37: Chapter 37 Humanity Will Never Surrender

As the United Nations General Assembly concluded, various videos and recordings from the assembly began to spread like wildfire across the global internet.

[Wakanda Official: His Majesty TChalla's speech at the United Nations represents the unyielding spirit of Wakanda for ten thousand years. We may be small, but we have never been silent. Today, we speak for all of humanity.]

[President Trump: Wakanda? Never heard of it, but I like what that black man said. MAGA!]

[193 votes against. 0 votes in favor. This is the most united vote in human history. But the question is, does unity matter? They have a fleet, and we have democracy?]

[193-0! This is the attitude of humanity! A hobo puts on a suit and thinks he can rule Mars? President Trump even said he was a "good friend," bah! I voted for you, not so you could sell Mars to aliens!]

[NASA: Ban long-range space weapons? This is equivalent to locking humanity in the cradle of Blue Star. We were just about to launch a Mars probe, and he wants to turn Mars into an alien military base? Everyone knows the reason for this.]

[Is this observing a civilization, or is it civilization castration? Two million warships? Why does it look like Hollywood special effects to me?]

[Ceding Mars? Banning space weapons? We have to do whatever an unknown alien says? I suggest Ambassador Chen first go and learn what the "Declaration of Independence" is. It took humanity two hundred thousand years to walk out of Africa, not to kneel and look up at the stars.]

[Interesting. An alien civilization claiming to represent two million warships, not showing force, not conquering directly, but running to the United Nations to demand a vote. If I had two million warships, I wouldn't be so polite. I suggest the intelligence agencies of all countries check whether those ten thousand motherships are real or just PPT.]

[To put it bluntly: If Guga Planet really had the described military power, they wouldn't need our consent at all. The ability to propose a vote itself is proof of weakness. Either the fleet is fake, or they have some fatal weakness. Humanity shouldn't show weakness at this point in time; all hegemonism is a paper tiger!]

["Blue Star Civilization is worth observing." Thank you. Can you give a good review after observing? Can a five-star review stop the invasion? Isn't this Ambassador packaging colonialism a bit too crudely?]

[His Majesty Black Panther is the only backbone of humanity. The king of a small African country with a population of less than 100,000, while politicians all over the world were weighing their words, stood up and said, "Humanity is supreme." Regardless of whether the fleet is real or fake, at least he didn't kneel.]

[Let me get this straight: A person claiming to be an alien ambassador held a water curtain show in Times Square, was then arrested by the NYPD, ate a KFC meal during interrogation, and now he wants humanity to give up Mars and disarm itself. And all the "evidence" for this is a blurry video seen through telescopes.]

[Has anyone actually seen those two million warships? Has anyone observed them up close? Apart from that "Ambassador of Guga Planet" himself?]

[Rational suspicion: If I had the ability to create a cosmic-level illusion covering the Kuiper Belt, I could also pretend I have a fleet. It's much cheaper than actually owning a fleet.]

[Alien Ambassador: I want to destroy Blue Star. Officer Maya: Here is your bucket meal. Alien Ambassador: Blue Star Civilization is worth observing. This plot is better than a Netflix show.]

[What makes me most angry is the clause prohibiting the development of long-range space weapons. Why? Just because of your words, humanity is forever trapped in Blue Star? What qualifications do you have to restrict a species' sea of stars?]

["Fully accept rule." It's 2032, and people are still using this sentence structure. No matter which galaxy you come from, this sounds like the people of Europa in the 19th century. Blue Star does not welcome colonists, even those from the Milky Way.]

[Listen, you parasite who picked up a hobo's corpse from a gutter. When we humans stood up from the African savannah, your Guga Planet might have still been trash. We have gone through ice ages, great floods, the Black Death, and two world wars; we have paved the road of civilization with flesh and steel. You are now standing on the United Nations podium, using a human mouth to demand that we abandon Mars and tie our own hands? Screw you. Humanity will not bow to any species. We are the apex predators of this universe.]

[Who do you think you are talking to? A flock of sheep? We Russians have built cities on permafrost at minus 40 degrees, and we blocked Nazi tanks with our bodies. We can bury even Napoleon and Hitler in the snow; do you think two million broken spaceships can make us kneel? You had better pray your fleet is real, because if it's an illusion, we will use the human way to drag you out of that corpse and let you see what a real "Blue Star Civilization" is. We are human. We are untamable.]

