Chapter 207: Blood Domain: Abyssal Variant.

The gate opened without a sound.

Lucifer stepped through and didn’t stop.

Floor 11 looked like a forest. But not alive.

The trees were fossilized—grey, brittle, jagged like spears frozen mid-scream. The air was dry. No wind. Just silence and the crunch of bone-dust under his boots.

He walked twenty paces before something shifted behind a tree.

A whisper.

Then movement.

Not one.

Many.

Wraiths.

Each made of bloodless flesh, hollow-eyed, crawling with parasite chains.

They didn’t charge.



They surrounded him slowly, like they remembered him.

One screeched.

The others followed.

Lucifer raised one hand.

His blood flared behind him and shaped into a dozen spears.

Crimson Array.

The air split as the spears fired—silent and fast. Pierced five heads clean.

Lucifer dashed forward.

A wraith tried to grab him—he spun, drew his scythe, and sliced its limbs off mid-motion.

Another one bit into his shoulder.

His blood armor reacted—igniting instantly.

The wraith burned to nothing.

The last six charged in unison.

Lucifer dropped low, swept with the scythe like a cyclone—spinning crimson light and carving them apart.

When he stood, only smoke was left.

He exhaled.

Then turned toward the stairs at the far end.

Floor 11—cleared.

No prompt.

Just the next gate.

He entered Floor 12 without hesitation.

This time—an endless tunnel.

Narrow.

Claustrophobic.

But not dark.

It was lit by red orbs floating along the walls. His footsteps echoed off stone that looked carved by claws.

Halfway through, the orbs shattered one by one.

He kept walking.

Then the space behind him closed—the exit gone.

From ahead... something hissed.

A shape emerged—long, thin, wrapped in metal coils. A centipede with swords for legs. Each step clinked with high-pitched scraping.

Lucifer moved instantly.

Blood hardened across his arms, forming gauntlets.

The beast lunged.

He caught the first blade-leg and snapped it off with his elbow.

The centipede coiled and spun—twenty blades arcing toward him.

Lucifer ducked under them and jammed a spear of blood into its side.

The thing screamed—a high screech of twisting metal and bone.

It retreated, then split into two copies.

Lucifer cursed under his breath.

They charged again.

He inhaled—and slammed his palm into the floor.

Crimson Cage.

Blood spikes erupted in a perfect circle, catching one clone mid-motion and impaling it six times.

The other slashed across his thigh—cut deep.

He gritted his teeth.

Called the blood from his wound and shaped it into a whip.

It lashed forward, coiled the beast’s head, and ripped it off.

Both bodies fell.

The tunnel lit again.

He wiped the cut on his leg, let it seal with heat.

Then walked through the reformed gate.

Floor 13.

It didn’t look like anything.

Just blackness.

He stepped forward.

Instantly, his body felt heavy.

Too heavy.

He staggered once.

What—?

The air shimmered. His limbs felt like iron bars. His scythe dragged on the ground, too heavy to lift.

Gravity field?

No.

Worse.

Aura suppression.

It wasn’t physical. It was presence. Something was watching. Something massive. Something old.

And it hated him.

He fell to a knee.

Sweat rolled down his back.

His blood wouldn’t respond.

It crawled, slow, lazy.

"Not good," he muttered.

Then the shadows shifted.

A figure moved—humanoid, but larger than any vampire. Twelve feet tall. Bare-chested, covered in scars. Its eyes were hollow voids. Its aura... swallowed space.

Lucifer tried to rise.

His bones screamed.

The thing walked slowly.

No sound.

No weapon.

It didn’t need one.

It raised a hand—energy surged.

Lucifer was blasted back across the floor. He crashed into stone, cracked the wall.



Blood pooled under him.

Still... nothing responded.

The beast raised a second hand.

A pressure slammed into Lucifer’s chest like a collapsing star.

He couldn’t move.

His scythe wouldn’t twitch.

The beast closed the distance—slowly.

Lucifer focused on his heartbeat.

Listened.

One beat.

Two.

He breathed out—and whispered.

"Living Blood..."

His aura pulsed.

Just a flicker.

Enough.

A single thread of blood twitched at his fingertips.

He grabbed it—forced it forward—shaped it into a needle.

It flew.

Hit the beast’s eye.

Didn’t kill it.

But it blinked.

Reacted.

And in that blink—Lucifer moved.

Fold Step.

He appeared behind the thing, arms burning, eyes wild.

His blood flared—Bloodburn State active.

He didn’t care about pain.

Only speed.

Only force.

His scythe screamed as he brought it down.

It clashed against the monster’s spine—hard as mountain.

No cut.

He spun—struck again—again.

The third hit cracked it.

The fourth hit split it open.

The beast groaned—its aura wavered.

Lucifer opened his mouth—spat blood in its face.

The blood turned to fire.

It screamed.

He stabbed the scythe through its back—pierced the heart—and kicked it off the blade.

The aura lifted.

Instantly, the blood around him surged again.

Floor 13—cleared.

He didn’t rest.

He entered Floor 14 limping.

The room was underwater.

A dome filled with pressure, gravity, and crushing silence.

He activated Blood Veil, surrounded himself with a bubble of oxygen-rich mist.

Still, the water pulled at him. Slowed him.

A shape swam toward him—fast. Too fast.

It slammed into him—tentacles, claws, fins all at once.

Lucifer summoned a blade—cut the nearest arm off.

The creature reformed. Gills opened across its chest and spewed dark ink that blurred the entire dome.

Lucifer floated still.

Then ignited his aura inside the bubble.

Bloodburn flared into the water—boiled it.

The ink cleared.

He dashed forward—spinning underwater like a spear.

The scythe cut a spiral into the beast’s side.

It reeled—tried to escape.

Too late.

Lucifer made the water itself his.

Blood Domain: Abyssal Variant.

Every droplet turned red.

Every movement, his.

The monster froze—then was crushed from every direction.

Lucifer walked across its corpse like it was solid ground.

Floor 14—done.

He inhaled once.

Then entered Floor 15.

This time—he stopped.

It was a throne room.

Stone.

Ancient.

And something waited.

A beast.

Massive.

Half-wolf, half-dragon.

Its fur black.

Eyes silver.

Aura so thick, it bent the floor.



Lucifer stepped in.

The door vanished behind him.

The beast growled.

The tower whispered.

"Boss Battle Initiated."

Lucifer rolled his neck.

Smiled.

"...Finally."

The beast charged—soundless.

Lucifer dashed forward.

Both forces collided—
