408: Ragnarok (Part 3)
The four gods unleashed their three divine artifacts, executing a fatal combined strike.
For the first time, a flash of shock and fury appeared in Sabrina's eyes.
Blood-red light erupted from her entire body, and all her clones rushed back frantically, desperate to block this fatal blow.
The entire sub-plane groaned under this terrifying bombardment; space collapsed in sheets, and the rules of reality became a chaotic mess.
Just at the critical moment when the turbulent energy reached its peak.
No one noticed two shadows, reeking of "sneaky" vibes, quietly sneaking toward the edge of this battlefield, which was on the verge of total collapse.
One was filthy and deep, the other was surging with desire.
The two vipers coiled their bodies, waiting for the perfect moment to deliver a fatal bite.
In the center of the battlefield, the gods no longer possessed the sharpness they had during their combined attack.
Kazgoroth knelt on one knee, the massive hammer symbolizing the authority of the earth shattered into countless pieces, scattered all around.
His aura was withered, his chest heaving violently, each breath carrying a coarseness like grinding rocks.
The Forest Goddess's emerald-green hair had become withered and sparse, her hairline visibly receding, and she barely stood by relying on a charred ancient root.
Avila was the most severely injured of the three.
She leaned against the phantom of the shattered elf mother tree, her emerald divine robe stained dark gold by her own blood.
Divine blood spilled from the corners of her mouth, the light in her originally brilliant eyes dimmed, and even maintaining her levitation seemed like a struggle.
The aftereffects of burning divine blood began to backfire, and her godhead sent waves of tearing pain.
Astrea was in slightly better condition; her silver armor was covered in cracks, and the webbing between her thumb and forefinger where she gripped her sword had split open.
Golden blood flowed down the hilt of her sword.
She stared fixedly at Sabrina opposite her, her sharp eyes hiding an unmaskable exhaustion.
Sabrina's true form was not doing well either.
Thousands of 7th-rank clones had been wiped out in the earth-shattering bombardment just now, leaving only a few core clones guarding her, including Number 69.
Her arms were a bloody mess, charred divine bones exposed, her body covered in traces of holy light burns, and her filthy divine power was no longer at its peak.
"Cough..."
Sabrina spat out a mouthful of filthy blood.
Her scarlet pupils swept over the miserable state of the Nature Pantheon members, and she sneered: "You all look truly pathetic in this state."
Changing the subject, her tone turned irritable: "However, it seems there are two guests missing from this banquet."
[That damned "Abyssal Sovereign," and her Subordinate God "Shadow Fierce," have yet to appear!!!]
Sabrina cursed internally.
Did that sneaky fellow really dare to play her for a fool?
A newly ascended 8th-rank evil god, where did they get such a big appetite and the guts to want to be the fisherman who profits?
Just as Sabrina's thoughts were turning, preparing to mock them and try to disrupt their focus.
A vastly different divine might descended upon this shattered plane.
This pressure was not the holiness of the God of Light, nor the vitality of the Nature Pantheon, and certainly not the filth of the mother of flesh and blood.
It was filled with chaos, greed, indulgence, and the most primal desires, as if the abyss itself had opened its maw.
The void was forcibly torn open, and darkness poured out from within.
A slender figure stepped out slowly.
Olexia was shrouded in roiling dark energy, her face blurry, with only a pair of eyes burning with the flames of desire clearly visible.
The aura radiating from her body was that of a genuine 8th-rank evil god; although it seemed slightly unstable, as if newly ascended to this realm, the essence was undeniable.
"Abyssal Sovereign!"
Sabrina's pupils contracted slightly; she felt relieved at first, then a greater fury rose within her.
This guy really came, and chose this exact moment.
Astrea, Avila, and the other gods' expressions changed drastically.
Another 8th-rank deity.
And judging by this aura, definitely not a benevolent one.
Today's matter, I fear, will not end well.
Beside the "Sovereign," space fluctuated slightly, and another figure emerged.
It was "Shadow Fierce," wearing the robe of ten thousand sorrows and the heaven-deceiving divine soul mask.
His entire body was suffused with pure 7th-rank peak abyssal filth, standing silently behind and to the side of the "Sovereign," in the posture of a loyal Subordinate God.
The "Abyssal Sovereign" played by Olexia scanned the entire scene with her divine sense, taking in the miserable state of the gods, and a string of low, pleasant laughter rolled from her throat.
She said with malice: "It seems I have arrived just in time. You all seem to have had quite a fun time?"
Sabrina suppressed her anger and said coldly: "Your Excellency Sovereign, your 'sincerity' has arrived a bit too late."
"Late?"
The "Abyssal Sovereign" chuckled, the fire of desire dancing in her eyes, "Waiting for the prey to be exhausted is the virtue of a hunter. Your Excellency Mother, don't you agree?"
Once these words were spoken, Sabrina's expression darkened completely.
Sure enough, this guy wanted to be the mantis stalking the cicada...
Astrea held her holy sword in front of her and said in a deep voice: "Another evil god? Do you intend to join forces with Sabrina today, or do you have other plans?"
"Join forces?"
The "Abyssal Sovereign" seemed to have heard a joke and shook her head, "God of Light, your thoughts are always so uninteresting. I have come today for only one thing..."
She paused, her gaze greedily sweeping over Avila, Sabrina, and even Kazgoroth and Vidania. "To collect the spoils."
"Arrogant!"
Kazgoroth roared, wanting to stand up.
As a result, he aggravated his injuries and spat out a mouthful of golden blood mixed with stone fragments.
Vidania hurriedly pressed down on her hair, which had gone bald in another spot, her eyes full of shock and fury.
Avila felt the covetousness in the evil god's eyes and braced herself to condense a trace of faint emerald divine light.
Sabrina laughed in anger: "Just based on you, a newly ascended 8th-rank, plus a 7th-rank Subordinate God, you want to swallow us all? Aren't you afraid of choking to death?"
"Whether I can swallow you or not, we'll know once we try."
The "Abyssal Sovereign" maintained her lazy demeanor.
She raised her hand to gather thick dark energy, stirring up the chaotic rules of the entire shattered plane.
"Shadow Fierce."
"Here."
The Subordinate God played by Shang Wan Ning took a step forward, locking onto the most injured Avila and Vidania.
Although he only displayed the aura of a 7th-rank peak, the density of it made the two goddesses tighten their hearts.
Sabrina's eyes flickered, and she made a decision instantly.
She suddenly erupted, not attacking the "Abyssal Sovereign," but lunging directly at the heavily injured Avila.
Since this bastard wanted to be the oriole, she would first tear off the biggest piece of meat.
"Watch out!"
Astrea warned sharply, her holy sword slashing out to intercept.
But there was a shadow faster than her.
"Shadow Fierce," who had been standing still, suddenly moved.
The boots of the walkers of all realms turned Shang Wan Ning into a distorted afterimage, arriving first despite starting later, actually wedging himself directly between Sabrina and Avila.
The robe of ten thousand sorrows billowed, and the abyssal filth instantly condensed into a thick shield wall.
"Boom!"
Sabrina's blood claws collided with the shield wall, exploding into a large mass of filthy ripples.
The shield wall shook violently, but it actually didn't break.
