36: Chapter 36 Stealing Business
After discussing with Mia, Ryan had Tuaner distribute her free attribute points equally across all stats. As a result, her Strength, Agility, Intelligence, and Endurance all reached 10 points (with 2 points remaining). He also purchased a set of White-quality Archer equipment for Tuaner, consuming about 4,000 points. The equipment attributes are as follows:

Recommended Use: Daily hunting, low-level dungeons, novice trials
(True archers never complain about poor equipment; they only... save up to buy better ones.)
After putting on this set of equipment filled with snarky remarks, the Charm aura on Tuaner's body lessened slightly. The form-fitting armor not only accentuated Tuaner's hot and explosive figure but also added a touch of heroic valor. "Hmm, it's got a bit of that 'Lord of the Rings' vibe," Tuaner's quiet muttering reached the ears of Mia and Ryan. The former gave a helpless smile, while the latter seriously listed many of Tuaner's strengths.

Mia's group was teleported to a plaza. This time, there were some rather perfunctorily rendered stars on the ceiling, and the three of them stood in the small plaza. Ryan was an old hand; she began to tell Tuaner to check the status equipment and supplies (fresh water, food, etc.) carried in her personal space.
(Life Support System: It seems you've found some reliable companions this time? Revisiting an old haunt? How about a vacation?)
Lv0 'Goblin Slayer' dungeon preparation opening...
Outside the gates of the Adventurers Guild, Mia and Ryan inquired about the Werewolf's transformation patterns and asked whether the number of moons could increase his combat power. It was the first time Ryan had seen Mia look so dorkily cute, unlike her usual noble and mysterious self. He scratched his head, saying he hadn't encountered a dungeon world with more than one moon yet and still needed to try and understand his own traits.
While talking, the three entered the guild gates and arrived at the service hall. They happened to catch the middle-aged man with many missing teeth from the original story, who was piteously pleading with the blonde lady at the guild counter to find Adventurers to deal with Goblins...
"Eh? Miss Mia, I'm so glad to see you again! I heard you encountered danger during the last battle," the guild administrator greeted her happily.
"Thanks to you, I've finally returned safely and accumulated the necessary experience," Mia replied with a bow, then pulled out her White Porcelain tag and handed it to the administrator. "According to the rules you mentioned before, I should be eligible for promotion to [Obsidian] rank, right? Also, my two companions would like to register as Adventurers here. If possible, please help us process the formalities together."
"Alright, please wait a moment." The administrator arranged for the weeping man to wait on the sofa and went to the back room to apply for and replace the tags for Mia's group.
A short while later, the administrator returned and handed Mia and the others three tags. The texture of the Obsidian tags was a type of black rock; they felt smooth and quite sturdy to the touch. Tuaner and Ryan both formally hung the tags on their chests.
"Um, miss, is our rank qualified to take the quest posted by this gentleman?" Ryan politely called out to the administrator. Their party's average Charisma of nearly 12 points made it very easy to gain the favor of story characters. Ryan's greeting also perfectly avoided the negative effect of Mia and Tuaner being disliked by other women.
"Yes, you can. Miss Mia has experience in subjugation, and although the process was a bit bumpy, you and the archer lady next to you look very reliable."
"Then, sir, we will go with you to wipe out that old forest fortress of the Rhea you mentioned." Ryan gave the man a standard knight's salute, which startled the man into jumping away.
"While you're at it, please give us the other nearby Goblin cave subjugation quests as well," Tuaner began to act coquettishly toward the administrator.
"O-okay, here you go~" After taking the remaining Goblin subjugation quests, Mia encountered Goblin Slayer, Cow Girl who was there to deliver goods, and the little Priestess follower behind him as they were heading out. The difference was that this time, the Priestess was a red-haired girl.
"Tsk, tsk. Is this the world's self-correction property?" Tuaner, who had previously binge-watched this anime, let out a Feeling that she thought sounded very mature.
Goblin Slayer paused for a moment by Mia's side, as if hesitating over something.
"Are you thinking that you've smelled the scent on me somewhere before?" Mia considerately helped Goblin Slayer out of his predicament.
"Yes," Goblin Slayer nodded.
"It's probably because during my first adventure last time, my will was weak while being chased by Goblins in the cave. I was so scared that I lost control of my bladder and made a fool of myself." Mia smiled and bowed to Goblin Slayer. "It must have been when you, senior, were passing through that cave to wipe it out after I was rescued."
With that, she prepared to leave the Adventurers Guild with Tuaner and Ryan. At the door, she suddenly turned around and waved at Goblin Slayer. "By the way! I forgot to inform you. You can take a break for the next couple of days. We've taken all the Goblin subjugation quests..." As Mia, wearing the Profane Hallows set, walked across the floor, a faint, blurred pattern of black roses bloomed on the ground, extending all the way outside.
Cow Girl happily hugged Goblin Slayer's arm, while Goblin Slayer's hand tightened slightly around the short sword at his lower back...
