125: Chapter 0125 Girl’s Letter

In Li Size's estimation, even though the selling price of the little sorcerer donkey would drop after mass production,

the cost would be greatly reduced thanks to the fully automated assembly line sorcery machine tool that carved runes onto the sub-modules, so the profit would be completely unaffected!

On one hand, raw Materials were supplied directly from Feiting’s military department's sorcery warehouse and the Miners Brotherhood's rune mines.

Without the sorcery tax and transportation losses from middlemen, the cost was thirty percent lower than through distributors.

On the other hand, previously, traditional sorcery workshops had to manually inlay runes, which limited output and was expensive.

Now, using the fully automated assembly line sorcery machine tool with sub-modules he designed, the Rune Array automatically stitched the sub-modules together, eliminating the Mental Energy consumption from manual calibration, effectively halving the cost.

However, the core witchcraft drive unit for this machine tool could currently only be produced by him, as he was the only one proficient enough in sorcery machine tool manufacturing.

So annoying!

Li Size ran a hand through his hair, tapping his fingertip on the sorcery crystal on the desk. He certainly didn't want to be just a tool man who only built machine tools!

After the cost reduction, whether supplied to the military department, Feiting, or sold directly, after deducting the cost of sorcery crystal raw Materials and rune maintenance fees, the pure profit for each little sorcerer donkey was 10 silver coins.

The expanded sorcery factory's rune lamps burned all night, capable of producing 70 units per week, netting a pure profit of 700 gold coins a week!

This was still limited by the number of skilled workers and the number of sorcery machine tools.

If he spent his days immersed in the Laboratory, accelerating machine tool production, tripling the daily output, earning 1000 gold coins a day wouldn't be a fantasy!

He still needed to study sorcery rune classics, practice Marksmanship, meditate to stabilize his Mental Energy, and practice the Knight's breathing technique to strengthen his Physique. Where would he find the time to focus solely on machine tools every day?

Li Size leaned back in his chair, rubbing his temples. He felt that earning 700 gold coins a week was good enough; no need to overwork himself!

Plus, there was Flora using the sorcery machine tool to automatically produce optimized inferior potions, which she sold through the Dark Web via flying message.

That brought in a stable income of 300 gold coins a week. Calculating it out, the stable weekly profit started at 1000 gold coins!

Li Size picked up the sorcery herbal tea on the desk and took a sip.

He felt that one should enjoy life when successful; this was plenty!

As for the gold coins from weapon production, honestly, he didn't value them as much anymore.

But they could be exchanged for rune points from Feiting and the Crimson Soul organization, which could then be used to redeem for Advanced sorcery knowledge—that wasn't bad either!

Thinking of this, Li Size's lips curved upwards. He rubbed the model of the sorcery pistol on the desk, feeling that the previous hard work of continuously building sorcery machine tools had been worth it.

He looked up at the two beautiful women standing before him. Lina had a light blue sorcery hairpin adorning her blonde hair, and Flora's purple eyes held a smile. He raised an eyebrow...

Li Size cleared his throat, gently pressing his palm onto the rune mat on the desk, his gaze lingering on Lina's smooth golden hair for a moment.

The girl lowered her lashes, her pink lips forming a shallow arc, her ivory-white earlobes faintly flushed red, clearly having understood the implication in his words.

"Lina, you go back to the apartment first. Flora and I still have something to discuss."

His voice carried the faint authority of a master towards a subordinate.

After all, he was Flora's master, and Lina was Flora's dependent.

Lina's skirt brushed the rune carpet on the floor, emitting a subtle Demonic Energy hum.

Lina kept her head down, her fingertips clutching her skirt until they turned white. Her ears were as red as ripe sorcery fruit. She replied softly:

"Yes, Great Master."

When Li Size turned towards Flora, his tone instantly softened, a smile blooming in his eyes. His fingertip lightly touched her arm.

The dark elf leaned against the doorframe, her tight leather short top embroidered with dark patterned runes. Her light purple skin shimmered with a Demonic Energy glow under the candlelight.

Her almond-shaped eyes, upturned at the corners, seemed to smile faintly. Her fingers toyed with her silver-purple long hair, the ends brushing against the tattoo on her collarbone (drawn with special rune ink).

Li Size's heart skipped a beat. He quickly stepped forward and grasped her slightly cool wrist, feeling the Demonic Energy flowing beneath her skin with his fingertip, and said:

"It's been a while since we spent time alone."

Flora let out a light chuckle, leaning into him as she did so...

Her nose brushed past his, carrying a faint scent of sorcery herbs and the unique woody fragrance of the elf race:

"Yes, Master. You've been so busy lately, you forgot about me."

Her voice held a hint of coquetry. Her fingers lightly traced his back. Her nails were painted with light purple sorcery nail polish, causing him to shudder slightly (what's there to censor about that?).

