375: Evil God Role Playing Plan

The hustle and bustle of the Underworld Market had yet to fade from her ears.

Olexia twirled a strand of hair, reminiscing about the mountain-shaking cheers from earlier.

The warm power of faith surged into her Godhead; the feeling was indescribably comfortable.

It was more exhilarating than swallowing ten bottles of top-tier spiritual wine.

It wasn't until she stepped into the empty Jiaotai Palace that she belatedly remembered—the Empress had summoned her earlier.

The stage had been too bright and the fans too crazed; her Authority of Desire had been absorbing the heat of the scene, causing her to completely forget the Empress's summons.

“Tsk, what a pain,” Olexia curled her lip.

That tsundere woman had a heart smaller than the eye of a needle. She would definitely use this as an excuse to make a fuss, and a round of sarcastic remarks was inevitable.

The palace was eerily quiet, leaving only a cold, lonely atmosphere.

She raised an eyebrow and scanned the main hall.

No one.

Turning her steps toward the side hall, she heard intermittent soft moans from a woman before she even got close.

They were sticky and clingy, enough to make one blush.

Olexia paused, a wicked smile curling the corners of her mouth.

Oho, there's a good show to watch.

She leaned against a corridor pillar, crossing her arms to enjoy the spectacle.

Her manicured nail swiped open a light screen, which still showed the trending topics from the fan meeting.

The lively reports formed a bizarre contrast with the moans coming from the side hall.

“Heh,” Olexia let out a soft laugh, her eyes full of the realization that 'this seat understands.'

As expected, she was 'busy digging.'

No wonder she didn't have time to 'guide the work' at her meeting; she was here enjoying herself.

The Empress, who usually found even reviewing memorials exhausting, was full of energy when it came to this kind of manual labor.

She felt like a total sucker, worrying about the mess in Ativi for this 'busy' Majesty, while the lady herself was living it up in her nest.

The commotion in the side hall gradually subsided.

Olexia intentionally heavy-stepped, her high heels making a 'da-da' sound on the floor, crisp enough to penetrate the hall doors.

“Creak—”

The door was pulled open from the inside. Shang Wan Ning was draped in a loose nightgown, her ink-black hair still damp.

The satisfaction in her phoenix eyes hadn't fully faded, and the corners of her eyes were tinged with red.

Seeing her, she arched a brow. “Your Excellency, you finally remembered to come?”

Ling Qi followed behind her.

Her gold-rimmed glasses were perfectly straight, and her secretary uniform was buttoned up tight. Aside from her lips being excessively red, there were a few light red marks on the side of her neck.

The woman remained as cold and aloof as a block of ice.

“The Empress summoned me; how could I dare not come?” Olexia walked into the hall, her divine sense sweeping over the two of them.

She raised an eyebrow and said, “It seems I’ve come at an inopportune time. Did I interrupt Her Majesty and the Secretary-General 'handling official business'?”

Shang Wan Ning gave a light huff, walked to the main seat and sat down. She crossed her legs, revealing slender ankles, and put on her full imperial air: “Had your fun? You even dared to treat My words as wind past your ears.”

“Alas, Your Majesty, please understand.”

Olexia found a chair and sat down on her own accord, leaning back with a lazy posture. “The believers were simply too enthusiastic; I couldn't stop them.”

“If I hold a few more sessions, maybe I can step over certain women stuck at the peak of the Eighth Order and reach the Ninth Order first.”

These words were pointed, and her gaze intentionally drifted toward Shang Wan Ning.

Shang Wan Ning narrowed her eyes. “You want to step over Me? Clean up Sabrina's mess first.”

At the mention of official business, Olexia dropped her joking face: “Is there news from Tudor?”

“Yes,” Ling Qi took over the conversation, her voice still a bit husky.

“Sabrina has taken the bait. It has mistaken Her Majesty for the Eighth Order Evil God 'Abyssal Sovereign' who is watching Ativi, and has even proactively proposed a cooperation.”

