60: Chapter 60 Silver Eagle Breaks Through the Night

In Gangnam District, the sign for Cloud Top Bar could be seen from a kilometer away.

Glowing large characters were inlaid on the black marble walls, and the entrance was packed with luxury cars.

Security personnel in black suits paced outside the bar, silver badges pinned to their lapels—the exclusive insignia of the TJK Group.

As one of Lee Ryuk-hee's high-end entertainment dens, Cloud Top Bar was naturally extremely luxurious.

This was also one of Lee Ryuk-hee's private strongholds; both here and the TK Club were places he frequented.

One was in the light, the other in the dark.

Cloud Top Bar was on the dark side, while the TK Club was on the light side.

Cloud Top Bar had three floors: the first was a luxury bar open to the public, and the second was the VIP booth area.

The third floor was Lee Ryuk-hee's exclusive domain for hosting distinguished guests, equipped with bulletproof glass and an independent escape route; ordinary people could hardly even get near the elevator.

The car pulled up silently in the shadows diagonally across from the bar. The door opened, and Liu Zijun slowly stepped out.

He had taken off his overcoat and changed his appearance, wearing a custom black suit with a special bulletproof lining underneath.

No trace had been left from Huake Mountain Villa to here.

This was custom-made for him by Mei; it could withstand close-range pistol shots yet weighed less than a third of a normal bulletproof vest.

It was the same model as the one that had been soaked in coffee.

A silver mask covered his entire face, revealing only a pair of bone-chillingly cold eyes.

The black eagle pattern around the mask's eye sockets glinted with a metallic luster under the streetlights.

His right hand was in his suit pants pocket, lightly tapping the grip of his glock pistol.

In his left pocket, a brass coin three centimeters in diameter lay quietly.

The front of the coin was engraved with a falcon spreading its wings above a sharp sword, while the back featured a faint "LS" pattern—the mark left by the God Hunter Organization after a mission, symbolizing "Under the God of Hunting, no one escapes."

Liu Zijun didn't head straight for the main entrance; instead, he circled to the fire escape entrance at the back of the bar. According to Emily's intelligence, this was the fastest route to the third floor.

Two security guards were stationed here, their waistlines bulging—clearly armed.

The moment they saw Liu Zijun, they immediately raised their hands in warning. "This is a private area. Please use the main entrance!"

Liu Zijun didn't respond. His pace didn't falter as he walked straight ahead as if he hadn't heard them.

Seeing this, the security guard in black on the left reached for the walkie-talkie at his waist while his right hand moved toward his pistol.

But his movements were only half-finished when Liu Zijun's figure appeared before him as if teleporting.

With a crisp "crack" followed by a scream, his wrist was brutally snapped.

The guard on the right had just pulled out his gun and hadn't even had time to aim when the glock in Liu Zijun's hand shot the screaming guard in black and then pressed against his own forehead.

The cold barrel pressed against his skin, and the guard's body instantly froze, his eyes filled with terror.

This man hadn't hesitated for a second to fire; he had encountered a real tough customer.

Liu Zijun's voice came through the mask: "Where is Lee Ryuk-hee?"

The guard's lips trembled as he managed to say, "I don't know! Kid, do you have any idea where this..."

Before he could finish, Liu Zijun's eyes turned cold, and his finger lightly pulled the trigger.

With a soft "thud," the silencer muffled the shot as the bullet pierced his forehead.

The guard felt a wave of regret—why didn't you ask one more time? If you had, I would have talked!

After dealing with the two guards, he dragged them inside.

Liu Zijun pushed open the fire door leading inside. The voice-activated lights in the stairwell flickered on, their dim yellow glow casting an even more menacing look on the eagle pattern of his mask.

"Emily, you can start now. Monitor the perimeter of Cloud Top Bar for me. Just make sure Lee Ryuk-hee doesn't escape! You don't need to worry about the rest!"

