175: Advance into the Far East

"Main resistance in the Eternal Corona Sector has ceased; the core architecture of the Ouroska Dynasty is confirmed destroyed."

"The space-time structure of the Eternal Corridor Sector is stabilizing; signals of the Thanatos Dynasty's existence have dropped to zero."

"The primary objectives of scythe of the end have been achieved. Initiating the Purge Embers Protocol to clear out remaining Tomb Worlds and wandering fleets."

As the last large-scale Necron fleet signals vanished from the sensors and the final active Tomb World was reduced to subatomic particles by the Reality Reconstruction Cannon, it was proclaimed that the two powerful Necron dynasties, Ouroska and Thanatos, had been completely erased from the galaxy by the Human Federation with absolute power and cold efficiency.

Their ancient territories, endless technological treasures, and the dreaded secrets of the Celestial Orrery all fell into the hands of the Human Federation.

"Time elapsed: fifty-seven standard days. Losses: two Eternal-class ships heavily damaged (one repairable), three hundred and eleven adjudicator-class ships lost, over twenty thousand other vessels lost, casualties are within expectations."

"Gains: All territories and legacies of two complete Necron dynasties, including but not limited to complete stellar manipulation technology, advanced space-time engineering, the full blueprints and some unlaunched nodes of the Celestial Orrery, and massive amounts of basic material resources," Alpha-01 reported.

"Very good." Han Zhe's gaze swept over the two large areas on the star map newly colored in dark gold. "Immediately establish the Necron Technology Integration Research Department to fully receive, analyze, and digest all acquired technology and resources."

"Specifically, the Celestial Orrery technology must undergo reverse-engineering under absolute control. The goal is to master its defense and countermeasure methods and explore the possibility of using it for ourselves."

"Additionally," he added, "release the news of the downfall of these two dynasties through specific channels in a limited capacity. We need the galaxy to know the consequences of being an enemy of the Human Federation."

The news spread through the galaxy's high-level powers like a cold shockwave.

Shock and disbelief spread through the Council of High Lords on Terra, the Seer Council of the Aeldari, and even the domains of certain Greater Daemons of Chaos.

The Human Federation, a heretical power that had risen for only a millennium, actually had the capability—and had already succeeded—to completely annihilate two powerful Necron dynasties! The military strength and technological absorption they demonstrated had reached a terrifying height.

Just as the galaxy was surging with undercurrents due to the fall of the Necron dynasties, another explosive piece of news followed, which, though smaller in scope, was equally shocking.

In the distant Eastern Fringe of the galaxy, a desolate and dangerous region known as the Wall of Sighs is famous for its exceptionally stable reality structure and its ability to block Warp storms. Several xenos civilizations with unique technological trees reside within.

Relying on the protection of the Wall of Sighs, they avoided most of the galaxy's conflicts. However, while the Human Federation was in the heat of battle with the Necron dynasties, a massive Necron fleet, with a style distinctly different from the norm, passed through a hidden rift in the Wall of Sighs like a ghost and launched a devastating strike against the xenos civilizations within.

This Necron fleet acted swiftly and with ruthless tactics, appearing to be extremely familiar with the environment inside the Wall of Sighs, and its technology bore older, more obscure characteristics.

The battle was brief and total. The xenos race, which possessed unique Kindling Technology, Psychic Resonance Technology, and a strange material civilization, saw its home world destroyed, its species exterminated, and its cultural traces systematically erased under the sudden Necron strike. Subsequently, this mysterious Necron fleet vanished just as it had appeared.

"Confirmed report: Within the Wall of Sighs sector in the Eastern Fringe, a xenos civilization using Kindling Technology was wiped out by an unknown Necron force. The attacker's identity is unknown, and their style is judged to be different from any known dynasty, possibly being ancient exiles or a lost dynasty."

"Motive unknown. Possible reasons include plundering special resources, eliminating potential threats, or performing some kind of purge," the intelligence officer reported.

"Another Necron Dynasty? Or simply ancient Necrons active?" Han Zhe frowned slightly. The internal factions of the Necrons were far more complex than imagined.

Was this force that suddenly appeared and disappeared a friend or foe? Were they taking advantage of the chaos, or did they have a deeper purpose? Regardless, with one less potential xenos power on the galaxy's edge, it was not a bad thing for the Human Federation in the short term.

"Increase surveillance on the Wall of Sighs region. But for now, our main focus is not there." Han Zhe quickly pulled his attention back. "The threat of the Necron dynasties is temporarily resolved, the Emperor's interference has been repelled, and our Extragalactic foundation is increasingly stable. It is time to turn our gaze once again to that decaying and bloated Imperium."

His finger slid across the star map, finally stopping at the eastern part of the Imperium's territory, the vast region known as the Far East Star Sector.

This place was extremely far from Terra, and the Imperium's control had always been weak. It was filled with various frontier worlds, independent star systems, xenos incursions, and Chaos infiltration. Resources were relatively abundant but underdeveloped, and many worlds' loyalty to the Imperium was nominal at best.

"The Imperium's Far East Star Sector is vast but sparsely populated, with loose governance and huge resource potential. Guilliman's main forces for the Indomitable Crusade are tied down in Segmentum Obscurus and other fronts, leaving him no time to look east. This will be the perfect target for our next expansion."

"Operation Code: Eastward Torrent. Goal: Before the Imperium can react and organize effective resistance, swallow the major human worlds and resource nodes of the Far East Star Sector at maximum speed and fully incorporate them into the Human Federation's order!" Han Zhe's voice carried an unquestionable decisiveness.

"Alpha, you will lead the first phase of military operations for Eastward Torrent. The newly formed Eastward Fleet Group is under your command."

"Strategy: Rapid advance, divide, and absorb. For worlds willing to accept the Human Federation framework, hand over military command, and undergo preliminary transformation, promises of high autonomy can be given (initially). For planets that resolutely resist or are overly fanatical in their belief in the Ecclesiarchy, implement thunderous strikes to make an example of them."

"The Social Integration Department and Technical Department will form an Eastward Assimilation Task Force to move with the army. Every time a world is occupied or surrenders, immediately initiate the simplified Reshaping Crucible protocol to conduct censuses, genetic screening, ideological indoctrination, and social restructuring. What we want is not occupied territory, but new, stable Human Federation soil."

"adjudicator, provide full strategic support, intelligence analysis, tactical optimization, and early warning simulations for possible Imperial counterattacks for Eastward Torrent."

"By your command!" everyone responded in unison.
