firmly believed that as long as their Boss, china, was still there, they would be fearless!
...
From signing the contract until now, it has been 129 days, and this book has finally come to an end.
The total word count is around 750,000, with an average of over 5,800 words per day. I only took two days off in between, one of which had a single update, and one had no update.
As I said before, except for the first show and the book test period, the daily income of this book during other times was miserable.
I asked for gifts twice in the middle, and every time some big shots would tip a little. But since the writing was so poor, I didn't feel comfortable asking often.
After all, this is the first book I've finished writing, and the quality of the book can only be described as... hard to describe. I can't even look at it myself; it's much worse than all the trash books I scolded when I was a reader before.
There are thousands of people on the bookshelf who have been reading until now, and I am already very satisfied. In other words, everyone is willing to read it, which is already giving me a lot of face. You can't be shameless, haha.
In fact, when this book was first designed, except for the finale volume, a total of eight volumes of outlines were written. But because the performance was really poor, and I didn't want to just abandon it, I cut four and a half volumes of the outline in the middle and wrote the ending directly.
So the word count was cut in half, and there was even a stage where the plot didn't connect.
And because of the lack of the middle four and a half volumes of transition, many plot holes were not filled in time.
It's not that I forgot the plot holes I dug before; I wrote nearly 100,000 words of content just recording inspiration, settings, and plot holes for this book.
Every time I dug a hole, I recorded it without omission. I originally planned to fill them one by one in the middle, but because I cut too much plot, I couldn't fill them.
The original ending chapter was that after Chen Fan completed all the tasks in the game, he took his women into an unknown vortex underground, lost all resources and warships, and entered a new island.
Since Infinite Carry and various Talent skills were given by the game, they all disappeared (signaling that Chen Fan returned to the real world).
In the last paragraph, when Chen Fan was searching the island, he found Jiu Jiu unconscious on the beach. Looking at her tattered clothes, Chen Fan helped her take them off and put on complete clothes, and then the prompt obtained tattered clothes x100.
And then the finale!
But there was no energy left to write it, so the underground vortex was changed to a passage teleporting to the Mutated Tentacle platform.
The final battle between the Radiance faction and the Night Stalker faction originally set was also not written clearly, just glossed over.
Writing this book to this point, there must be a lot of regrets. After all, before the verification period, the book's performance was very good, and even at the time of the verification period, the data in all aspects could be considered excellent.
But being bad is just being bad. I know I messed up the writing, but I am also helpless.
This may be a common problem for novice authors, relying on some ideas and strange settings to get a good start, but later collapsing because the level is really not good enough.
But despite the regrets, I am still quite satisfied with the performance of this book.
When the traffic was high, the daily number of readers exceeded 10,000. When the traffic was lowest, there were still hundreds of readers in the bookshelf reading every day.
(Although you don't click for more updates or tip.jpg)
But I am really satisfied.
Finally, I want to thank everyone for watching for these four months.
Many readers asked me if I would open a new book, but in fact, if you follow my homepage, you will find that I have already opened a high-martial arts book, but maybe I am not familiar with the routine of high-martial arts...
In the last month, I have been updating two books at the same time.
As for after this book is finished, I will definitely open another survival type, but I am not sure how to write the specific settings yet.
Viewers who have read this far, since you are so resistant to poison, and my book is written so badly, you can still finish reading it, why not click follow for me?
See you in the next book!
Thanks again!
