93: Chapter 93 A Chaotic Camp
The camper van, which had been flipped over and then blasted into the air before crashing down, was his own—the one used for storing tools.
The intense flow of spiritual energy had washed over an ordinary small sapling, turning it into a towering giant tree that forcibly flipped the multi-ton vehicle onto its side.
Now, the camper van was tilted on the ground at a comical angle, one side's tires suspended in the air, the body supported by a pile of supplies.
But upon closer inspection, Mo Yufei saw that the damage wasn't severe; the frame wasn't bent, the chassis lines weren't broken, and the storage batteries hadn't caught fire.
Only the water supply system had some damaged pipes and was leaking, but the internal precision circuits were completely intact. The side of the shell had several dents, the paint on the corners had scraped off in large patches, and the glass was shattered.
Simply put, the exterior damage was quite severe, but the internal functions were completely fine. As far as Mo Yufei was concerned, as long as it could be fixed, it was just a minor issue. He had A-Piao and A-Fu, two repair robots; why would he worry about not being able to fix it?
All the losses from the entire disturbance were concentrated in the open space in the center of the campsite—those were just scattered supplies he had placed there temporarily and hadn't had time to store away.
The ground was a mess of debris, with some household appliances damaged—the ones he had gotten from the Mall in his original world—some of which were now broken.
Mo Yufei walked into the campsite, circled the overturned camper van, and then looked down at the messy scraps all over the ground, unable to decide whether to laugh or cry.
"If I had known it would turn out like this, I would have put the supplies into the Storage Space first." Mo Yufei put his hands in his pockets and complained helplessly.
Little Black stood by with drooping ears, taking small steps as he followed along, his shiny black eyes darting around.
He first sniffed the scrapped appliances seriously, then lowered his head to stare at the leftover puffed snack crumbs in the grass. Taking advantage of the moment Mo Yufei wasn't paying attention, he quickly licked them up, then raised his head to look around vigilantly, putting on a full performance.
All the robots and androids immediately took their positions, starting a streamlined process of cleaning, organizing, straightening, and sorting, their movements methodical and completely orderly.
A-Ling, who was responsible for coordinating the organization, perhaps because of the birth of some intelligence, had a system processing speed significantly faster than those offline androids.
A-Ling's eyes quickly scanned the entire campsite, and a cold broadcast voice rang out: "Full-area inspection complete. The camper van campsite formation is intact, and the vehicle integrity rate is 92%.
The structure of the side-flipped camper van is undamaged, with a functional integrity rate of 99%; only the exterior paint is damaged.
The destruction rate of unpacked supplies in the open is 38%, and there is zero loss for stored, sealed supplies."
Mo Yufei crouched down, picked up a cracked small spiritual energy detector, and tossed it into the scrap pile: "That's a relief! When I brought the androids into the secret realm, I had them tidy up, so most of the newly purchased items were put into the camper van cabinets.
The damaged ones were just the things I had placed outside temporarily, plus the ones that were teleported in at the very end."
Nearby, the heavy-duty engineering robot Walle slowly activated its hydraulic push rod. Its heavy mechanical arm steadily braced against the chassis of the overturned camper van. With even force and precise strength, the multi-ton vehicle was slowly lifted and returned to its position steadily.
Walle's voice was stiff yet carried a hint of bluntness: "I don't know who designed this crude campsite, but it has zero technical substance. No wonder it got damaged like this!"
"Boss! The campsite is damaged; should we clear away these crazily growing plants?"
"Huh? Walle, you can complain now?" Mo Yufei raised an eyebrow and laughed. "Who taught you to talk like that?"
"A-Yu updated the human complaint vocabulary database," Walle reported truthfully.
A-Yu, who was sorting supplies in the center of the campsite, didn't even look up. Her slender hands flew back and forth, moving so fast they created afterimages.
Hearing the conversation, she smiled faintly and said: "Boss, this is experience summarized from big data usage, as well as your own habits. 80% of people hope that androids and robots are more anthropomorphic, so I took the liberty of loading an emotion simulation system for Walle and the others.
