253: John's true purpose

On the sea.

A vast and terrifying fleet was slowly moving.

If one were to zoom out from a high altitude, they might even mistake it for an island slowly moving.

In the middle of the fleet, nearly two hundred nuclear-powered aircraft carriers were sailing.

Three thousand Hafke fighter jets and forty thousand blue eagle helicopters were quietly parked on the aircraft carrier decks.

They could take off at any moment, as long as John gave the order.

The decks of the warships and aircraft carriers were also filled with black Soldiers, fully prepared for battle.

On the leading ship, John looked solemn, holding a silver crucifix in one hand, as if praying for something.

"Didn't you say you weren't fully confident yet? Why are you suddenly preparing to attack Xia Country?"

"Why not develop for a bit longer? It wouldn't be too late to launch a full-scale attack when we have enough confidence."

Triss asked, utterly puzzled.

In the past two years, Little Eagle Country had developed rapidly.

Survivors who were not originally combat personnel had now, under John's leadership, become Soldiers capable of participating in battle at any time.

Elite black units, white groups, and cannon fodder Hafke Soldiers "bought" with gold bars.

All of these combined amounted to no less than five million troops.

Not only that, but in the past two years, John had also successfully trained over three thousand qualified fighter jet pilots.

Those who could skillfully pilot blue eagle helicopters were countless.

Despite being in a period of rapid development, John had decided to launch a full-scale attack on Xia Country at this very moment.

Not only Triss, but everyone else was equally confused by this.

If they were given more time, with the old teaching the new, the number of professional vehicle drivers could at least multiply several times over.

John gazed wistfully at the boundless horizon in the distance, letting out a long sigh.

"To be honest, I also wanted to lead Little Eagle Country to continue developing for a while."

Upon hearing this answer, the confusion on Triss's face deepened.

This answer was too contradictory.

Triss's lips parted slightly, preparing to ask why.

John, with his back to him, raised his hand to interrupt him.

"According to my calculations, now is the best time to attack Xia Country."

"Firstly, based on my understanding of Xia Country, they will not actively invade other countries."

Triss nodded, unable to deny it.

"Hmm, I have to say, that point is indeed noble."

"But what does that have to do with us attacking them now?"

John shook his head helplessly.

"You still don't understand the Xia Country people enough."

"If you talk about 'battle nation,' even those from Bear Country would have to step aside."

"Throughout human history, only Xia Country has fought almost from beginning to end."

"Even during their civil wars, they still had the spare capacity to fight neighboring countries."

"They won't actively invade, but don't forget, their country has a saying:"

"Those who violate Huaxia, though far away, will be punished."

After speaking, John turned to Triss and continued:

"In all these years since the 'Arrival,' how many small neighboring countries have set their sights on Xia Country?"

"Even if Xia Country doesn't bother with them, and doesn't actively strike first."

"But can these countries withstand sending them resources?"

At this point, a hint of helplessness appeared on John's face.

"We eliminated all other European countries and integrated their resources."

"At this critical juncture, we are indeed at our strongest."

"But if we drag it out, who can guarantee that there won't be some idiotic country in Asia that proactively attacks and helps Xia Country grow?"

"At that time, do you think we would still have a chance of winning?"

John's series of soul-searching questions made Triss's mind struggle to keep up.

But after processing, Triss roughly understood John's meaning.

Little Eagle Country was strong now because it had merged the resources of other countries a step ahead.

Xia Country, however, might not do the same, so in that case, Little Eagle Country would certainly be far ahead of Xia Country at this moment.

But if they were to develop for a bit longer, after Xia Country also merged the resources of other countries.

Then the two would compete on an equal footing.

In that case, winning or losing would truly depend on national destiny.

"You are indeed very thorough in your considerations."

"What about Hafke and Asara then? After integrating Xia Country's resources, can we really defeat them?"

"Right now, we don't even know where they are."

This time, John did not answer Triss's question.

The reason he didn't answer was not because John hadn't thought of it.

But because he couldn't say the answer.

"Don't worry."

"We will win."

John nodded, giving Triss a reassuring expression.

After speaking, John turned around again, his back to Triss, facing the boundless horizon.

After turning around, his previous expression vanished completely.

John knew that if this world wanted to survive this disaster.

The best outcome, naturally, would be to join forces with Xia Country.

After the two countries joined forces, integrated the resources of all other countries, they would collectively face Hafke and Asara.

Facing either side, they would have a very high chance of winning.

And John was 100% confident that if he proposed it, Xia Country would most likely agree.

But John did not intend to do so.

This world originally disliked his black community.

So why should he try every possible way to save this world?

What was even more ridiculous was that.

Even wishing upon the heart of africa.

That no one in this world would discriminate against black people anymore could not be achieved.

This was considered a very macroscopic wish.

The heart of africa could prevent the women of Little Eagle Country from committing suicide.

It could make them treat and love their children kindly, even if they were black children born by force.

But it could not change the discrimination against black people in this world.

And John's goal was very simple.

Before this world was completely destroyed by this disaster.

To mark a perfect end to this world with the victory of black people.

As for Hafke and Asara, John never thought of fighting either side.

They did not belong to this world.

And they did not discriminate against black people.

John never mentioned this idea to anyone.

Not even to the elite black units, or Triss, who had followed him the longest and had firmly stood by him from the very beginning.

John had never told them.

Once his true thoughts were revealed to the public.

It would inevitably cause great chaos.

There would always be dissenting voices among the crowd, leading to internal strife.

The ultimate result would be that his goal could not be achieved.

Having received the answer, Triss no longer dwelled on it, greeted John, and turned to return to the cabin.

On the deck, John took out a heart of africa from his embrace, held it high towards the sky.

Previously, John had wished upon the heart of africa for the ultimate victory of black people, but it had not come true.

"Since I can't directly change the outcome, then increasing the chances of winning is also good..."

"I wish."

"To increase the probability of Little Eagle Country's victory."

As his words fell, the heart of africa slowly disappeared from John's hand.

Seeing his wish succeed, a hint of joy appeared on John's face, and he immediately took out another heart of africa, making the same wish.

However, this time it did not come true.

"Is this the limit?"

"That's fine... Since the outcome is something even the heart of africa cannot decide, then Xia Country also can't win against me using the heart of africa."

"In any case, it's up to us."
