53: Chapter 53 Bob Who Likes to Climb Walls
Seeing the system prompt pop up before him, Chen Mo felt secretly pleased, but his expression remained as usual.
The fur of the teddy bear Bob, originally brown, was now slightly fading due to the doubling pressure. The fur was gradually turning red.
"This teddy bear needs a wash, doesn't it? If it isn't washed for a long time, bacteria might grow."
"How about we throw it into the washing machine for a violent cleaning cycle?"
Bob heard this and felt very ominous.

"Damn! If this continues, I'm going to be broken by this old thing, Sam."
Bob's thoughts raced as he tried to find a way to escape.
However, what made him even more puzzled was this.
Sam was clearly just an ordinary person, so why could he sense the scent of a ghost on him?
Chen Mo was speechless when he saw this; the mental value actually hadn't dropped below 20 yet.
This little bear was quite stubborn.
In the Thriller Game, only by lowering an NPC's mental value below 20, or raising their favorability above 80, could one obtain extra rewards.
Chen Mo could have just stabbed Bob to death with one knife, but to get the hidden reward, he had to think of another way.
"Forget it, let's just throw it away. I'll go out in a bit and buy Alice a new teddy bear."
"Bob is already outdated; it's time to change to a more trendy teddy bear."
"I think Alice must think so too; she's probably wanted to replace it for a long time."
Hearing what Chen Mo said, Bob felt like his worldview was about to shatter.
"No, you shouldn't be so subjective and arbitrary, okay?"
"Dolls get better with age!"
"Shouldn't you ask for your daughter's opinion?"
Chen Mo didn't hesitate at all; he grabbed one of Bob's bear legs and walked toward the trash can.
Bob's body swayed in the air, and looking at the trash can that seemed like a black hole before him, his mindset was really about to explode.

"Done!" Chen Mo could no longer suppress the smile on his lips.
He pulled the bone-scraping knife from his pajama pocket and stabbed it straight at Bob's forehead!
Bob was fast; he quickly broke free from Chen Mo's palm and crawled onto the ceiling above.
He let out a sound like a dog barking and bared his teeth at Chen Mo.
Chen Mo scratched his head of curly blonde hair.
He laughed: "Finally showing your true colors, huh, Bob."
"Please explain to me, what is the purpose of you doing this? Are you possessed, or is someone controlling you from behind!"
"Sam! You hateful guy, so it's true, you aren't a financial professional at all!"
"Who exactly are you? What is your real profession?"
Obviously, the man and the bear were not on the same page at all.
Bob's performance and language were more like a high-level real-time AI that would make different reactions based on the development of the plot.
"You don't need to know."
Chen Mo spread his palm, and five black cards were wedged between his fingers.
He swung his arm forward quickly, and the cards shot out like blades.
Bob moved freely on the ceiling, clearly more agile than when he moved on the floor.
The five playing cards "whooshed" and pierced into the wall, all of them dodged.
Bob's back split open, a pair of scissors was gripped in his bear paw, and his two short little legs kicked hard.
Using the scissors as a sharp blade, he pounced fiercely at Chen Mo.
He was aiming for Chen Mo's eyes, wanting to blow Chen Mo's head off in one strike.
Chen Mo's upper body leaned backward, his figure turning into an afterimage, dodging the sharp blade before him.
These scissors were clearly harder than normal ones; the floor was easily pierced through as if it were tofu.
It also had a small explosion effect, and wood splinters exploded before Chen Mo's eyes.
Bob continued to apply force, opening the scissors and aiming for Chen Mo's ankle.
Chen Mo's figure rotated in the air, stepping on the surface of invisible steel wires, his palm spread open.
The five playing cards that had pierced the ceiling all began to vibrate violently.
They automatically detached from the ceiling and flew back into the gaps of Chen Mo's fingers.
Chen Mo stood on the steel wire with one foot, using its elasticity to complete a jump in the air.
He rotated gorgeously in the air, making it impossible for Bob to see clearly how he was attacking.
He threw the black cards out again.
Bob couldn't dodge in time and could only avoid four of them; one black card hit his abdomen squarely, piercing deep into it.
The black card, accompanied by Chen Mo's Ghost Power, directly sent Bob flying and sliding along the floor, pinning him to the wall.
"No! ——" Bob let out a heart-wrenching roar.
His bear paws no longer had the strength to hold the scissors, and he frantically flailed his limbs, but could only struggle bitterly in place.
His eyes were scarlet, staring at Chen Mo with full of anger.
Chen Mo put away Threading the Needle and waved his palm.
The black card that had pierced Bob's body was sucked back into his fingers.
Chen Mo clasped his hands together and then opened them.
54 black cards moved swiftly between his palms like flowing water.
It made Bob feel dazzled.
Then Chen Mo flicked his sleeve, the bone-scraping knife slid out, and he held it in his palm.
"Sam, everything won't end; you will definitely die here, hahahaha!"
"No! It's not just you who will die; anyone who is in this room will die!"
Bob shouted the last word, "die," with particular force.
"Does it have anything to do with you, you disgusting doll."
After Chen Mo finished speaking, he raised his arm, and the bone-scraping knife stabbed rapidly into Bob's forehead.
The moment the bone-scraping knife pierced Bob's skull, his whole body trembled crazily, and wisps of black smoke rose from the gap where the blade penetrated.
It was just like a doll being thrown into a furnace, the stench produced after cotton and silk threads were burned.
"Sam! I hate you!"
Leaving behind this last sentence, Bob's scarlet eyes, like broken light bulbs, gradually became dim, and scarlet blood flowed from his eye sockets.
It lasted for about ten-something seconds.

Chen Mo's hand gripping the knife handle stopped trembling; the contest of strength ended.
Chen Mo won.
"Whew..." Chen Mo let out a long sigh.
Never expected that a teddy bear's Ghost Power would be almost on par with his.
This should only be the weakest character in this dungeon.
If it weren't for Chen Mo having previously obtained an S-rank evaluation at No. 18 Hospital, if any other player had entered 118 Ocean Avenue...
It would have been impossible to play.
You wouldn't even be able to fight a teddy bear.
Putting away the bone-scraping knife, Chen Mo grabbed Bob and flipped him to his back.
At the spot where the back cotton was stitched, there was an extra thread end.
Chen Mo grabbed the thread and pulled hard.
The teddy bear's back automatically tore open, its structure collapsing.
Inside the body filled with cotton, Chen Mo reached his palm in and felt something that felt quite good.
He pulled his palm out, and a blue card was held in his palm.
