198: Chapter 198: Deployment of 4,000 drones and 18,000 armored vehicles
Major General Rahim had not exerted much effort in the war launched by Syria, deploying at most half of his troops, with the majority only assisting the Syrian army in defense.
Consequently, the loss of troops and weaponry was minimal.
Now, Major General Rahim had mobilized all troops stationed in other parts of Syria to the Golan Heights, preparing to participate in the war on the Golan Heights in the next step; the Glass House troops would no longer be bystanders but would actively launch an offensive.
Lieutenant Colonel Haidari was assigned to handle all matters regarding the mobilization of the Glass House troops, while Major General Rahim began discussing the procurement of weaponry with Major General Faye.
After communicating with General Moss, Major General Al-Sisi, and others, a procurement plan was quickly formulated.
A total of 4,000 UAVs, 5,000 tanks, 10,000 armored vehicles, 3,000 artillery pieces, and a large batch of anti-aircraft missiles and anti-tank missiles were to be purchased.
Purchase 4,000 sets of Tianlei Type I Anti-Aircraft Missile, 3,200 sets of Tianlei Type II Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 20,000 accompanying missiles for each; purchase 800 sets of Tianlei Type III Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 4,000 accompanying missiles.
Purchase 500 sets of Tianlei Type IV Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 2,000 accompanying missiles; 500 sets of Tianlei Type V Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 800 accompanying missiles; 300 sets of Tianlei Type VI Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 600 accompanying missiles; purchase 100 sets of Tianlei Type VII Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 250 accompanying missiles.
Purchase 50 sets of Tianlei Type VIII Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 150 accompanying missiles; purchase 50 sets of Tianlei Type IX Anti-Aircraft Missile, plus 150 accompanying missiles. Purchase 1 set of Tianlei Missile Defense System.
Purchase 2,000 sets of Sky Dragon Mark I UAV, 2,000 sets of Sky Dragon Mark II UAV, and purchase 40,000 accompanying air-to-ground missiles and 200,000 bombs.
Purchase 4,000 sets of Tianjian Type I Anti-Tank Missile, and 12,000 accompanying missiles; purchase 3,200 sets of Tianjian Type II Anti-Tank Missile, and 8,000 accompanying missiles; purchase 3,200 sets of Tianjian Type III Anti-Tank Missile, and 8,000 accompanying missiles.
Purchase 2,000 Fierce Rhino Type II Tank, 2,000 Fierce Rhino Type III Tank, and 1,000 Fierce Rhino Type IV Tank, and purchase 300,000 accompanying artillery shells of various types.
Purchase 3,000 Fierce Tiger Type II Armored Vehicle, 4,000 Fierce Tiger Type III Armored Vehicle, and 3,000 Fierce Tiger Type IV Armored Vehicle, and purchase 500,000 accompanying artillery shells of various types.
Purchase 1,000 Fierce Lion Type II Artillery, 1,000 Fierce Lion Type III Artillery, and 1,000 Fierce Lion Type IV Artillery, and purchase 200,000 accompanying artillery shells of various types; purchase 500 million rounds of machine gun ammunition for the armored vehicles.
After some calculations, the Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles required a funding of 85.53 billion USD; the Sky Dragon series UAVs required 24 billion USD, the Tianjian Series Anti-Tank Missiles required 4.8 billion USD, the Fierce Rhino series Tanks required 21.6 billion USD, the Fierce Tiger series Armored Vehicles required 25 billion USD, the Fierce Lion series Artillery required 12 billion USD, plus 13 billion USD for the ammunition accompanying the armored vehicles.
The total funding needed for all the weaponry was 185.93 billion USD. If the funds from the 3 billion barrels of oil and 70 billion cubic meters of natural gas used this time were insufficient, the funds would be supplemented in the next procurement. If there were surplus funds, they would be used to purchase accompanying missiles for the anti-aircraft and anti-tank missiles.
As for the distribution of this weaponry, parts of the Tianlei Type III to Type V anti-aircraft missiles, all of the Tianlei Type VI to Type IX, and the Tianlei Missile Defense System would be commanded and used by the Joint Force Command to intercept aerial targets such as Israel's fighter jets, UAVs, and missiles.
The Aqaba Front Command and the Golan Heights Front Command, as the main offensive directions, would each receive 1,300 sets of Tianlei Type I Anti-Aircraft Missile, 1,000 sets of Tianlei Type II Anti-Aircraft Missile, 100 sets of Tianlei Type III Anti-Aircraft Missile, and 50 sets of Tianlei Type IV to Type V anti-aircraft missiles each.
At the same time, they would each receive 1,300 Sky Dragon series UAVs, 3,100 sets of Tianjian Series Anti-Tank Missiles, 1,500 Fierce Rhino series Tanks, 3,000 Fierce Tiger series Armored Vehicles, and 1,000 Fierce Lion series Artillery.
The Sinai Front Command, as a secondary offensive direction, would receive 900 sets of Tianlei Type I Anti-Aircraft Missile, 800 sets of Tianlei Type II Anti-Aircraft Missile, 50 sets of Tianlei Type III Anti-Aircraft Missile, and 25 sets of Tianlei Type IV to Type V anti-aircraft missiles each.
At the same time, it would receive 800 Sky Dragon series UAVs, 2,400 sets of Tianjian Series Anti-Tank Missiles, 1,200 Fierce Rhino series Tanks, 2,500 Fierce Tiger series Armored Vehicles, and 600 Fierce Lion series Artillery.
The Lebanon Front Command would receive the least amount of weaponry, obtaining 500 sets of Tianlei Type I Anti-Aircraft Missile, 400 sets of Tianlei Type II Anti-Aircraft Missile, 50 sets of Tianlei Type III Anti-Aircraft Missile, and 25 sets of Tianlei Type IV to Type V anti-aircraft missiles each.
At the same time, it would receive 600 Sky Dragon series UAVs, 1,800 sets of Tianjian Series Anti-Tank Missiles, 800 Fierce Rhino series Tanks, 1,500 Fierce Tiger series Armored Vehicles, and 400 Fierce Lion series Artillery.
According to the troops dispatched by each country, the army of the Aqaba Front Command reached 290,000, the army of the Golan Heights Front Command reached 210,000, the army of the Sinai Front Command reached 150,000, and the army of the Lebanon Front Command reached 50,000.
Such a large amount of weaponry could fully arm the troops of each front command, and there would still be a considerable amount of weaponry left as reserves to prepare for consumption during combat. Various accompanying missiles and artillery shells would also be distributed accordingly.
As for the troops of the Aqaba Front Command, they would also receive a large number of armored vehicles and other equipment phased out by Saudi Arabia. Although they had the largest number of troops, there was no need to worry about a lack of weaponry. Even if there were shortages during combat, more could be obtained when purchasing new weaponry in the future.
All troops would be reorganized into Mechanized Infantry Brigades and UAV battalions. Each Mechanized Infantry Brigade would have 6,000 personnel, including 2 tank armored battalions, 2 mechanized infantry battalions, 2 self-propelled artillery battalions, 1 anti-tank gun battalion, and 1 anti-aircraft battalion.
Each Mechanized Infantry Brigade would be equipped with 45 Fierce Rhino series Tanks, 85 Fierce Tiger series Armored Vehicles, 30 Fierce Lion series Artillery, and 20 Sky Dragon series UAVs. Each UAV battalion would be equipped with 35 Sky Dragon series UAVs.
