67: Arrival at Yanlong

Blazing Dragon University.

It is located in the mountains north of the Dragon Kingdom's capital.

Within the continuous cluster of buildings, pavilions, terraces, and towering structures stood tall, a perfect blend of classical aesthetics and modern ambiance giving off a dazzling and mysterious beauty.

Although this cluster of buildings nestled in the mountains was called a university, its footprint was no less than that of a small city.

With a permanent population of two million, the combined number of teachers and students was nearly one thousand, and everyone else served these favored children of heaven and experts.

At the very center of the architectural complex, there was a tower over three hundred meters high, piercing the clouds like a sharp sword.

This was precisely the main teaching building of Blazing Dragon University, the Eternal Tower.

It was not only a magnificent building but also a war fortress of unimaginable Rank.

During the seven hundred years since the will of the heavens revived, the Eternal Tower had appeared countless times on the Myriad Heavens Battlefield, crushing countless enemies for the Dragon Kingdom and for Blue Star.

The countless mottled marks on its surface, as well as the crisscrossing traces, were all dazzling medals from battles.

Even just standing close to observe it, one could feel the Aura of blood and fire within it.

At this moment.

Thump thump thump!!!

On the top floor of the Eternal Tower, a knock on the door sounded.

“Enter!”

A gentle voice sounded, and First-Class Lecturer Mu Wanying pushed open the door and came to a spacious office desk.

“Dean!”

She looked at the figure engrossed in writing at the desk and greeted him cautiously.

“You’re here!”

Hearing this, the Dean put down his pen and looked up, a warm smile on his face.

This was a man in his thirties, with an ordinary appearance and gentle eyes, seemingly unremarkable.

But even under this gentle gaze, Mu Wanying, no matter how many times she had come, still felt incredibly nervous, or rather, respectful.

This Dean was a crucial Rank 8 expert in the Dragon Kingdom, whose name, Bloody Knight, resounded throughout the Myriad Heavens Battlefield, a terrifying existence who had carved his way out of a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood.

“Dean, today is the day for new students to report for enrollment. I’m here to collect the reward for the new student Wang Chen.”

Calming her thoughts, Mu Wanying said respectfully.

“Wang Chen?”

“Don’t rush with the Giant Beast cub. Tell me about this little fellow. I want your most intuitive opinion.”

Hearing this, the Dean seemed to become interested, leaning back in his chair and looking at Mu Wanying warmly.

“Prodigy!”

Mu Wanying pondered for a moment, then said with some admiration in her tone:

“I have never seen any student master combat skills to the extreme at this age, as if they were integrated into their body’s instincts.”

“Then, what about his Dragon?”

“Although I haven’t seen that Ice-Type Dragon make a move this time, judging from the power Wang Chen displayed…” Mu Wanying paused with a shocked expression, then continued: “That’s probably a Divine Beast of King Rank or higher!”

“King Rank?”

Hearing this, a flash of lightning flickered in the Dean’s eyes, as if thunder was brewing within it.

“What an outstanding little fellow!”

“He’s here…”

The Dean’s smile deepened, and suddenly his gaze turned towards outside the room, as if piercing through layers of obstruction, seeing something that delighted him.

“Go, give him the Giant Beast, and by the way, tell him that if he has anything he doesn’t understand, he can come here and ask me.”

“This…”

Understanding the Dean’s implied meaning, Mu Wanying’s expression was one of extreme shock and disbelief.

But before she could ask further, a flash of magic light instantly teleported her out of the room.

In front of Blazing Dragon University.

“Is this Blazing Dragon University?”

“It feels even bigger than our Dongling City!”

Situ Yu murmured to herself, her face showing an expression like a country bumpkin entering the city.

Beside her, Wang Chen’s expression was also somewhat lost in thought.

This magnificent cluster of buildings was so vast that its boundaries were invisible to the naked eye.

The so-called university towns of his previous life were simply trash compared to this!

Thinking that this would be his home for the next three years, he couldn't help but feel excited.

“Isn’t it shocking?”

Just then, a clear female voice suddenly came from beside them. The admissions teacher, Mu Wanying, had arrived at some point.

“Welcome to Blazing Dragon University!”

“Hello, Teacher Mu!”

Seeing her, Wang Chen and Situ Yu quickly greeted her politely, then looked at her with some curiosity.

The two of them had crammed some information about Blazing Dragon University in the past few days, so they knew very well that this smiling and gentle teacher in front of them was a First-Class Lecturer, an expert whose strength had reached the 5th Rank.

Her personally coming out to greet them made them feel incredibly flattered.

“I happened to run into you, so I’ll take you to register your information along the way.”

“To save you two from being conned by unscrupulous senior students.”

Mu Wanying explained, then turned and led the two into the campus.

Conned?

Walking behind, Wang Chen chuckled inwardly. Sure enough, no matter where, there was no shortage of “care” from senior students for their juniors.

“Hello, Teacher Mu!”

At this moment, Mu Wanying led the two to the registration desk inside the school gate. Three students sitting behind the table quickly stood up and greeted her respectfully.

These three, two boys and one girl, were all under twenty years old, and their Aura had all reached Rank 3.

“Teacher Mu, that’s not fair. You’re not even letting go of these meager credit points.”

As Mu Wanying approached, a resentful expression appeared on the face of the girl among the three.

“Alright! I just happened to be here, and I’m not going to steal your credits.”

Mu Wanying gave the girl an exasperated look.

Hearing this, the girl obediently nodded, took out the registration form, and her gaze immediately fixed on Wang Chen.

He’s so handsome. It seems this year’s campus heartthrob will change again.

“Hello, junior. Please fill in your basic information!”

“Hello, senior!”

Wang Chen nodded politely, filled out the registration form, and handed it back.

“Wang Chen?!!!”

The sophomore senior, who was planning to secretly jot down his contact information, couldn't help but exclaim when she saw the name on the registration form.

No wonder Teacher Mu personally brought him to enroll.

It turns out he’s a Giant-Beast Master who contracted a Divine Beast!

“Junior, do you have a girlfriend?” Looking at Wang Chen, the sophomore senior’s eyes shimmered.

This was a future Seven-Turn expert, a sure thing!

“Senior, I’ve filled mine out too!”

Before Wang Chen could speak, Situ Yu squeezed over unhappily, looking at the infatuated girl opposite her with a fierce Aura, like a little tiger whose territory had been invaded.

So annoying!

Am I invisible?

But the sophomore senior didn’t care about this at all. She perfunctorily took the registration form, her eyes still glued to Wang Chen, as if stuck to him.

She wondered if the junior minded having another girlfriend?

Seeing this scene, the two sophomore seniors beside them showed wry smiles, secretly envious.

What a superficial woman.

Is it really necessary?

This junior is just a tiny bit more handsome than us two, that’s all!
