435: Chapter 435 Sander: I did it!

Salos looked at Chen You's back, two rough puffs of air spraying from his nostrils, and he let out a cold snort.

This Berserker of the Titan God Clan couldn't be bothered to think too much; in his eyes, muscle and strength were the only truths.

Unless it brought him massive benefits, that would be a different story.

Arrow of the Moon's pointed elven ears twitched slightly, a trace of contemplation flashing in her emerald eyes.

She had lived for hundreds of years and had seen too many schemes and plots.

Furthermore, among the group, she understood Chen You the best.

But this time, it was clearly the system targeting Chen You. Was she going to go against the system for Chen You's sake?

Oro also put away his compassionate smile.

Other thoughts were already rising in his heart.

"Perhaps we really should take another look," Oro said softly.

"Look at my ass!" Salos slapped the armrest. "Dancing is dancing. Whoever twists better, I choose!"

Ding!

The system notification sounded again.

[The first round of judgment begins.]

[Please have the Old Order Guardian faction send out their contestant.]

A red light flashed, and a round ball rolled out from the NPC faction's passage.

All the players fixed their eyes on it; it was a green-skinned goblin less than a meter tall.

The goblin was wearing a tight-fitting suit covered in cheap sequins, squeezing the fat on its belly into layers.

"Let me open your eyes!" the goblin shrieked, throwing itself directly onto the ground.

Immediately after, it began an extremely wild performance.

It twisted and rolled crazily on the arena floor like a dehydrated loach.

Its short limbs flailed wildly in the air, accompanied by shrill laughter, and finally, it actually used its head to support itself on the ground, spinning at high speed like a top.

Green sweat was flung everywhere, and the sequins shimmered with an eerie light under the stage lights.

A heaven-shaking chorus of boos erupted from the player faction.

"What the hell is this!"

"My eyes! Pay for my eyes!"

"If this can score points, I'll eat this glow stick right now!"

The NPC faction, however, erupted in warm cheers. Bobo and the other eliminated contestants clapped wildly, as if witnessing the pinnacle of art.

The goblin spun for a full five minutes, finally freezing in a splayed-out pose, panting heavily, and blowing a flying kiss toward the three judges on the throne.

Salos's mouth twitched, the veins on the back of his hand gripping his battle axe bulging, as he fought the urge to hack this green-skinned dwarf to death with one axe.

Arrow of the Moon turned her head away and closed her eyes.

Oro whispered a calming mantra.

[Old Order Guardian faction performance complete. Please have the New Art Vanguard faction send out their contestant.]

The pressure was now on Chen You's side.

Lin Miao grabbed Chen You's sleeve nervously: "Captain Chen, this... how do we respond to this? Although it's very eye-searing, they are at least actually dancing."

Chen You looked at the puddle of green flesh on the stage with an expressionless face, then turned to look behind him.

Sander was staring fixedly at the arena, her eyes bloodshot, her heavy breathing sounding like a bellows.

The special overalls she wore had clear lines strained by the tension of her muscles, her center-part hairstyle was meticulously fixed with hair gel, and she was clutching that basketball tightly in her hands.

"Mentor." Sander's voice was low and hoarse, carrying suppressed anger.

Chen You patted her shoulder, his tone deep: "Sander, do you see it? This is what they call art."

"Crude, cheap, and completely devoid of soul."

"I see it." Sander gritted her teeth.

"You've prepared for so long, shed so much sweat, and even grasped a brand-new combat technique."

"Now, it is time to let this group of frogs in a well see what true stage dominance is."

Chen You looked into Sander's eyes: "Remember, you aren't here to compete; you are here to smash the venue."

"You are today's great demon king."

"great demon king." Sander chewed on these three words.

She slammed her chest straps, hugged the basketball, and strode toward the arena.

Her two-meter-tall frame, the extremely oppressive muscles, combined with those overalls and the center-part, formed an eerie aura that couldn't be described in words.

The whole venue went quiet instantly.

Players held up their glow sticks, staring blankly at this strangely styled City Lord.

Sander walked to the center of the arena, not looking at the goblin on the ground, but looking up at the three judges on the throne.

Chen You stood on the sidelines and snapped his fingers.

Sander moved.

Her massive frame displayed incredible flexibility; her shoulders shook violently, and the basketball shuttled crazily between her legs and behind her back.

Every dribble was accompanied by an outpouring of violent power, smashing shallow pits into the arena floor.

Immediately after, she opened her mouth, and her rough voice resounded throughout Cangxing City.

"Yo! Yo! Here is the King of Cangxing,

Your performances are all in vain!

Practiced for two and a half years, sweat soaked my shirt,

Overalls are my battle robes, the center-part is my crown!"

The venue was dead silent.

Only Sander's RAP echoed.

Chen You couldn't help but raise an eyebrow; he hadn't expected this Sander to actually have some talent.

"Watch me dribble with my left hand, pass with my right,

An Iron Mountain Lean, to crush your souls!"

When she sang the words "Iron Mountain Lean," Sander suddenly retracted the ball, crouched halfway, and pulled her right shoulder back to an exaggerated angle.

"Hah!"

With a roar, her right shoulder carried the force of a landslide and crashed fiercely into the void in front of her.

BOOM—!

A ring of visible, translucent sound waves exploded with her at the center.

The green-skinned goblin that was still posing on the ground didn't even have time to scream before it was blown away by this violent sound wave.

The players in the front row were blown off balance by the shockwave, but they subconsciously waved their glow sticks even more violently.

"Holy shit! Awesome!"

"This is what you call art! Art at the level of physical transcendence!"

"City Lord is mighty! The great demon king has arrived!"

The player faction erupted in tsunami-like cheers.

They didn't understand any laws or gods; they only knew that this stuff was incredibly exhilarating!

Sander on stage didn't stop.

She followed up with a slide step, caught the falling basketball, and continued her singing and dancing.

"Whatever capital black curtain, it's all under my feet,

I am the great demon king, today I shall dominate!

You mediocre people, hurry home to farm,

Don't embarrass yourselves here, insulting my stage!

Skr~"

Sander held the ball with one hand, striking a pose she considered extremely cool, her chest heaving violently.

Sweat dripped down her shovel-shaped jaw onto her overalls.

She had done it.

She had perfectly executed the mentor's script.

The venue was silent.

Everyone was stunned into brain-lag by this highly impactful scene.

Lin Miao's mouth was open, unable to close it for a long time: "Captain Chen... this... is this what you trained?"

"Basic operation, don't be impressed." Chen You crossed his arms, hiding his achievements deeply.

On the throne.

Salos held his battle axe up in the air.

Just a moment ago, he had also subconsciously followed along, waving it.

His brain, filled with muscles, completely couldn't understand what had happened.

He just felt that it was damn exhilarating.
