200: Raven

Tidal Prison.

A small fleet was slowly approaching.

"Sure enough, there are also activity zones appearing on the sea."

"This is good news. The whole world is currently making its own calculations."

"If our Bang Country participates, the risks we would face are unbearable."

"But the activity zones on the sea probably haven't been noticed by many countries. We can just take advantage of their chaotic battles to scour the sea activity zones clean."

The few leaders on the fleet exchanged glances, each seeing shrewdness in the other's eyes.

The battles and invasions between countries were nothing more than coveting the resources of the activity zones within others' territories.

And these undiscovered sea activity zones naturally became the easiest pickings.

"There's no sound at all. It should be empty inside."

"Nonsense, it's been three years since it appeared."

"It seems we won't need much effort to scour these sea activity zones."

"If the timing is right, after we're done scouring, we'll immediately go occupy Sakura Country."

"I heard that Sakura Country is currently preparing for a nationwide migration to Xia Country."

"Whether they succeed or not, their national territory will belong to our Bang Country."

"We'll block off Sakura Country then. If they return defeated, we can just pick up the scraps."

The leader spoke while raising his hand, signaling the ship to dock.

Bang!

The bottom of the ship crashed heavily into a reef, causing the entire hull to shake violently.

The few people who had just been talking animatedly stumbled from the impact.

One of them nearly fell into the sea.

Although their expressions were displeased, they said nothing.

After all, there were only a few people in the entire Bang Country who had managed to learn how to pilot a Hafke ship.

Being able to pilot it was good enough; why ask for more?

Soon, the group laboriously navigated their way around, finally entering the prison's administrative area.

A strange whistling melody lingered in their ears.

A Bang Country operative suddenly stopped, professionally raising his right hand to signal a halt.

His pupils trembled. He turned his head to look at the people behind him, then gestured with his chin towards the interior of the administrative area.

One person at the corner raised his gun and looked inside through the scope.

A figure in a black trench coat and yellow prison pants was aimlessly strutting through the administrative area.

Since hearing the whistling music, the group had felt it was eerie, but they hadn't made a sound.

Instead, they had all lowered their voices to a whisper.

Suddenly, the operative who had been looking through the scope stiffened, his body trembling slightly.

Seeing his pale face, the others curiously exchanged glances with him.

However, he still showed no reaction.

Through the scope, that figure had turned around without warning and looked at him... In the scope, he saw that the person's face was covered in scars, with half of it obscured by a black mask.

"Hahahahahahaha."

Before the operatives could react, the maniacal laughter grew closer.

"This is... the Leader?"

Although they didn't understand Tidal Prison, this music, coupled with the strange reaction, suggested only one possibility.

"Don't be afraid. We are all equipped with Level 4 gear. Even if it's the Leader, he's just a slightly stronger idiot."

"Everyone, assume battle positions and prepare to besiege the Leader!"

As soon as the words fell, the figure in the black trench coat instantly charged out!

He instantly grabbed one person by the collar with his left hand, then pulled out a gas grenade with his right.

"Royal exclusive, welcome to taste."

He violently shoved the gas grenade into the person's mouth.

"Fire!"

The other operatives reacted instantly, all turning their muzzles towards Raven.

Bang!

What sounded first was not a gunshot.

But a dull thud.

Expressions of disbelief simultaneously filled everyone's faces as they all turned their heads.

A two-meter-tall Soldier, wearing a yellow prison uniform and a self-isolating helmet, was holding a stonemason's hammer.

And the Bang Country operative had just been instantly headshot from top to bottom by the stonemason's hammer.

The stonemason's hammer had smashed his skull, and his cervical spine was instantly twisted and collapsed into his chest cavity.

Looking at it, it was a headless corpse with its head burst open.

At the same time, three more Soldiers of identical appearance rushed out from various corners!

Bang bang bang bang bang!

The Bang Country operatives immediately sprayed bullets at these Soldiers.

However, aside from causing some minor limb injuries, the Soldiers were largely unharmed.

Bang!

Bang!

Big hammer 80, small hammer 40.

These Bang Country operatives were almost entirely beaten to death with overwhelming force!

"Ah!"

One of the Soldiers was scared to tears on the spot.

Because he saw Raven smiling at him.

And the smile was extremely maniacal and eerie.

This was not the expression the Leader he had encountered in the activity zone before should have.

The operative, who had thought he was going to die, squeezed his eyes shut.

Raven's footsteps stopped in front of him, and he leaned his face close to the operative's.

"Where is your ship?"

Such an ordinary sentence, but to the operative's ears, it was like a clap of thunder.

They possessed logical thinking ability... Outside Tidal Prison, several ship drivers were leaning on the deck, idly smoking.

This position was truly a plum job.

No dirty, tiring, or dangerous work ever fell to them.

They only needed to practice piloting the ship daily, and their status was far beyond that of other Bang Country operatives.

For example, while the others were busy inside the unknown prison, they were leisurely sitting on the deck, enjoying the sea breeze.

Bang bang bang bang!

"Ah!"

Gunshots accompanied by shouts emanated from inside the prison, the sounds startling several crows perched above the prison.

"Are they fighting inside?" A driver suddenly sat up.

He stared blankly in the direction of the prison, a half-smoked cigarette still hanging from his lips.

"Didn't the leader just say there was no one inside?"

"Who knows? Maybe other countries found it too?"

"Damn it, we found it first. We should have applied to the UN for world heritage status!"

"UN my ass, where the hell is the UN? Do you still think it's before the arrival?"

"What do we do now? Wait for them?"

The few drivers looked troubled.

No one knew if the people inside were dead or alive.

Rush in to help them? How could that be possible?

One of the drivers steeled his heart, returned to the cockpit, and started the ship.

"Damn it, even if they don't die, they won't be able to leave here anyway."

"Worst case, we'll just go straight to Sakura Country. We brothers will just occupy a country!"

At these words, the others instantly had an epiphany.

Right, what a great opportunity this was!

Whether it was finding an island or going to some sparsely populated country.

They could live a life isolated from the world.

As long as there was food and water, what if they were always at sea?

Hafke's ships didn't consume fuel. Anywhere was home. Why risk it with them?

The few quickly made up their minds, all turning back to the cockpit, preparing to leave.

Just as the ship started, the eerie whistling music sounded in their ears.

Another driver turned his head and came face to face with Raven!

As the driver was about to exclaim, his mouth was covered by Raven.

Raven put a hand to his lips, making a shushing gesture.

"Shhh~"

The driver hadn't heard a single footstep. It was as if the moment he heard the music, Raven had already appeared there.

He had entered the cockpit so silently... Looking at Raven's terrifying appearance, the driver dared not think further. To save his life, he nodded frantically.

"Take me back to Asara."