Also, for the newly arrived express deliveries you bought, we have partitioned, locked, labeled, and filed them all, stuffing every camper van's storage compartment neatly.
Also, a reminder: don't leave small, scattered items out in the open; it's very easy for them to get lost or damaged. We don't have enough authority to move your personal items without permission, so the damage to the supplies this time is largely due to you, and it has nothing to do with us."
This was well-reasoned and evidence-based, leaving Mo Yufei speechless for a moment. It made it seem like he had broken them himself, even though it was obviously the power of nature.
He bent down to clean the trickiest gaps in the grass, which were jammed with many small, fragmented parts—small gaskets, broken wire ends—which was very tedious.
Seeing this, Little Black immediately came over to help, nudging with his mouth and scratching with his paws, managing to dig out all the small parts hidden deep inside.
But while nudging, he secretly snatched a piece of dried meat from somewhere, chewed it quickly, and pretended nothing happened.
"Little Black!" Mo Yufei caught him immediately. "Slacking off while working and stealing food? No snacks for you!"
Little Black's ears immediately flattened against his head, and he sat down obediently, looking at him with innocent eyes, wearing a pure and honest expression that said, "I didn't do it, don't wrong me."
A-Li scanned and captured the scene, and the little girl-bot added insult to injury in a cute tone: "Duty dog detected slacking off and embezzling supplies. Duty score -5."
"Alright, alright, don't deduct his points." Mo Yufei was amused, reaching out to rub Little Black's head. "I don't even know where the little girl's duty scoring system comes from!"
On the other side, after the camper van was straightened and returned to its place, the repair robot immediately stepped forward.
A blue scanning beam swept over the vehicle body from head to tail, meticulously checking every buckle, gap, and circuit interface, and a mechanical voice rang out steadily.
"Antique vehicle restoration complete. Chassis level is normal, water and electricity systems have no faults, only side paint wear and slight dents, which can be repaired at any time.
The Boss is truly capable! He could even get his hands on an antique like this, along with those antique repair tools. This must be part of the Boss's antique collection."
Mo Yufei wasn't nearby and didn't hear what A-Piao said. If he had, he definitely would have complained: What do you mean antique? This is the latest model camper van from my hometown, it's very expensive, okay?
The robots and androids performed their respective duties, handling every detail with care, the pace relaxed yet efficient.
A-Ling led several androids to sort in the center, meticulously wiping the damp tool shells with her fingertips, picking out small parts that could still be reused, and categorizing the intact supplies back into the corresponding camper van storage drawers and sealed storage boxes.
Walle and another engineering robot, Da-Li, were responsible for cleaning the campsite ground, packing and clearing away the crushed, deformed trash and scrapped equipment, and tamping down the ground while they were at it.
Little Black ran back and forth, specifically responsible for finding small debris stuck in the grass, under the car, and in gaps, occasionally slacking off.
The command and staff robots were responsible for final screening, isolating items that had been scrapped by the spiritual energy impact.
At the same time, they checked all camper van cabin doors, locks, and sealing strips to prevent miasma, poisonous gas, or hallucinogenic gas generated in the secret realm from entering the camper van while Mo Yufei was sleeping.
The straightened camper van returned steadily to the circular formation, reconnecting with the other camper vans to form a complete closed loop.
The newly arrived express supplies were intact and neatly stored in the Storage Space of each camper van; not a single item was lost or damaged.
Mo Yufei looked around at the clean and tidy campsite, sighed with relief, and said with a smile: "I've learned my lesson. From now on, in this camper van campsite, we can do whatever we want inside, but I will absolutely never leave things out in the open again. What if someone throws something into the secret realm from the outside next time and hits the supplies again?"
A-Ling synchronized the supply list to all androids and robots.
Walle added a blunt, golden remark at the right moment: "Be diligent, and you'll have everything. Come on, Boss, I believe in you."
Mo Yufei burst out laughing immediately. "Damn, you're even lecturing me now."
