In the footage, the 'New Citizens' who had just completed 'nirvana' were working in an orderly fashion under a repaired agricultural dome, dressed in uniform gray overalls. The return of the heroes was cast in a bizarre and dangerous shadow.

"Whatever we are involved in, 'Full Assault' cannot stop! The 'nirvana' project must continue! We need more power, more territory, and more 'certainty' to face all unknowns!" His voice was resolute.
