31: Chapter 31 Tuan'er's Wonderful Night
Mia stood before the door of Tuaner's apartment with a look of helplessness, her fingertips unconsciously rubbing the dark patterns on the [team creation token]. The cold touch of the metal helped calm her emotions slightly. However, when Tuaner leaned in from behind and rested her chin gently in the crook of her shoulder, Mia's breathing instantly skipped a beat.
"What are you dazing for? Afraid I'll eat you?" Tuaner's voice carried a thick, mischievous smile as she reached for the doorknob behind Mia, her slender arms encircling Mia's waist. Her body heat radiated through their impossibly thin clothing with a slight tremor—Mia knew that wasn't from nervousness, but rather Tuaner's Succubus Origin bloodline becoming excited.
Mia's ear tips quickly flushed red: "...Let go, I'll do it myself."
"No." Tuaner hummed, her tongue lightly grazing Mia's earlobe, "You promised it yourself—tonight, I. Call. The. Shots." She emphasized each word, the strength in her hands increasing as she practically half-pushed and half-hugged Mia inside, looking just like a scene from a video app where an old wife is tormenting her husband.
The sensation on Mia's neck was itchy, and a numbing tingle traveled all the way down her spine, causing her rebuttal to soften involuntarily: "When did I ever say such a thing?"
"You did!" Tuaner suddenly nipped her earlobe, "You said 'you can do whatever you want'—" Her breath drew closer, carrying a milky sweetness, "Or would you like me to play the recording back for you? Hmm?" As she spoke, Tuaner held up her phone like a challenge.
Mia's eyelashes fluttered. She wanted to argue, but Tuaner had her pride too—she indeed had said it, back when she had just returned from the church, in that near-death moment when Tuaner thought Mia was going to die. But that 'she' was Tuaner herself.
...What a rogue.
Taking advantage of her distraction, Tuaner propped one hand against the door while the other skillfully turned the key, opened the door, dragged her in, and locked it behind them—the movements were so practiced they seemed rehearsed a thousand times.
Mia was pulled into the pitch-black entryway. The curtains were tightly drawn, shutting out the moonlight, with only a small wall lamp casting an ambiguous glow. A faint scent of lavender floated in the air, yet it couldn't mask the subtle smell of blood—it came from the wound on Tuaner's arm from the previous battle. The crimson had already seeped into the sleeve of her dress like a dark red embroidery.
"Your injury..." Mia frowned instinctively and was about to reach out to check it, but Tuaner grabbed her wrist and pinned her against the wall.
"Shh..." Tuaner pressed her index finger gently against Mia's lips, her breathing hot and erratic. "Compared to something as boring as bandaging..." She leaned even closer, her voice sounding like a blade dipped in honey, "Mia, don't you think you should check my 'learning progress' first?"
Mia's breath hitched slightly.
In the darkness, Tuaner's eyes emitted a faint blood-red glow—a sign of deepening succubus transformation. Her hand slid up Mia's waistline, her fingertips curling slightly to hook into the fabric of her shirt. Mia involuntarily tensed her body, her throat tightening and her skin burning hot.
"The Healing Spell I taught you last time..." Mia tried to change the subject, but before she could finish, Tuaner pinched her chin.
"I learned the theory lesson long ago." She chuckled, a gleam of delight in her eyes, "Now is the... practical phase."
Her lips began to wander from Mia's jaw, tracing the curve of her neck all the way down to linger on the black rose tattoo on her collarbone. That was the tattoo form of Mia's black rose item, and also her most sensitive spot—Tuaner certainly knew that. Her tongue lightly brushed the edges of the pattern, like a sort of pious consolation, or like a demon tasting an offering.
Mia's fingers unconsciously gripped Tuaner's shoulders: "Don't..."
Tuaner looked up at her: "What? Uncomfortable?" She asked knowingly, her narrow eyes filled with mirth.
Mia turned her head away, not wanting Tuaner to see the increasingly obvious blush on her face, "...It's too ticklish."
"Fine, then I'll make it—even harder for you!" Tuaner's fingers brushed against her heart, "Your heartbeat is fast enough to wear out an EKG."
Mia closed her eyes—she couldn't deny it. Although this body was possessed, the senses were terrifyingly real. Every breath from Tuaner, every touch, even every faint lick, clearly stimulated her nerve endings, leaving her mind blank and completely unable to think. What was more terrifying was that Tuaner seemed to know her better than she knew herself.
...She really was no match for her.
"...Do you really want to?" Mia opened her eyes, her pupils having turned a deep purple—the sign of her magic power, "No regrets?"
Tuaner didn't answer, but simply pulled Mia's hand to her own chest. Through the thin fabric, Mia felt an equally rapid heartbeat—thump, thump, thump—like a silent confession of love.
"I've even staked my life on you," Tuaner said softly, "what do you think I'm afraid of?"
Mia's breathing completely fell into disarray.
The next second, she was pushed onto the sofa by Tuaner. Tuaner's knee pressed between her legs, which were clad in torn stockings, her long hair cascading down like the night. She leaned down and whispered with a light laugh in Mia's ear:
"So... Miss Succubus, for tonight's 'tutoring'—please take good care of me?"
Mia's Adam's apple bobbed, but before she could answer, Tuaner had already kissed her.
Her lips were incredibly soft, but her tongue was excessively cunning. It grazed Mia's palate and teeth, completely taking control of a super-novice like Mia, who in her previous male life had barely even held a woman's hand.
Mia was kissed until she had difficulty breathing, her fingers instinctively sinking into Tuaner's hair. Tuaner's kiss deepened, carrying a hint of fierce possessiveness—as if to melt all the unease, fear, and anger into this single kiss.
When Tuaner's fingers undid the first button of her JK shirt, Mia's brain had almost stopped functioning. In her haze, she realized one thing—
She might... really be eaten alive by her own dependent.
Outside the door, a forgotten black rose seed quietly sprouted its first tender leaf under the light of the blood moon.