With that, he headed up the stairs, his footsteps as light as a cat's. Every step landed in the shadows of the stairwell corners, avoiding the surveillance blind spots.

Before arriving, Emily had sent the surveillance layout of Cloud Top Bar to his phone, with all the blind spots clearly marked.

It was much better than the intelligence provided by Jeong Hyun-bin.

But even if he were discovered, Liu Zijun wouldn't be afraid in the slightest!

Judging by Lee Ryuk-hee's security arrangement, while it was somewhat professional, it was truly riddled with loopholes.

At the landing between the second and third floors, he ran straight into two patrolling guards.

These two were clearly elite guards of Cloud Top Bar. Their reactions were swift; the moment they saw Liu Zijun and the pistol in his hand, they immediately drew their weapons and fired.

Two "bangs" rang out as bullets hit the wall beside Liu Zijun with a dull thud.

Unscathed, Liu Zijun blurred and appeared in front of the guard on the left.

He grabbed the other man's gun barrel with his left hand and twisted it upward violently, instantly redirecting the weapon. Then, he pressed his glock against the man's chest and fired twice.

The bullets pierced the guard's heart. He let out a muffled groan and collapsed.

The guard on the right was about to fire when Liu Zijun kicked him in the stomach, sending him to his knees.

Liu Zijun leaned down, pressed his left hand against the back of the man's head, and slammed his face into the stairs.

With a "thud," blood splattered, and the guard was knocked unconscious on the spot.

Liu Zijun showed no mercy, firing a follow-up shot into his temple to ensure he was dead.

The entrance to the third floor was equipped with a keypad lock and infrared sensors. Liu Zijun retrieved a keycard from the dead guard, swiped the lock open, and simultaneously blocked the infrared sensor with his hand as he pushed the door open and entered.

The layout of the third floor was completely different from the floors below. The corridor was covered in thick carpet that absorbed all sound, and the doors on either side were made of solid wood with intricate carvings.

The door at the end of the corridor was a specially made alloy door, engraved with a golden badge identical to the TJK Group's family insignia.

Liu Zijun walked to the door and listened; the sounds of men and women laughing and clinking glasses came from inside.

Lee Ryuk-hee's voice carried a frivolous laugh.

"Babies, you must come and support the surprise at TK Club tomorrow night."

"That Choi Sulli will be delivered right to the door tomorrow. Then, I'll show you all what a real beauty looks like."

A flirtatious female voice spoke up: "Ryuk-hee Oppa, aren't you afraid her bodyguard will cause trouble? Last time in the backstage waiting room, I saw her acting very close to that bodyguard of hers!"

Lee Ryuk-hee sneered and laughed arrogantly. "A bodyguard? Just a clown.

I've got SD Group's Jeong Hyun-bin so suppressed he can't even lift his head. Can a measly bodyguard really turn the world upside down?

Do you think we're in a movie? A romance between a bodyguard and a star?

Even if there is one, I'll crush it under my feet!

Tomorrow, you guys better be there to cheer me on!

Once I've dealt with Choi Sulli, I'll have someone throw that bodyguard into the Han River to feed the fish."

A burst of laughter came from the room, while outside the door, the look in Liu Zijun's eyes beneath the mask had turned incredibly cold.

Liu Zijun checked the alloy door; it wasn't even locked. Lee Ryuk-hee had truly stayed in a peaceful country for too long; his vigilance was far too low.

He raised his foot and kicked the door hard. The alloy door swung open a crack, and the laughter inside came to an abrupt halt.

The room was brilliantly lit, with a level of luxury that was staggering.

Under a crystal chandelier, Lee Ryuk-hee sat in the center of a sofa, flanking two scantily clad female companions. Around them were four or five other men and women, clearly rich second-generation heirs or minor celebrities from The Peninsula.

Seeing Liu Zijun suddenly barge in, everyone froze, their smiles stiffening on their faces.