[The Eastern Great Power has five thousand years of history; we have built the Great Wall and dug the Grand Canal. Does your Guga Planet have history? Does it have the "Records of the Grand Historian"? Does it have Tang poetry and Song lyrics? A low-level race without even its own civilization is worthy of ruling Blue Star? The Eastern Great Power representative didn't speak out to give you face; if it were my temper, I would directly send you one sentence: Those who offend Blue Star, even if far away, will be punished.]

[Listen well, you alien mongrel. When the Indian civilization was chanting the "Vedas" by the Ganges, your galaxy might not have even formed. We invented zero, we wrote the "Kama Sutra," and we drove away the John Empire with non-violent resistance. Do you think humanity will fear your fleet? I tell you, if 1.3 billion Indians stood in a human chain in Mars orbit, your ships wouldn't even find a place to land. You want war, we will give you war. Human war.]

[Maya Rodriguez, you are a traitor to the Latin American people. We Latin Americans were colonized by the Spanish for three hundred years and exploited by the United States for a hundred years, and now you are an assistant to an alien? The blood flowing in your veins is that of Aztec and Inca warriors, not the servility of a maid. The best thing you should do now is pick up a weapon of Blue Star and plunge the blade into his alien heart; that is your destiny.]

[An alien mongrel without history stands in the hall of human civilization and demands that humanity abandon the future. We Europeans have made the mistake of colonialism and have experienced two fratricidal world wars. But because of this, we know better than any other species: free will is the noblest quality in the universe. You can destroy our cities, but you cannot destroy humanity's desire for freedom. Your demand that we abandon space weapons is essentially to castrate the exploration instinct of a species. Our answer is only one: No.]

[Long live His Majesty Black Panther. When the politicians of the Permanent Five were weighing their words, when the diplomats of Europe and America were calculating interests, it was the king of a small African country who stood up and said the purest voice of humanity: Humanity is supreme. Chen Mu, remember, Africa is the starting point of human civilization. We started from here and spread all over the world; we will also start from Earth and spread all over the galaxy. You Guga Planet cannot stop the tide of humanity. It is only a matter of time before your fleet is destroyed; the fertility and adaptability of humanity will let you see what a real "invasive species" is.]

[I am tired of this arrogant narrative of "alien advanced civilization." Why do we have to listen to you just because you have spaceships? You can build spaceships, but we also have Shakespeare, Newton, and Darwin. The measure of civilization has never been weapons, but the soul. You use a fleet to scare humanity, which shows that you have no soul. A civilization without a soul, no matter how powerful, is just a paper tiger. Humanity may be temporarily afraid, but will never submit. This is the truth written by humanity with ten thousand years of history.]

[I am also tired of this globalized, weak world bowing to anything that calls itself "advanced." If it were my ancestors, they would have tied Chen Mu to a rocket and sent him back to his Guga Planet long ago. Humanity does not need alien mentors, let alone alien masters. Make humanity great again. Let the aliens get out of our sky.]

[Finally, someone dared to tell the truth.]

[The entire United Nations General Assembly, 193 countries, only the King of Wakanda dared to curse back. Everyone else is silent. What are you afraid of? Afraid of his fleet? Afraid that he will destroy Blue Star? I will tell you what I am afraid of. I am only afraid that my children will only be able to learn "Guga language" in the future. I am afraid that humanity will be caged on Earth like animals in a zoo. I am afraid that we will become an enslaved civilization in the universe. Chen Mu, listen well: Humanity would rather die standing than live on its knees.]

[To Ambassador of Guga Planet Chen Mu: You proposed three plans at the United Nations today, and 193 votes were against. Do you know what this means? It means your plan to rule Blue Star has completely failed. Do you think humanity is a softie that will surrender just because you scare them? You are wrong. The species of humanity, the more it faces unknown fear, the more it will tighten its weapons and stand back-to-back. This is the fighting instinct we brought from primitive times!]

[Okay, now let's wait for the actions of the Guga Planet people. If nothing happens, then the United Nations General Assembly will be the biggest performance art in human history. If something really happens, I think, from now on, we will all miss the days when we could still curse aliens on the internet.]