Li Size let out a low laugh, tapping his knuckles against the tattoo on her collarbone, his tone laced with amusement:

"By the way, that little girl of yours, Lina..."

Flora raised an eyebrow, a hint of confusion flashing in her almond eyes:

"What about her?"

Li Size leaned close to her ear, his warm breath carrying the scent of sorcery ink from him brushing against her earlobe. His voice dropped very low:

"Haven't you noticed? Lina looks at you with dependence every time, like a kitten staring at its master's sorcery crystal ball."

Seeing a flash of surprise in Flora's eyes, he continued:

"Don't you know yet? She likes you."

Li Size raised an eyebrow, tightening his arm with keen interest, pulling her body closer (he could feel her heartbeat pulsing with a Demonic Energy rhythm). He leaned close to her ear:

"Then what about you? Are you interested in her?"

Flora's body trembled slightly. She looked up at him, her almond eyes full of enchantment:

"Do you want me to be? If I call her back right now, the three of us... wouldn't it be more interesting?"

Her fingers traced his jawline. The runes on her nails flashed briefly, her tone ambiguous.

Li Size pondered for a moment, his thumb gently pressing against her lips (her lips were coated with light purple sorcery lipstick):

"No rush."

His gaze was deep:

"Let me enjoy this time... that belongs only to us, first."

He lowered his head, his lips touching her forehead, then the corner of her eye (she was wearing fine rune eyeliner), and finally resting on her lips, gently caressing them:

"Next time... I want to see her blushing face."

Flora let out a low laugh, wrapping her arms around his neck and burying her face in his chest. Their figures overlapped under the candlelight, the air filled with an ambiguous atmosphere.

Flora and Lina got onto the witchcraft motorcycle and left. The rune engine of the witchcraft motorcycle let out a low hum as they disappeared into the night.

Li Size communicated with them daily via flying message, sharing progress on sorcery experiments, resuming their intimate daily life!

The days were fulfilling and busy. After a few days, he was surprised to receive a reply via flying message from Felin. His fingers trembled slightly, feeling inexplicably nervous!

Because the previous two letters from Felin had brought bad news, seeing her letters now made him somewhat obsessed, as if cursed by a sorcery spell!

Fortunately, this letter from the girl mainly discussed four things, which could tentatively be considered good news!

Li Size breathed a sigh of relief, his fingertip tracing the rune seal on the letter (Felin's exclusive seal).

First, Felin had discovered through the military department's sorcery archive that Li Size had a new model, which was superior in speed and performance.

She didn't want to secretly view the rune files from the Knowledge Rights Protection Division anymore. She directly asked her friend Li Size:

Tell him whatever she wanted, as long as she could help! All she wanted was the new model witchcraft motorcycle!

Seeing this, Li Size seemed to see the pink-haired, leather-clad girl he had only met once, acting cute and coquettish in front of him. He muttered to himself:

If I wanted her, I wonder if that would work?

Although they had only met once, they felt incredibly 'familiar':

Half of it was through correspondence.

The other half was due to Felina's Lesser Shapeshifting Spell, which could perfectly imitate Felin's appearance!

Ahem, the Lesser Shapeshifting Spell was truly useful!

Li Size stroked his chin, feeling this skill had helped him a lot!

Next time Felina and Gelia were together...

Letting Felina use the Lesser Shapeshifting Spell to turn into Gelia, having two identical Gelians standing together.

That would surely be interesting!

Feeling his thoughts drifting too far, Li Size shook his head to calm his mind and continued reading Felin's letter!

Second, Felin had found out from the encrypted files of the military department's Sorcery Research and Development Division that...

Li Size had actually promised to develop a fully automated production line machine tool capable of automatically generating witchcraft hand cannons engraved with attack runes within five years.

Moreover, the machine tool driven by the Rune Array could automatically calibrate Demonic Energy output, resulting in a cost thirty percent lower than manual rune inlaying.

She was incredibly surprised and simultaneously pleaded with Li Size to build it within 2-3 years if possible.

If successful, she could secure the highest level of reward through her Family connections in the military department's Sorcery Equipment Division!

Reading this, Li Size immediately frowned, tapping the sorcery crystal cup on the desk:

Felin could even know about the military department's secret projects?

The rune lamps in the Laboratory flickered, seemingly echoing his doubts.

What exactly was her Family's background?

Li Size scratched his head, his gaze sweeping over the birds flying past the window. The more he thought, the more he felt this girl was not simple.

Why did it feel like the power behind her was unfathomably deep, making him a little apprehensive...

Li Size rubbed his arms. The Demonic Energy fluctuations in the Laboratory seemed to have weakened slightly, and the scent of sorcery herbs in the air had become somewhat pungent.
