86: Chapter 86 My name is 18
My name is Eighteen.
I was born on a strange planet.
This planet is an extremely massive one, much like the Blue Planet.
Just how massive is my planet?
Let's put it this way: the star at the center of the Blue Planet's solar system is about the same size as my planet.
Because the planet is so massive, it has two suns.
They are positioned on the left and right sides of the planet, rotating around it on a central axis.
This strange celestial system makes my planet extremely unique.
In its center, there is a Black Belt where daylight never reaches.

My race is a high-level group on the planet.
My people all possess highly intelligent minds and powerful strength.
And I, as the most talented and intelligent member of my tribe, showed my extraordinary nature from birth.
The moment I opened my eyes and saw this world, I could use Electromagnetic Force.
As biological beings relying solely on our physical bodies, our development was naturally limited; we could never leave our own star system.
At least, that's what my family believed before I was born.
But that notion changed after my birth.
After I was born, my elders all praised me, saying, 'Our tribe's Eighteen has the potential to master the Pattern.'
And so, amidst the praise of my elders, I gradually grew up.
I thought my life would simply pass like this.
Growing up, becoming talented, and then carrying the expectations of my elders to roam through space on their behalf.
But on that day, the Sky fell.
It was the falling of the Sky in the truest sense.
A massive, dimensionless black plane, stretching beyond the horizon, swept past my planet.
This process was completed in a mere instant, and not a single creature on the planet could react to it.
But in the very next moment, disaster struck.
Every member of my tribe, including myself, began to undergo a mutation.
Some grew many claws, others sprouted another head, but most grew countless Tentacles.
Fortunately, because our tribe possessed high conscious strength, we were able to struggle and resist after the mutation arrived.
But this resistance was ultimately in vain.
It wasn't long before the elders realized this.
As the youngest and most promising junior of the tribe, the elders decided to collectively sacrifice themselves so that I might survive.
Just as the elders made this decision, one of them suddenly went mad.
While trying to restrain this elder, we discovered a Warp Tunnel.
No one knew where the other end of the tunnel led, but wherever it was, it had to be safer than my current planet.
However, the tunnel was not safe.
A powerful creature stood guard beside the tunnel.
It was our planet's Planet Lord, the most powerful individual on the planet.
After the mutation, the Planet Lord still retained a sliver of self-awareness, but when facing the elders, it still revealed its bloodthirsty side.
Because the gap in strength was too vast, the battle between the elders and the Planet Lord was a one-sided slaughter.
Even so, the elders risked everything to carve out a path for me.
After leaving the planet, the elders used their everything to suppress the mutation in my body; furthermore, they sacrificed their consciousness to me so that I would have some power to protect myself elsewhere.
...
After traversing the Warp Tunnel and leaving my original planet, I arrived on a cold planet.
One side of this planet was pitch black, while the other was very bright.
The dark side of the planet held the tunnel back home, but the Planet Lord guarded it constantly, so I could not return.
However, one day, I will return here, defeat the Planet Lord, and go home.
...
I left that planet and came to the one it orbited—a planet similar to mine, yet countless times smaller.
This planet was the Blue Planet.
The Blue Planet's star system seemed very peaceful, but I could feel an incomparable horror hidden behind that tranquility.
The source of this sense of dread came from a hidden planet on the outskirts of the star system.
I didn't dare go and investigate.
I made my home on one of the Blue Planet's satellites; I would live here from then on.
One day, while I was waiting for prey within the clouds of the Blue Planet, I was suddenly disturbed by a Little Thing.
That Little Thing seemed none too bright to me, but after making contact, I discovered it was actually exceptionally clever.
It actually knew how to use tactics!
Out of respect for the fact that the Little Thing possessed some intelligence, I didn't kill it right then and there.
As it turned out, that decision was the right one.
Because just a few days later, this Little Thing gave me a surprise.
He helped lure over the very food I had been wanting to eat.
I was very happy at the time, so I rewarded him with the parts I found disgusting.
After catching that prey, I left the Blue Planet.
A period of peace followed, until...
I encountered that Little Thing once again.
At that time, I was shocked by him.
His consciousness could actually leave his body.
And in my subsequent interactions with him, I found that his wisdom was not inferior to mine.
After that exchange with the Little Thing, I began to treat him as family.
I finally had family on this planet too.
My family member was very mysterious and would disappear for long periods each time, but whenever he reappeared, his physical size would have changed drastically.
But one day, he disappeared for a very long time, and I searched for him for just as long.
While searching for him, I met another family member.
It was called Sky.
Sky and I searched for our family member together, but we never found anything.
Due to factors beyond my control, I had to prioritize my own safety first.
But one day, my family member suddenly found me.
I was very happy, but also very sad.
Because I had a feeling that the time I had left with my family member was running out.
And sure enough.
Although my family member was strong, I was a burden.
To avoid dragging him down, I had to do something.
Previously, in a moment of life and death, my elders sacrificed themselves so that I could survive.
Now, as an elder myself, I must do as my elders did and ensure my family member survives!
...
I always thought I would be able to see this brilliant starry Sky with my own eyes...
You must live well and look at this brilliant starry Sky for me.
It must be beautiful, right?
Goodbye, my family.
Take good care of yourself,Take care of the sky。
...
After finishing the digestion of Eighteen's memories, emotions surged uncontrollably within Lin Sheng's heart.
He silently looked at the blue crystal before him, and beside it, the spicy chicken leg burger that remained perfectly intact even after more than two hundred years; he didn't know what to think.
[Host, stay calm.]
[You possess the oracle; everything will be alright.]
[A moment of impulse will only cause you to lose Eighteen and Sky once more.]