The corners of Olexia's lips curled into a flamboyant smile: “Oh? What kind of cooperation?”

“Could it be it wants to split the Elf Goddess with the 'Abyssal Sovereign'?”

“Restrain Avila, and if necessary, deal with the God of Light together,” Shang Wan Ning tapped the tabletop.

“It is willing to pay a deposit first—one bottle each of the divine blood of Avila and her clone.”

“Quite a generous hand,” Olexia whistled, her eyes sparkling with interest.

“It seems it’s been pushed to the brink by the Elf Goddess and the God of Light. So, you want me, the fake 'Abyssal Sovereign,' to personally appear and scare those two goddesses of the Nature system?”

“Smart,” Shang Wan Ning said.

“Your Excellency's Authority of Desire matches the chaotic origin of an evil god. You are the most suitable person to play the 'true body.'”

“I will support you in the identity of your subordinate god, 'Shadow Fierce.'”

Olexia twirled the end of her hair with her fingertip, pondering for a few seconds: “The risk isn't small!”

“Sabrina isn't stupid. Once we make a move, the attribute of divine power can't be hidden.”

“If we're seen through...”

“There is no need to worry about that,” Shang Wan Ning interrupted her.

“I have My own means of concealment.”

“Your Excellency only needs to play the role of a greedy, powerful evil god full of malice toward the Nature Pantheon.”

“Doesn't sound too hard!” Olexia laughed, the fire of desire burning slightly in her eyes.

“Playing a game with a Ninth Order Ancient God and plotting against two Eighth Order Righteous Gods... this 'excitement' alone is enough to make my Authority leap with joy.”

[Toying with gods in the palm of my hand—this taste of desire, ah! It's truly wonderful.]

“Cough, don't just focus on being intoxicated,” Shang Wan Ning threw cold water on her.

“Sabrina gave us half a year to prepare. In half a year, at the Crimson Wasteland, we will exchange the divine blood, and at the same time, the Church needs to show its 'sincerity.'”

“For example, starting to take action against the Elf Race.”

Ling Qi added: “The specific plan still needs to be refined with Tudor and You Yu.”

“We must make Sabrina believe that the God of the Abyss is the sharpest blade in its hand, not the one holding the blade.”

Olexia stood up, her skirt swaying. “Understood. When it comes to acting, I am a professional.” She walked to the palace door, then turned back and blew a kiss to Shang Wan Ning.

“Little Wanling, next time before you 'handle official business,' remember to set up a soundproofing barrier. It’s bad for your image.”

Having said that, she didn't wait for the Empress to erupt and vanished into a red light with a loud laugh.

Shang Wan Ning's face darkened. She grabbed a jade slip by her side and wanted to throw it, but Ling Qi lightly pressed down on her wrist.

“A Ning~”

The Secretary-General said: “Although Her Excellency Olexia is unrestrained in her speech, she has her own sense of propriety in her actions.”

“Heh, I think her skin is itching for a beating.” Shang Wan Ning ground her teeth and gave Ling Qi a redirected glare.

“And you, if you dare to bite there again next time!”

“I will... I'll bite back...”

Ling Qi pushed up her glasses and quickly cut off the Empress's suggestive talk: “Your Majesty, it's time to review the Soul Contracts again.”

“Before Sister Meng went into seclusion...”

Shang Wan Ning made a long face. “Who starts working right after a cuddle? Now there's not even any tenderness. As expected, once you get it, you don't cherish it.”

“Hmph ╯^╰, scumbag woman.”

Ling Qi: “...”

“A Ning, if a Six-Tailed Demon Fox is a scumbag woman, then is the Netherworld Empress, who steps on several boats at once, a scumbag emperor?”

“I'm not a scumbag; my heart is just broken into many pieces, and every piece has fallen in love with a different person. And it just so happens that AQi's piece is the largest.”
