155: The conspiracy begins

Watching the surging crowd, the dozens of members of the Panshi Battle Group suddenly panicked.

Then he posted a video of Qin Shilei ordering the massacre of the crowd.

Then he explained the course of events again: “Because it was learned that Qin Shilei had thousands of tons of grain, some elderly, weak, women, and children in Nanzhuang City came to beg for grain to save their lives.
