205: Chapter 205 To prevent India from making any moves

After receiving the Tianlong Series UAVs and the Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles, Major General Arif immediately deployed the Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles to military bases across the country. He deployed the largest number of anti-aircraft missiles along the border with India, with a particular focus on the Kashmir region.

The Kashmir region is considered one of the most dangerous territorial disputes in the world. Pakistan and India have fought multiple wars in this area, and small-scale conflicts still occur from time to time, causing significant trouble for Pakistan.

Major General Arif allocated and deployed a large number of Tianlei Mark I and Mark II anti-aircraft missiles to various frontline units, ensuring every squad could be equipped with anti-aircraft missiles. At the same time, many Tianlei Mark III and Mark IV anti-aircraft missiles were also equipped in frontline areas, ready to launch attacks on invading Indian fighter jets and UAVs at any time.

The Tianlei Missile Defense System was assembled and activated immediately to fully monitor Pakistan's airspace, tracking, driving away, or even shooting down invading fighter jets. Since only half of the anti-aircraft missiles had been received so far, the success rate for air defense interception could not yet be fully improved.

Currently, the areas in Pakistan with the most Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missile deployments have an interception success rate of only 80%, while the western region's success rate is only 30%. The Kashmir region's interception success rate has reached 65%, which is still effective for intercepting Indian fighter jets and ensuring India cannot easily enter Pakistan's airspace.

As for the Tianlong Series UAVs, Major General Arif directly established five UAV regiments, each consisting of five UAV battalions. Each UAV battalion is equipped with 15 Sky Dragon Mark I UAVs and 15 Sky Dragon Mark II UAVs.

The UAV regiments are commanded by the Air Force and used for reconnaissance and attacks within Pakistan, destroying enemy targets and sometimes coordinating with the Air Force in operations. Two of these UAV regiments are deployed in the Kashmir region, while three are deployed in eastern and western Pakistan and near the capital, ready to support operations in the Kashmir region at any time.

Simultaneously, each Army division is equipped with two UAV battalions, consisting of 10 Sky Dragon Mark I UAVs and 10 Sky Dragon Mark II UAVs. This required 1,000 Tianlong Series UAVs, which, combined with the 750 UAVs allocated to the Air Force, consumed most of the UAVs from this procurement.

The Tianlong Series UAVs allocated to Army divisions are used on one hand to provide intelligence reconnaissance for Army operations, and on the other hand, to coordinate with the Army divisions' operations by providing support strikes against enemy targets, thereby improving the Army divisions' combat capabilities.

After completing the allocation and deployment of this batch of weapons and equipment, Major General Arif immediately transferred 65,000 troops from the Army to Jordan. Within the Anti-Judea Coalition, Pakistan needed to contribute 65,000 troops. These 65,000 troops already accounted for one-tenth of Pakistan's military personnel.

With so many troops being transferred out, Pakistan's defensive forces also needed to make corresponding adjustments to prevent India from becoming restless upon hearing the news. Fortunately, the number of transferred troops was not particularly large, and since Pakistan was not at war, it would not have much of an impact on the country.

Of course, since Pakistan transferred so many troops to join the Anti-Judea Coalition, it would naturally receive economic aid from countries like Saudi Arabia, including not only energy resources but also various materials in the field of people's livelihood, which could improve the lives of the Pakistani people. Major General Arif naturally had no objection to sending troops to participate in the Anti-Judea Coalition.

...

When Major General Molovich saw the densely packed Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles, he was momentarily stunned. Serbia had never deployed so many anti-aircraft missiles before. Now, suddenly possessing thousands of sets of Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles would allow Serbia's air defense capabilities to achieve a qualitative leap.

Thinking back to more than twenty years ago when Serbia was subjected to air strikes by the Air Force led by the USA, Major General Molovich felt a deep sense of sorrow. During that prolonged period of air strikes and bombings, not only were Serbia's military bases completely destroyed, but many civilian facilities were also bombed, resulting in a large number of casualties.

If there had been so many Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles back then, Major General Molovich believed they could have ensured that the fighter jets from the USA and other countries would never have returned. But the past cannot be changed. After those air strikes, Serbia lost a piece of territory, the Koso Region, which remains a source of pain in the heart of every Serbian.

Major General Molovich immediately deployed the Tianlei Mark I and Mark II anti-aircraft missiles to various Army units, giving every squad an anti-aircraft missile for defense to avoid being attacked by enemy helicopters and UAVs.

At the same time, he deployed the Tianlei Mark III through Mark VI anti-aircraft missiles to various military bases across the country, establishing a full-coverage air defense interception network. He also deployed the Tianlei Mark VII through Mark IX anti-aircraft missiles in key areas to strengthen the defense of the airspace.

Watching the Tianlei Missile Defense System connect the deployed Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles one by one, Major General Molovich felt as if an airtight net had been woven over Serbia's airspace. As long as any enemy aircraft invaded, it could be quickly captured and shot down.

Major General Molovich checked the air defense missile interception success rates across the country; they had basically all reached over 80%. After all, Serbia's area was not large, and with so many Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles, there would be no air defense gaps at all.

The interception success rate in the capital and the Koso Region directly reached 100%, capable of shooting down invading fighter jets at any time. Looking at the flight status of aircraft in the airspace displayed by the Tianlei Missile Defense System, Major General Molovich saw that there were basically no enemy fighter jets near the capital, but there were occasional incursions by enemy fighter jets in the northern region.

Especially in the Koso Region, enemy fighter jets appeared from time to time. Major General Molovich wished he could shoot down the invading enemy fighter jets right now, but considering that Serbia currently had no way to control the situation, he could only endure and refrain from issuing the order to fire the Tianlei Series Anti-Aircraft Missiles.

Fortunately, Serbia had previously conducted military mobilization and expanded its army significantly, with the number of troops now reaching over 150,000. As soon as the arms dealers delivered the armored vehicles, UAVs, and other weapons and equipment, these units could immediately be fully armed and equipped.

When the time comes and Serbia completes its reorganization, it can immediately launch a war for the Koso Region to regain control and expel the foreign troops stationed there, ensuring Serbia's territorial security.

Of course, this wouldn't be achieved overnight. Major General Molovich needed to strengthen the training and reorganization of the army to form combat effectiveness as quickly as possible, ensuring that troops could be dispatched to recover the Koso Region.
