122: Human supremacy

Alpha-01 remained silent, his gaze sweeping over the data representing terrifying production capacities and the radical thinking of the New Generation officers. As a soldier, he understood the necessity of efficiency and unity; as a Commander, he knew well the power brought by absolute militarization. But... a civilization that had completely lost all 'impurities' and 'softness,' leaving only steel, gunpowder, and an endless hatred for the alien—where would it ultimately lead? Would it become another 'Men of Iron'? Or another form of even more paranoid 'Chaos'?

Everyone's eyes eventually converged on Han Zhe. As the supreme leader of the 'Human Federation,' his decision would set the tone for this civilization for the next hundreds or even thousands of years.

Han Zhe slowly stood up and walked to the massive observation window. Outside, the lights of the 'Ark World' were like a galaxy of stars, and the silhouettes of giant ships being 'mass-produced' in the shipyards were faintly visible. Further away was the eternally dark starry sky, where the shadows of enemies and unknown terrors lurked.

He spoke, his voice not loud, yet it clearly reached everyone's ears, carrying an unquestionable resolve, like steel being quenched:

"Survival is the primary need of a civilization, and its only unshakable keystone."

"At this moment, when Chaos attempts to pollute us, xenos attempt to devour us, heretics attempt to destroy us, and even ancient 'order' may try to define us... any hesitation, any weakness, any fantasy of old-era ethics is a betrayal of the billions of subjects of the Human Federation."

"Therefore, I declare that as of today, the official ideology and basic national policy of the 'Human Federation' are formally established as the following two points, which shall be written into the core of the 'keystone charter' and integrated into all New Generation educational programs and military regulations:"

"First: Absolute Human Supremacism."

"Definition: The 'Human Federation' is the successor and defender of human civilization. Only individuals who maintain genetic purity (standardized by Human Federation optimized genes), ideological unity (believing in the core concepts of the Human Federation), and absolute loyalty to the civilization can be regarded as true 'Humans,' enjoying all rights and obligations of a Human Federation citizen (within the military framework). All existences that do not meet this standard—including but not limited to unpurified xenos, heretical humans, genetic mutants, Chaos-polluted individuals, and potential hostile intelligent life—are regarded as 'non-human' threats or 'sub-par resources.' The principle for dealing with 'non-human' threats is: vigilance, control, utilization, and if necessary, elimination. The principle for dealing with 'sub-par resources' is: maximize the extraction of their utility value (labor, biomass, technical fragments), processed under the premise of ultimately not affecting 'human' purity."

"Second: Comprehensive Militarism System."

"Definition: A state of war is the normal state of the 'Human Federation.' All social activities, resource allocation, technological research and development, population policies, and cultural education must unconditionally serve the highest goal of strengthening military power, winning wars, and ensuring the survival of civilization. A 'total mobilization' system is implemented; all citizens of age (meeting the 'Human' standard) have the obligation to perform military service or participate in military production. Social status and personal value are primarily measured by their contribution to military goals. Rationality, efficiency, discipline, and the spirit of sacrifice are the highest virtues. Any 'individualism,' 'liberalism,' or 'multiculturalism' that may weaken military efficiency or unity must be strictly suppressed and eliminated."

He turned around, his gaze like a cold searchlight, sweeping across every face in the meeting room:

"This means we will be enemies with the vast majority of powers in the galaxy. It means our interior will be 'purer' and also 'colder.' It means we will forge our entire civilization into a sharp sword that exists only for killing and survival."

"But this is our choice, our path."

"We will not be corrupted by Chaos, we will not be assimilated by xenos, we will not be bound by the Empire, and we will not be defined by any high-and-mighty 'order'."

"We will use our will, our steel, and our fire to burn out a living space in this dark galaxy that belongs only to 'pure humanity'! Any existence standing in the way of this path, regardless of its form, power, or history... will be crushed by us and turned into the dust and fuel that build the eternal foundation of the Human Federation!"

"For the eternal survival and pure future of the Human Federation!"

"Humanity First! Military Priority!"

Han Zhe's voice echoed within the strategic dome like a Warhammer striking steel, carrying a coldness and determination that bordered on religious fanaticism.

After a brief dead silence, Alpha-01 was the first to stand. He clenched his right fist and struck it heavily against the heart-shield of his power armor on his left chest, letting out a dull thud: "Humanity First! Military Priority!"

Immediately following him, the Chief Technologist, Chief Engineer, Intelligence Officer... everyone in the meeting room, whether they felt a chill in their hearts or had long leaned toward this, stood up in unison and made the same gesture, issuing a low oath:

"Humanity First! Military Priority!"

The new national policy, like a supreme directive, was instantly injected into every nerve ending of the Human Federation's massive body.

In the shipyards, the speed of 'mass production' seemed even faster. The broadsides of the newly built giant ships were painted with more distinct emblems: the 'Red Background War Flag' (abstracted and sharpened) representing the Human Federation and the 'Crossed Lightning' symbolizing military power.

In the cultivation centers, the educational content for the New Generation was further 'purified,' strengthening hatred and vigilance toward 'non-human' threats, and the proportion of military training was increased once again.

Inside the 'keystone,' cultural activities unrelated to the military were drastically curtailed or given explicit military propaganda purposes. The social atmosphere became more grim and efficient, and also more... singular.

The 'Listening' network adjusted its monitoring focus, beginning to consciously collect intelligence on the weaknesses of xeno civilizations and heretical human factions in preparation for future 'purification' wars.

Even within the 'abyss of order' project and the monitoring protocols of 'custodian-alpha,' new clauses were added: strictly forbidding any logical evolution that might blur the definition of 'human' or weaken the principle of military priority.

The great ship of the 'Human Federation,' having gained terrifying momentum and defined extreme goals, was now roaring toward a future course filled with blood, fire, conquest, and destruction, in an indomitable posture that brooked no 'impurities'.

Guilliman's retreat and observation were no longer seen as a chance to breathe, but were interpreted as a manifestation of the deterrent power of 'humanity's true resurgence.'

The 'mass production' of the fleet was no longer simple military expansion, but a physical demonstration of 'pure human power.'

And the establishment of the national policies of 'Extreme Human Supremacism' and 'Comprehensive Militarism' cast an indestructible ideological foundation for all this frantic expansion and cold advancement.

The furnace of the galaxy grew ever more intense, and the 'Human Federation' was determined to become the ultimate blade forged within that furnace, destined only to slay all 'non-human' enemies.
