Guess it's time to stop holding back.

The moment he confirmed, a low hum pulsed through his body. His muscles tightened, heart thumped harder, and blood in his veins rushed like fire.

Ken noticed the change immediately. "...what did you just do?"

Lucifer looked up, red eyes glowing deeper now, almost molten. "Leveled the playing field."

Boom!

He vanished—no warning.

Ken barely had time to react. Lucifer appeared right in front of him and drove a fist straight into his gut. The impact lifted Ken off the ground and sent him crashing into the ceiling before slamming back down onto the mat.

Crash!

Ken coughed violently, the air knocked clean out of him. His back arched off the floor as blood splattered from his mouth.

Lucifer didn't stop.

He grabbed Ken by the collar and yanked him up mid-fall, slamming his knee into Ken's ribs hard—twice. Then he spun, dragging Ken across the mat before throwing him headfirst into the far wall.

The whole room shook.

Mob stood up, serious now. Even Angel lowered her book slowly, eyes wide.

Ken groaned, pushing himself out of the dented wall, his bones cracking back into place with sharp pops. His grin had faded. Not gone—just smaller. Focused.

"You really were holding back," he muttered, wiping blood from his mouth again.

Lucifer tilted his head, cracking his knuckles. "Just a little."

Ken's eyes flared golden again, muscles bulging as his werewolf side surged. "Alright, then. No more playing nice."

They rushed each other again—this time like monsters.

Ken's claws slashed in wide arcs, fast and brutal. Lucifer weaved through them, a blur of speed and precision. Each time Ken missed, Lucifer punished him with body shots—fists, elbows, knees—aimed to break.

But Ken adapted quickly. He ducked under a right hook, spun around, and locked Lucifer into a full-nelson. Then, with a guttural roar, he suplexed him clean through the floorboards.

The mat shattered, dust exploded into the air, and the floor cracked under the impact.

Lucifer crawled out of the hole, shirt in ruins, face bloodied, still grinning like a demon. "Now we're talking."

The two stood there—bleeding, panting, bruised—but alive. Still burning.

Ken raised his fists again. "One more round?"

Lucifer wiped blood off his chin. "You read my mind."



And just like that—they clashed again. Harder. Wilder. A beautiful, chaotic blur of fists, blood, and laughter.

The room was wrecked—chunks of floor missing, walls cracked, air thick with sweat, blood, and heat.

Lucifer and Ken were a mess. Both shirtless, bleeding, grinning like lunatics. Clothes torn, bodies bruised, but neither one willing to step back.

Ken rushed in again, claws glowing faintly gold, eyes blazing. He leapt into the air, spinning into a wild kick. Lucifer ducked under it and came up inside Ken's guard.

Too close.

"Gotcha."

Lucifer's hands shot forward, faster than anyone could blink.

His fingers pierced straight into Ken's sides—just below the ribs. Blood sprayed. His grip locked around something vital.

Mob shot to his feet. "Lucifer!"

Angel dropped her book, eyes wide. "What the hell?!"

But Ken...

Ken just froze—then let out a low chuckle.

"...hah... you got me good."

Lucifer stared into his eyes, breathing heavy. Blood ran down his arms, hot and thick. He could feel Ken's heart pounding through his fingers.

"...you're laughing?" he asked.

Ken winced, but the smirk on his face only grew. "You went for the kill. That's the kind of crazy I respect."

Lucifer slowly pulled his hands out, blood dripping from his fingertips. He stepped back, chest rising and falling.

Then—he laughed too.

"Guess I got carried away."

They both stood there, covered in blood, swaying a little—but still smiling.

Mob let out a sigh and sat back down. "These two are maniacs..."

Angel picked up her book again but didn't open it. "Idiots. Both of them."

Lucifer wiped his hands on what was left of his pants, still chuckling. "Damn, werewolf healing is no joke. You should've dropped."

Ken cracked his neck, already healing, though still leaking blood. "And you punch like a freight train. I think you dented my spleen."

They both dropped onto the floor with a thud, back to back, exhausted but satisfied.

Ken looked up at the ceiling. "So... round two later?"

Lucifer smirked. "Hell yeah."

And in that wrecked training room, surrounded by dust, cracked tiles, and the smell of blood—they laughed like two old friends who just tried to kill each other.

Lucifer sat in the corner, legs stretched out, head resting against the wall. His breathing was steady now, the blood on his body already drying up as the wounds knitted themselves back together. That vampire regeneration was no joke.

Ding!

A soft, digital chime echoed in his mind.

A transparent blue screen faded into view in front of him. He blinked once, then smirked as he read the text:
